Amazing speed

When we moved into our property rocket fibre was already there, been really happy from day 1 and they always keep you informed to what is going on if upgrades are happening, very satisfied

After suffering horrible connection issues with previous a OFNL provider in our new build estate for almost 36 months, we switched to Rocket Fibre in September 2025 and never looked back.

We haven’t suffered any drop in connection or speed, and we really enjoy the eero app to be able to track what devices are connected to the internet at any one time. Highly recommend Rocket Fibre who mot only have better connectivity than other OFNL providers, but they also come out on top in price comparison too.

Hassle free. Super fast and super reliable. Cannot fault them. I had honestly never heard of Rocket Fibre but now I am really impressed. What a gem!

I'm having issues with not all my devices are being to connect and or remain connected at the same time. I have reached out for help but Rocket Fibre are blaming my devices for being faulty. I moved house and before I did I was with You Fibre who were faultless and I never had a problem. However Rocket Fibre just xanr support all my devices at once. If I don't try to connect all devices and just some of them then they work. I'm paying £39.99 per month for Internet only and I can't leave as without buying myself out of my 24 month contract and I'm not getting any help. Now I've received an email asking about a recent order I've made which I haven't and asking me to leave a review so here's my review.

We moved from Hampshire to a new build house in Leicestershire September 2025. Had been with BT for as long as I can remember with no major issues but they were not available where we moved to. My research led me to Rocket Fibre and I chose the fastest speeds. I opted for an extra Eero 7 router as an upgrade. On moving in It would not connect but the customer services were excellent, answered the phone quickly, found the issue and resolved it. We have had consistently fast speeds as advertised ever since. I would definitely recommend Rocket Fibre.

Used Rocket Fibre for the first time in our new house, internet connection is brilliant. No complaints thus far, everything was as easy as plug & play.

We have been with Rocket since November 2024 and it has been OK. Most of the time we get good upload/download speeds, however the speeds can drop massively at times to less than 10mbps. The router is also not great, with poor connection in parts of the house.

Fantastic service when migrating from another provider. Quick, responsive communications and excellent customer relations. Speeds have been fantastic so far, exactly as quoted. Highly recommend Rocket Fibre.

Ordered wi-fi service 5th December unfortunately due to fibre provider issue I did not receive connection for 2 weeks. Contacted customer service and received few updates about problem.
Now working fine.

I have contracted 120/24 for internet but since early November 2025, I have experienced VERY slow speed, which has been tested near the router and regularly. The readings do not get any close but rather the speed at times is been 20/10 or less. I have opened a few tickets but they have arbitrarily closed them and claim that everything on their end seems to be fine. The messages they've sent are mixed and inconsistent, while the issue remains unsolved. Rocket fibre claim's that everything is line with their terms and conditions but the reality is that I'm paying for a service which is useless. They have recently used two internet portals, which disrupts the service and the customer experience. No apologies, no solutions from their behalf and sadly as of today, I have purchased additional data from my phone carrier to supply for every day's needs. Avoid this provider from the OFNL network.

I'd been a Sky Broadband customer for 5 years but when I moved home and it had fibre to the wall, I did my research and hopped to Rocket Fibre. Since install in Nov 25, my connection has been fabulous with consistently high speeds. The Eero 6+ router is also really small and the App is great for adding guests. 100% recommend Rocket Fibre

Rocket Fibre gave me a better service, better price and although it’s only been 1 week they have provided better customer service - best my expectations so far!

Had rocket fibre when we moved into our new build property, couple of minor snags setting up but then fairly straight forward and exactly what we need, good reliable broadband with decent download/upload speeds as wife works from home some days. Would recommend if anyone looking for independent broadband provider with excellent service! No issues over first few weeks of use!

I received a fast delivery of the router prior to my house move, when I arrived everything was ready to go… simply plugged in and viola!! Brilliant! All information about the account activation was promptly provided which made the migration from Sky to Rocket Fibre stress free!

Been with Rocket a few weeks. Not had any issues so far. Speed as paid for and stable connection. Have used 3 wifi extenders which I already owned though to provide smooth connection through the house. These were needed in our house due to the layout.
Customer service always reply quickly and resolve queries effectively. Already recommended you as a provider. Thankyou!

Where to start. Talk Talk illegally migrated my line from my current provider and Team Rocket Fibre were left to unravel it. I first got connected to Sharon who was patient, kind, helpful and so personable. The team were patient, transferred my call within seconds (literally).
I ended up having my connection cancelled by Talk Talk on Friday, Team Rocket fibre dispatched my router on Friday afternoon, received on Saturday the next day and I was connected on Sunday. The team emailed on Saturday night at 9pm stating I should be connected the next day and then followed up the following day to check in on me.
The level of service went beyond what I expected from a company.
