Its a fraud company. Company scammed me in late August when I was given a defective vehicle which overhead in a short 30km drive. Company was informed and instead of helping they billed me for 1,70,000 rupees to fix their vehicle. When asked they stated that the vehicle was driven in overheating condition, but multiple correspondence the company failed to provide the reason for overheat. Extremely poor customer service who blamed me for pressing accelerator while clutch (whats wrong with this world??) prior to checking the car LOL (as if he knew what he was expecting to happen). Anyways long story short, the company doesn't maintain their vehicles, don't expect any customer service and carries the audacity to show up at your place to demand money. My money for 3 days booking was looted in 2.5 hours + additional 1,50,000 ruppee demanded to fix their car (NOTE: No accident involved or any external damage). Book it, don't expect a maintained car, 75% you will be okay but 25% chances are you will be paying these fraudsters some money.

Complete fraud. They didnt deliver the car and they still asked for 100% charges even though they cancelled. their customer service is a total scam.

Worst experience with revv. The pickup driver denied to visit the already scheduled pickup location. The car was scheduled to be picked up by 6 Pm. But the pickup driver called me at 9 for pickup and asked me to bring the car almost 4 Kms from my pickup location. While returning the car, a minor accident happened wherein side fender and headlight unit of left side got damaged. I was charged 10000 for it which they call as the limited liability. Just to meet the limited liability they charge the customers directly 10000 even if there are minor damages.
People like them who don't do their duty properly on time are responsible for this situation. On top of it by not helping or not receiving call shows their humanity. How careless these People are?

It is better to take zoom car to avoid this type of situation. Atleast they provide good customer support which is very much required nowadays.

I should not give 1 star as well. From starting to the end, it has been a nightmare. I have rented out for 1month. Just before the day of the delivery the car was cancelled and I had to go for another car(higher charge) because I needed it. The car came with of scratches and dents. They will take 5000rs deposit and if there is any dent caused by someone on the road, they will not claim insurance and they will deduct from your deposit and keep it in their pocket and never repair the car. Please stay away from them. For a small dent in plastic , they deducted 2000rs from my deposit. Will never use in my life.

This was one of the worst experiences in rental car services I have ever dealt with. Customer service people are useless and unable to help you with the requests needed. This is absolutely ridiculous as being in the service industry your customer service has to be top notch instead you are unable to give your customers an update on the situation, employees dodging calls after saying to call again in a few minutes. The experience with Revv reminded us of talking to scam callers. All they care about is money and not customer service. We have called 50+ times to various numbers that has been provided to us and yet we are waiting to get even the slightest update on this situation. I would like to recommend people looking for rental car services to never book from Revv as 1. Their customer service is horrendous and 2. The car provided does not work and has a lot of problems.

If 0 star was possible then i would have given that. They provide you damaged vehicle and when you report to them they blame you for damaging it and demands charges for it. In case of damage they don't provide alternative vehicle for support while they fix the issue in damaged vehicle. Also if you give your vehicle for repair while paying the repair charges you also pay the rental charges of car without getting any alternative car. Revv is cheating people. Poor service.

It's a fraud company. There was issue with the car so delivery executive didn't even waited till I inspect vehicle

I thought it's just pick up issue but when I was traveling, clutch cylinder busted and I had to struggle to repair the it and had to pay 10,500 for that.

When I asked for reimbursement, they said vehicle would go under inspection and than got a call that clutch was not fitted well and guess what bill they charged 9500 for fitting.

It's a scam. Don't ever choose revv. I checked so many negative reviews later and I realised I have also been robbed.

Very bad service.
I rented a vehicle from them for 3 months and I have the images before it was delivered and after the vehicle was handed over and there was no scratches on it.
After u delivered the vehicle they deducted 2200/- from deposit for the scratch.
Customer care never responded and they literally blocked my number.
No responses to my email as well

I went for subscription of Revv. They are those typical company, where you will get the service till you pay the booking amount. Once they get the money from you, it’s like who are you? My suggestion, unless you don’t have any other options to get a car stay away from them. There are 10s of other car rental companies, try them. And never book a subscription more than one month (just trust me on this).

Their customer service is pathetic. Although the car they provided was decent (but without fast tag) but it’s the service that made my experience horrible.

One of the worst car rental company I suppose out there in the market. They are greedy for money. The way they followed up on the left over money to be paid was ridiculous and totally unacceptable. It was to be frank a mental torture. Even after I emailed them the reason I was unable to pay the charges owing they disregarded it and keep sending text messages and emails. If an organisation can’t trust its customers how are you supposed to think that the customer can trust the organisation. The car provided was just average. Best bet never ever rent car thru Revv.

Deposit return policy is not correct. Fifteen days have passed but I have not received my deposit refund. Customer service phone is working but not received.Very dirty service.

A car was given to me WITHOUT ANY LEGAL paperwork. All authorizations were expired. All lies were told and I was forced to sit in a police station with my family. It's a crime and a shame.
The customer care is a stinking mess. No one knows what the other is doing. All they did was steal my money.
The entire experience was a big headache. No insurance was valid in such case and I really hope police arrests everyone involved in Revv. If trustpilot allowed me to give 0 stars, believe me, I would have.
Don't go for REVV cars. Just don't.
