I did get a good part exchange deal but have subsequently found there is a front suspension problem with the car. The salesman Chris was helpful

No issues with the sale of the car, aftercare though is almost none existent. Car broke down 2nd day of owning it. Booked in for repair, first slot available was 3 weeks away. Told we should get you in next week. Obviously didn't happen. Getting main dealer to repair instead

Brilliant experience all round. We bought my daughters first car and Darren who dealt with us was exceptional. We had been to a number of dealers prior and all of them pretty much ignored her and try to deal directly with me (her dad) regardless of the fact it was her that was buying the car.

Darren made my daughter feel central to the discussion. He treated her with respect and added significantly to the whole process and experience of buying her first car.

After a horrendous time at another dealership I seen a Ford Kuga that I liked at RIX on Sunday and drove away Monday in my new car.

This is the 2nd vehicle purchased from rix in the last couple of years, both times have been a great experience with friendly staff and no hard sell like you get at other places. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again for another car in the future.

Gary was a great salesman, car is great only issue was the Aircon needed regassing, which he said they would pay some of it towards if I showed them the receipt.

Which I did however never heard anything back from them after this, and to be honest didn't expect to as they had my money after all.

But the whole thing was an easy process and it's been fine since.

All the staff are lovely, and i am happy with my car.
There was some issues on the pick up date originally which petrol, time and half a day's work holiday could have all been saved. We called before we set off on an hours journey to make sure the car was ready, they said yes, we got there, and it wasn't.
In fairness, they then gave free delivery on the car instead, but it took 4 more days to be delivered.

One of the parts I had requested to be sorted before hand wasn't either (luckily it is a minor part - the back windscreen wiper cover).

So I'm giving, in my opinion, a generous 4 stars, as they did also sort out other small issues with the car before it was handed over to me.

Delivery staff were also very nice as well.

This is the second car I have purchased from Rix in just over 2 years and the experience both times has been efficient and easy. Second time around I was well looked after by Scott (with some remote support from Henry too). I would thoroughly recommend Rix to anyone looking for friendly service and prime example vehicles.
