One of the worst service for car service...and money minded people with no professionalism. cars are old so do not waste your money by using their services. After repeative request also no one care about your issues.

Don't try it if you are abroad. On the call, the salesperson promises to provide a new and good car condition. But they don't have anything new after 2019. The delivery team and refund team were nice and helped me with my cancellation.

The car given to us was faulty. The car's transmission ddnt work well from the 1st day. itself. This the team did not want to accept. The headlights of the car were close to not working and even when asked to service it, it was hardly repaired. The break continuously making noises every time it was pressed. They take away the car for servicing for the longest period and when u ask them to extend your subscription for the same number of days, they refuse to do that and the customer care is above and beyond brilliant in repeating the same thing again and again. USELESS and UTTER WASTE of MONEY. One day a truck came and hit the car and that led to the car getting damaged. These guys refused to claim insurance for the same and put the entire cost on us. When asked to produce bills and share insurance claim - they shared fake bills. Hope a lot of people read this and never ever rent from REVV. They are giving CARS IN NON WORKING CONDITION, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND MONEY SUCKERS

The shitiest service available in Bangalore. If you want to plan any trip. Don't depend on revv. They will call you 5 hours before your booking and confirm that your car is not available and will provide you another sh**ty option and you won't have any option to choose and then they will give you a another sh**ty option and you will be forced to take it since you will loose all the money invested in a trip. As a gist, if you want to have a peaceful and healthy trip, don't use revv.

I never experienced such a cheating car rental company in India. Their service is very bad and also very expensive. After the payment they will cheat you. Please please avoid such a rental company. They will ruin your mental peace.

Worst service and very bad cars they deliver. Never trust the pictures in their site, and their words as the reality is entirely different. I booked an SUV from Dubai and paid 37250Rs. When i reached Pune, we as a family had to wait 2 hrs to get the car and after seeing the car we were terribly shocked. An old mahindra suv which had accident and broken bumper. While driving to lavasa, the cars engine got complaint and we were stuck at our emergency travel in the midst of lavasa mountain area. After many calls they replaced the car with a 10 year old sedan car Honda city, where i paid for SUV. the car was like a cattle shed, with window glasses not working. Car was such a dirty inside that we could sit inside and with the broken window we were not able to use AC. Somehow i finished off our 1 week trip and returned to dubai. The petrol i filled for first car is lost and had a very bad trip. So please please never use REVV cars.. they are cheaters... they never give u good cars....

Well, booked Revv car in the year 2019 for a 4 years lease and a buy back after 4 years. The agreement was signed with the same clause. But now after 4years when asked ReVv to sell the car as I want to buy back the company says that the vehicle is not in their sale list. So basically they fool people by telling that they can buy back the vehicle. Very bad experience and would recommend people to stay away from Revv Cars.

worst rental car service, first their paper work is not proper, they charge you for the items that they are not sure you broke or was broken before delivery, but car is with you so you broke. They dont provide valid invoice and documentation, thy have no proper working system, their managers shout on customers, they have no service proof or record and they are very rude in reply and dont share proper service documents when required, if they feel you should be charged they will charges, they dont run company , they are dictators and forecful service enforcer.They did hughe obligation on you as you rented car from them, their cars are not well maintained, it stinks.

Service seems to be good but the car quality is pathetic. I was always a bit doubtful taking a car from revv over zoom and I regret doing so.

Representatives couldnt offer any help then forcing us to continue with the car.

Did the booking with Revv a good 1 month before. 2 days before the pickup, they mentioned, selected car was not available. After so many follow ups got the selected car. Please be careful with car selection.

2 Cars were booked. One car scorpio, it ran 1 lakh kilometer and was provided. After running for 1.5 hrs car ac went off. The booking was for 13 days and imagine, we had to used this car without ac in such a condition. 2 times we took the car to the assigned provider by them and wasted our time.

Avoid planning any long trips with these cars.

I rented an automatic Baleno for a month. Received the car on a Monday evening and the remote control stopped working on the same day. Two days later, the petrol indicator showed false alarms. On Saturday evening, the technician visited to fix both. The following Monday morning, the car and the remote control stopped working again. The technicians visited, claimed that the car would work in 20 mins, then changed their stance and promised to come back and change the battery, then called five minutes after leaving saying that would not be possible due to "heavy traffic". The customer support manager yelled back on call saying that the car is reliable.
This is an absolutely pathetic service. I hope no one ever falls for this trap again.

