Had rocket fibre when we moved into our new build property, couple of minor snags setting up but then fairly straight forward and exactly what we need, good reliable broadband with decent download/upload speeds as wife works from home some days. Would recommend if anyone looking for independent broadband provider with excellent service! No issues over first few weeks of use!

I received a fast delivery of the router prior to my house move, when I arrived everything was ready to go… simply plugged in and viola!! Brilliant! All information about the account activation was promptly provided which made the migration from Sky to Rocket Fibre stress free!

Been with Rocket a few weeks. Not had any issues so far. Speed as paid for and stable connection. Have used 3 wifi extenders which I already owned though to provide smooth connection through the house. These were needed in our house due to the layout.
Customer service always reply quickly and resolve queries effectively. Already recommended you as a provider. Thankyou!

Where to start. Talk Talk illegally migrated my line from my current provider and Team Rocket Fibre were left to unravel it. I first got connected to Sharon who was patient, kind, helpful and so personable. The team were patient, transferred my call within seconds (literally).
I ended up having my connection cancelled by Talk Talk on Friday, Team Rocket fibre dispatched my router on Friday afternoon, received on Saturday the next day and I was connected on Sunday. The team emailed on Saturday night at 9pm stating I should be connected the next day and then followed up the following day to check in on me.
The level of service went beyond what I expected from a company.

Joined this company 2 weeks ago and it’s very impressive, The price is great for a connection with City Fibre, When phoning for information the advisor Sharon was very informative, polite and friendly, Would highly recommend.

Transferred from another provider where we were really struggling on a daily basis with connection. Spoke to Sharon who talked us through the best options for our needs. The process was all completed smoothly with great follow up from Sharon following the transfer. Would highly recommend this company.

Sharon was absolutely brilliant! Moving into a new build meant our address wasn’t registered. She immediately provided a solution and was kind enough to appreciate our haste requiring broadband as quickly as possible. Router sent next day delivery. 🚚 She couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient and it was so greatly appreciated.

Murray was so helpful in trying to get to the root of the problem. He was patient and professional. Such great customer service which has contributed hugely towards me staying with Rocket fibre!

Amazing service from rocket fibre we had an issue charging the car as the apps connected too internet Murray was on hand too help and sorted it straight away, never have any complaints regarding internet with a big family all connected too phones iPads and ps5 we don’t have any issues with internet highly recommend rocket fibre well done Murray and team for great customer service

A month we have been with rocket and so far so good! Easy to set up and no issues at all with multiple devices connected at one time. Really happy after being sceptical as had never heard of them at the time of joining. Really fast service and was set up the next day after moving in to a new house. Long may this continue.

Great and quick service from Rocket Fibre, top class service and would highly recommend

Moving house is never easy but with three teenage daughters in tow the reliability of the broadband provision takes on an additional level of importance. I found Rocket Fibre flexible - completion dates are never set in stone - and since we have moved in the service has met the approval of the most critical of audiences.

I can't complain about the internet service as it is the fastest I have ever had! Cityfibre were quick to install everything and all has worked smooth so far (2 months).

They don't utilise the One Touch System as required by Ofcom, which means that I did incur a bill from my old provider. It took over a month for them to credit me about 50% of the bill I incurred.

Communication once opening a ticket was fast, but ultimately did not resolve anything. They failed to reply to my complaints email for 28 working days, which is when I mentioned taking it to CISAS and informing Ofcom.

I have made these three recommendations to Rocketfibre:

1. Inform new customers clearly at the point of sale that One Touch Switch is not supported and they will need to cancel their old provider themselves.

2. Automatically acknowledge complaints when they are submitted.

3. Make sure customers are informed of resolutions and given the chance to agree the matter is closed. This should be fairly easy to automate in a ticketed system.

With better complaint handling, their internet service would be much easier to recommend.

Edit: Rocketfibre have since replied to my suggestions. Their response explained that my order was placed on their older system (before One Touch Switch was implemented) and that some processes were still being handled manually at the time. They also mentioned that automated complaint handling is being introduced in their new system.
