Pathetic service. They cancel booking last moment without valid reasons.
I had booked a Revv car for a month on 01-10-2021. They verified the documents, accepted the booking and took payment of 30k. But a day before the delivery, the representative called me saying my Driving license was a commercial permit license. But i have never taken a test specifically for driving commercial vehicles. I crosschecked it in parivahan.gov.in website, my licence was for personal use only. Not sure from where they are getting this false data. Even if this was the case they should have done this verification before taking the payment. Support team always refuses to connect to their managers. No way to escalate this issue. Horrible experience.

Booked an i20 in Bengaluru a couple of weeks ago. Revv, quite frankly, are crooks. Brash, uneducated, and perfidious. If you live a decent life in the city and want to know how criminals make a living book a revv.
Revv - Its a scam
They cheated my 8K money. Dont go for it. They are not recording any calls, not maintaining notes in the booking ID. You will see their real face while they creating the invoice. So whatever they promise, they will say it not recorded anywhere in the note or calls. So you have to pay so and so amount. Revv - a big scam company

I booked a santro automatic car for 1 day 9 hours with 165km free fuel package for 7250 including security deposit of 2500. I refuel the car worth 1000 rupees as fuel gets over. So total 8250 rupees I spend on car. As per policy 2500 security deposit & 1000 fuel reimbursement means 3500 rupees should be refund to me. But they refunded only 2100 rupees & denied full refund by giving more fuel consumption like silly reasons. I almost spent 35 rupees per kilometre on this ride. So be aware from this revv. You’ll always find a car on revv as compared to zoomcar drivezy & other portals because I don’t think so anyone is doing same mistake by book this car again.

We family took rent a car (self drive) from Revv from Bengaluru to Mangaluru for one month in mid of April-2021 and paid full amount including security deposit Rs.5000. Unfortunately, due to increase in COVID19 cases in allover Karnataka, the lockdown imposed in Mangaluru 14days and extended 14days and more than a month. So, we stuck in Mangaluru along with Car. Hence, we requested Revv to collect car from Mangaluru and return the security deposit amount. But they sent 10000 invoice again and asking for additional 5000 by adjusting security deposit 5000. We surprised to know this and we requested customer care and explained due to Pandemic situation the car cannot be delivered in Bengaluru. The lockdown imposed for not to travel anywhere for people and any vehicle. They didn't understand the customer situation and asking for the extra money in this pandemic situation which is annoying all the way. Still Revv have to clear the deposit amount 5000 to me. We are not satisfied with Revv service.

Please never ever hire Revv car. I booked it from Mysore. First of all they gave me an old car but I took it. While I was driving it in the hills I found that when i turned on the AC the car didn’t accelerate at all. In the downhills the car brakes were not working. We had a narrow escape from an accident. When I complained them they told me to drop the car at their nearby workshop. I dropped it there and returned by public transport. Then after two days they started messaging me that there was no problem in the car and I will have to pay extra for their pickup charge. Their customer support tried to prove that I don’t know driving. They were rude and all they wanted is just money. No one asked me about the problem. Everyday they would call and message me to give the extra charge for pickup but they didn’t bother to ask me the problem. They will harass you and try to prove that you don’t know driving. It’s better to cancel your trip rather than taking a Revv car. Please never ever take their service.

