Great Motor Company
I found myself in a difficult situation,at 71years old I needed to purchase a car quickly.
I saw a car that was within my budget and met what I was looking for, I rang RIX Motors and explained my situation to the sales person Nikki. She was professional and understanding of my requirements.She helped me through the whole transaction and I am thankful for her and her kindness. I did purchase the car. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Great car and excellent experience
I purchased a 2007 jaguar xk two weeks ago and can say that I am delighted with the car and the overall servide and experience from Rix motors/HR Classic cars.
Scott was a great dealer, firm but fair, and made sure I was able to collect the car before Christmas by going the extra mile. I got a fair price for my part exchange and the XK has exceeded all expectations.
Not only a lovely car but also well kept and maintained and in tip top condition to take away.
I waited for two weeks to write this review as I knew I had two long trips over Xmas. Those drives were perfect. The xk handled them with no issues and it was two lovely drives of over 350km.
First class from Scott and the dealership and certainly where I will be going in the future.

Quality purchase with excellent customer service from RIXMOTORS
We can’t thank Scott enough. He made the purchase of our new, second hand F type a pleasant experience, from the first video chat to picking up the car. We’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other car dealers but certainly not this time. Brilliant service and attitude.😍
We seen the car (Mustang GT) online. And thought that can't be the right mileage. Called spoke to Scott who confirmed this. We drove 282 miles to go look at this too good to be true car.
Scott was so pleasant, best salesman I've ever encountered, and I've encountered a few.
He welcomed us with a firm confident hand shake, offering some refreshments, gave us the keys and left us too it, he was in the office if we had any questions. Scott answered all our questions, with no pressure to buy.
They do offer a delivery service. We were travelling onwards to a party in Portsmouth and decided to collect the car 2 days later on the way back up to Scotland. It had be prepared and was ready for our return, along with a bottle of vodka. 😘
(Scott and I had joked about no drinking for me now I have to drive this car back home.) On collection the car was ready and Scott got the vodka. He also checked we got home safe .. 🤗
Me personally, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and if Im looking for another it was well worth the drive.
The biggest thing I noticed, Not Pushy if you like it, you will buy it attitude 😉 and we did. Absolutely Love the Car..🤩

I recently purchased a Porsche 911 Turbo Cab
I recently purchased a Porsche 911 turbo cab. I dealt with Henry, who has been a pleasure to deal with, he gave me an excellent trade in price and was really helpful for the whole purchase.
A week after my purchase I had a PADM failure (very common and expensive to fix) on 991.2 cars. They got me back , gave me a RR Sport and repaired it within a couple of days. Will, the chap who did the replacement work, sent me pictures of the process and was careful and conscientious.
This is an excellent dealership, that goes the extra mile to make customers happy.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

not so great buying experience
scott was great left us to look no high pressure sales
got the car ready really quickly even sent a bottle of wine with the car as it was my wifes birthday

unfortunately there is no aftersales service dont bother with the warranty as you will just be fobbed off
i accepted the car was over priced because i thought there would be some back up with the warranty only had the car 2 months and the boot would not open after spending £32500.00 so cost me another £1000 to get sorted

Darren spoke to me and invited me in imediately they offered me a hot drink as the weather that day was bad he listened to my requirements and pointed out two cars both Fab but I liked the one he highly recommended really good to deal with made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions part ex my car and in 4 days later picked up my car all the staff seemed lovely and spoke to me Darren was the nicest guy to deal with not pushy and will defo recommend the garage to my friends and family.