Worst experience ever I.
tried to use this multiple times, all the times I had issues.
1. Once i booked a 7 seater and they delivered a 5 seater. We had to cancel the trip and lost the full hotel booking amount. 2. They cancelled the booking of Swift without any notification and no response from customer care.
3. When there is high demand they will cancel your booking randomly and ask you to pay higher amount.

I have booked revv car recently and from the time of delivery to pick up, I had a worst experience.
They will make you to pay more than the booking amount by adding extra charges in the final invoice and you won't event get your advance amount. Customer care team will start sending you threatened messages if you delay payment. Car was in worst condition and will go off in first gear.

I have booked a Revv car in Hyderabad. The pick-up, drop off process has been smooth and seamless. Even though the car was bit old and all the signs like dents, scratches there was no issue with the performance. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again through Revv, if needed.

The refund process was also smooth and money just returned in time automatically.

The service levels awfully fall short of the service support claims made by the Company/Executives. Moreover, the staff is least helpful and do not revert with details despite multiple calls to them. They are stubborn and do not listen to the customers.

We made a reservation for 7 seat vehicle for a month. One day before the delivery of the vehicle the REVV called and informed that they are not able to deliver the vehicle. Instead they offered 5 seat vehicle at a much higher price. Due to time constraints accepted and all terms and special conditions were never explained to us before we signed the contract and paid the full amount. Upon which they listed out special conditions as limit in the mileage, additional cost for extra mileage and did not offer us to buy extra mileage in advance for less price (which we came to know at the time of final settlement).
They had provided a vehicle where the insurance was expiring in the middle of the contract. We were stopped at the checkpoint and had to bribe the officer to let the vehicle go.
When we called the Customer Service for renewing and to inform that it is a shortcoming on the company not to review the insurance when expiring and to send a renewed copy.
One of the representative we talked told us it is our duty to renew the insurance and that we must have called the company to renew the insurance.
If I can give a much less rating as minus 0 to minus 10, I would have given them. Do NOT go with them, if you have to be careful and have all information before you pay the advance.

I had a terrible experience with this car rental company. Despite making a reservation in advance, the car was delivered to us 3 hours late, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to our plans for the day. The staff were unprofessional and unapologetic, and couldn't offer a proper explanation for the delay. The compensation provided was peanuts as well.

I would not recommend this car rental company to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, poor service, and subpar vehicles make them a terrible choice for anyone in need of a rental car. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different company that values its customers and provides quality vehicles.

If you think that revv offers a better price compared to similar services (zoom car) then please read this review before booking your order. They have poorly described policies for customer rights - any fault from customer side is charged, but absolutely no policies when the fault lies with the company. Ex. When car is returned late by customer, penalty of ₹50 per 15minutes; but no such penalties when the company delivers the car late. I say this because the car was delivered late to us by 1 hour, and pick-up was delayed by 15 minutes. They charge exorbitantly if free mileage is slightly exceeded (20km charged us ₹200) or for small fuel difference (1 bar charged more than ₹500). After all this, the cars they provide are poorly maintained. In our case the brake fluid was low (very dangerous) and suspension arm bushing damaged.

Would rather recommended buying a car and paying the emi, terrible service and the only time they actually respond promptly is when a payment is due. They're scamming customers by falsely advertising that the vehicles can be returned anytime, but when you actually want to end the subscription they charge one whole months rental charge as cancellation which is an annexure they've cleverly added in the agreement forms we sign.

I registered with revv from London and uploaded my UK licence, they accepted my licence and allowed me to book a car. I booked a car to use in Chennai and paid INR 16,000. When I reached Chennai airport and was waiting, car came after one hour (after making so many calls). Driver checked my UK licence and said that they can't give the car to me.
I told him to refund the money. He called the customer care and was talking for more than an hour. Then, they cancelled my booking and deducted INR 5,500 for nothing. I received my refund after 10 days. I realised that they are absolutely cheating. Kindly avoid this company, don't ever try this people. Frauds!