This company is a big fraud and has overcharged neglecting issues i faced, the tyres were already having nails while departure & when complained they had nothing done but rejected calls and not bothered and i was delayed for the trip, and whn paid in full they overcharged and now a total mismanagement and pathetic emails and messages for over charges, what about extra fines i paid for your team nit giving docs handy? The refund amount the commit will never be refunded and you will always be over charges, never book the car from them, if your ready to suffer you can go ahead. Pathetic stupid illeterate unmanaged people work here
No customer support, Extra charges
I am using Revv and not able to contact Revv customer care after 7PM. They mention they have 24*7 customer care support, but we can only get a automated reply to call next day
Additional charges after rental period is over, goon like behavior
The company finds a way to charge you extra after your rental term is over and insists on collecting this extra amount above and beyond your security deposit. Some of the messages sent by their department seem to have been written by goons and the behavior is unlawful. Stay away from both Revv and Zoomcar
3rd class service and last moment cancellation
I was done booking app. 7 to 8 days before trough Revv app, then I got mail that whatever car i was booked which has got accident and you given me another car that time I was adjusted.
Then 16 Nov.2020 I received details of car and driver who going to drop the vehicle at my location he told me that sir can I drop the car by 1 am..I was told it's fine but better to drop early morning before my journey and he was agreed.
Then 17 night at 3 am i got call from Revv team that car has got breakdown, and unable to give another car due to unavailability issue.
According to plan me and my family members (7 people) has taken leave, and we were booked 3 days in resort..Water sport, hotels etc....
Even no one sr. Guy from Revv end has called me latter on as I was demanded to his executive also to talk with him/her...Latter on Revv call centre executive was called and told me we can give 2000 compensation only......Now I has lost my 50000 appx, also my family member has got upset as we had plan the same from last 1 year... Because of Revv worst planning and 3rd class service.
Very much upset due to worst planing and service and last moment cancellation in midnight.

Very bad company
Very bad company, they gave me a car which was abused and blamed me when the clutch was gone while I have only driven like 500 to 600 kms. Demanding a 10000 fine and having to pay a monthly subscription while the car wasn't used by me. Very bad attitude by the employees. when I said I want to cancel the subscription they are asking for 25000 rs extra and no car for nearly 2 weeks in that month, very bad company.
I had worst experience with revv car
I had worst experience with revv car. Car was delivered non - sanitised and no support for customer service. After my booking i handover the car with proper inspection. Driver sad everything is ok and security amount and fuel charge will be refunded to me. They sent me invoice after 1 week and deduct 1500 rupees. I tried to contact customer service but they wasted my 30 minutes on phone without any resolution. Worst customer service. #NeverGoWithRevv #TerribleExperience.

Fraudulent company and pathetic service. I leased out a car for 1 month, where I paid (4.5K for insurance + 5K deposit apart from rent) and interim 1 tyre got punctured. First they showed me a false invoice of 10000 Rs. to get 5000 Rs from me. Once I denied and asked for insurance is already paid, then they came up with a new fraud trick. They showed me a false invoice of 65000 Rs and started asking for 5K. I don't know whether they had installed a gold plated tyre afterwards!!
However the invoice contains the engine, internal and external multiple damages involved which did not even get incurred by me. But still they wanted to charge the consumer where I just used the car for a month!!!

Horrible company! Beware! I learned the hard way! I put in my address & card to donate $10 & it did $100! I immediately tried to fix the issue to NO avail! They have it REOCCURRING! Can't get to where their site says to fix that! Called my bank & got them involved.

Contacting customer care was easy until invoice gets generated, Later nobody cares to answer calls because invoice has some damage/repair charges which none care to explain
I dont recommend Revv to anyone till this time. Updated review will follow as I am still trying to deal with their customer support.
Not revv cars its wrecked cars
Never ever experienced these type of worst services, when I booked a self drive with revv cars for 3 days they had given a old XUV which was driven for 70K kms and before I could start my journey I had written a email to them saying that the car is not maintained well because the clutch plate was very hard the steering wheel was hard and I was getting a msg on a infotainment system saying that the car is due for services and requested to change the car however no reply from revv,
while on a trip the front wheel got punctured and needs to be replaced by the spare wheel and the tool kit to change the spare wheel is missing and I was stuck in coonor forest with family in the evening and could not decide what to do finally I had to call my hotel and took help from them to arrange a spare vehicle to shift the family and change the spare wheel with other tools totally I spent 6 to 7 hours for replacing the wheel ,
and while returning the vehicle when I raised a concern the executive said he will get back to me after checking the car till now no response from revv such a worst and disgusting services they offer,
its better to change your company name as Wrecked car services so that the one who books he knows what is he booking for.
