I enquired about a car was able to go and view that day, test drive. I wasn’t pressured into buying and had plenty of time and offered to go and look at the car multiples times whilst I was there to make sure I liked the vehicle. I had the pleasure of being dealt with by Becky and she was such a lovely warm woman who offered hot drinks the whole experience was brilliant the customer service was excellent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle from start to finish I can only praise the staff here. Thank you again for your service

Rix Motors were the highest bidder on my Range Rover Sport through the Motorway Auction platform.
I agreed to drive the 3 hour journey to them in order to expedite the sale process as I had placed a deposit on another vehicle.
My car was spotless inside and out and equally as good if not better than anything else on their forecourt.
After looking round the vehicle and test driving, their representative called Alister informed me that the car had a DPF blockage fault showing on their diagnostic tester and it could not be cleared.
He told me a new filter was £4000 if required and then proceeded to offer me nearly £3000 less than his winning bid price.
I declined protesting that their was no fault as the car drove perfectly and there were no warning lights on the dash.
I phoned my local dealer and he confirmed that the fault would be historic and could be removed and ignored. He said any current fault would show on the dash.
At this point Alister offered me an extra £1000 thinking I was desperate but I declined again and drove the car home.
It was obvious to me that Rix motors were being dishonest and trying to fraudulently reduce their bid price on the car.
I contacted Motorway to complain and drove straight home to my dealer who put a tester on and confirmed categorically that it was a historic entry and not a current fault at all. He checked the soot mass figure in the filter and it was hardly registering and confirmed the car was in tip top condition.
Motorway are still investigating Rix Motors but this behaviour puts a very big question mark over their honesty and integrity and I would recommend anyone thinking again before dealing with this company in the future.

That is not True, once again you are proving you are liars. There was only one fault not several and you did not allow me to see if it could be removed. You just showed me a screen shot even though I protested that it was historic.
I took the car to a reputable garage and they removed it in 2 seconds!
I told you that Land Rover wanted £300 to carry out a diagnostic check and could not fit it in that week so you were just creating obstacles and delaying the process. I sent you screen shots of the results from the other garage and you would not accept them even though you relied on yours which was clearly historic as no attempt had been made to clear it.
I have asked you to put the reason that you would not pay the full price for the car in writing and you have refused.
The car is perfect in every way, you were using underhand tactics to reduce the price
The case is currently being investigated by Motorway.
Please avoid Rix Motors at all cost they are a bunch of Cowboys!

From our records we can see that the vehicle presented with several faults when plugged in, including a particular filter restriction fault. We asked you to get a diagnostic from Land Rover, which you refused to do. We tried to clear the fault code whilst you were on site, but it could not be done.
Unfortunately we cannot purchase a car that has several faults as we cannot predict the repair costs.

Just want to thank everyone at Rix for helping me secure my new Audi A1 - I thought it wasn’t going to be possible getting out of my PCP old agreement & getting a new car on HP but it was & everything went so smoothly.
