Unfortunately this company don't place any value on existing customers. Quite happy to charge me £8 per month more than a new customer for exactly the same service. Wouldn't even discuss or consider giving me a discount or reduction to retain me as a loyal customer over the last few years. Likewise unwilling to entertain any sort of price matching for competitor companies.

A really bad show that when a loyal customer calls you out on the price difference offered to new customers that the response is couldn't care less, leave to a new provider if you want to.

Existing customers - check your price you are paying and if you have been with Rocket for 18+ months there will 100% be better deals available elsewhere.

One of the worst companies for disabled abuse failure to follow the policy and not replacing faulty equipment then throttling services and Ont failure boxes for
City link messing with the line and leaving boxes open
Rocket fibre sent me a faulty router then refused to replace it then on top of that breached ofcom laws no adr services and no letters large print and no dead lock letter and would not fix faults.

Useless they also farm your details to third party and refuse to tell you who in data breaches. ICO reported.

Rocket fibre now under investigation by ofcom

Responded promptly to a ticket raised.
Easy to install.
No issues, very happy so far.

21/8/25 Update: following my original review below, Rocket Fibre have now provided me with a working phone service which has been reliable so far. Their internet connection continues to work well and provides consistently fast speeds. Had all of this been the case from the beginning I would have given 5 stars, but I’ve upgraded my rating to 3 stars for now.

I switched from No One Internet to Rocket Fibre on 7th July. The internet service works fine, but 20 days later I am still without a working phone line (which I am paying for). I've raised support tickets and despite promises to send me the bit of equipment that is needed to make the phone line work, nothing has arrived. This is not acceptable!

Rocket Fibre, if you're reading this - check support ticket #836577 and sort it out! Very very annoyed.

I recently moved to a new build with only OFNL connection. Having never heard of any of the suppliers available I made my decision based on Trustpilot reviews.

Well, that was a mistake.

I had to call support from day 1 and honestly probably spoke to them about 6 times.

After the 4th call I asked if I could cancel as I felt that I was still in my cooling off period and at that stage had still not had any service. Only to be told that I could not cancel as the service started from day 1 despite the fact that I had no service.

Essentially if I couldn't get the service to work I would be paying for 18 months for nothing.

This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will definitely not be continuing with this provider once the 18 months are up.

Very easy setup experience, with good customer service when I’ve needed to speak with them. When the kit arrived (the next day after ordering!) it was super simple to set up and once plugged in, I had WiFi instantaneously! Since getting the WiFi up and running, the speed is true to what is advertised and I’ve had no issues! Thank you for a great service!

Easy transition from another provider to Rocket Fibre.
Good customer service team and always follow-up with updates.

Do not use, company over charged me. Ignored my complaints so went to ombudsman who rule in my favour. Still waiting for monies back 6 months after ruling. Ombudsman have now suspended their membership as they are not respecting rulings!

I have been with them for a month now and already more satisfied then I was with my previous provider. Speed is stable and very close to the possible max at all times. They let you use any router you like you don't need to use some cheap own branded crap. I called customer service once only and they were okay so far.

So far rocket fibre has been great, had no issues with internet speed.
Set up was easy and we had internet the day we moved in to our new home no issues.

What a smooth experience we had with Rocket Fibre. Everything arrived in a timely manner, actually a day early. So easy to set up. I would highly recommend.

Shady company with shady rules. I have been with for a year. I moved a house to put a request to migrate to new property. Connection was setup at new property and did not close the old connection. After one year i released in my account that there are to payments again rocket fiber each month. When i rang them customer support told me that you were supposed to close your old connection. Its in the email. We cant close the old connection. Well if you have setup a new connection then it means my connection is migrated why do i have to cancel old connection. But apparently they can take request to migrate the connection but not close the old connection. I have paid 300 pounds in their account for nothing.

Having been with Virgin media for ages, Rocket Fibre is the best Internet I've had.
Wished I had moved to this ages ago.
The Internet never drops are anything,always got full signal.
Would highly recommend it.

If you’re moving into a new build you’re probably deciding on providers from OFNL and considering them.

Dont.

The service itself is good enough but their platform online is archaic. They don’t do direct debits. Their prices are some of the least competitive for my area at least for comparable packages and they're unwilling to even try to match it. They also can’t compete with other providers when it comes to having IPV6 or Static IP’s as standard.

Customer service? Poor when you vote with your feet. they state your final date of service and then cancel it the day before. I’m sure many of us have had insurance policies, phone contracts etc so we know a FINAL DATE is the last day service will be provided. When you then contact them explaining the situation the best they can do is claim your line no longer allows them to set up a service.

Easy enough for a prospective buyer to bear in mind once they’ve read this but why bother with them. I found at least 5 other providers on the OFNL list with better prices for better deals than Rocket fibre. Steer clear until they clean up their act!

We moved house and had a choice of unfamiliar suppliers. We chose rocket fibre and have had excellent service. Customer service has been great, quick to respond and very helpful when we contacted them. We have been using Rocket Fibre for a month now and are happy with our internet, streaming speeds and stable connection.

It was quite easy to set up and so far so good we are very pleased with Rocket Fibre.
