This is the second car I’ve bought from Rix in the last 12 months which speaks volumes on how good my experience was. Specially Josh he was great nothing to much trouble. He had to order a part the car needed got it fitted all done. I love my car but when I come to change it in a few years I’ll go back to Rix.

The dealership provided a smooth and efficient purchasing experience. The vehicle was delivered on time and matched the agreed specifications. The sales team communicated clearly and handled the transaction well.
However, the after-sales service needs improvement. No Follow-up support was provided after sale. Strengthening customer care after delivery would improve overall satisfaction and lead to better long-term relationships.

The car I purchased was everything my wife wanted,it has only 20,000 on clock for a 15 year old car that is fantastic, to say she only does 2,000 a year the car will last a lifetime and still will command good resale price.
The staff at Rix were very helpful and and professional, didn't get my bottle of wine which Darren promised me for my wife.But whisky is her tipple anyway.
Would seriously recommend Rix to any potential buyers.

A very refreshing motor purchasing experience. The team at RIX are super friendly, not pushy or over 'salesy!' the simple left me to have a good look round and when I had a few questions and a shortlist they were happy to give me all the info I needed. I then paid a deposit and a week later collected the car. All the cars they have a re immaculate and well looked after and there's a huge selection of choice too. A great experience from start to finish.
