Great service from start to finish. Logged the issue online, was updated throughout the day by text and received a call prior to arrival. Both men were extremely friendly and accommodating

Highly recommend Kev
Kev serviced my car today. I would highly recommend Kev as he was very professional, helpful, honest and explained everything very clearly. As a woman, I felt Kev was very respectful and I felt confident with him dealing with my car. In my opinion, Kev is a great asset to the RAC. I would defiantly use RAC servicing again but would definitely ask for Kev.

The mechanic arrived on time
The mechanic arrived on time, was very friendly and pleasant, even after getting soaked in rain. Great knowledge on the car, was efficient and tidy. Will use this service again.

My car completely stopped working last…
My car completely stopped working last week and all I can say is how impressed I am with the rac from the patrol car coming out and assessing what needs to be done to James the mechanic coming out and fixing it quickly and efficiently. Customer service was great and explained everything that they had done on the job. Worth paying the breakdown cover each year for a 5star service

RAC Full Service At Home
The Mechanic, Badge No 8580, (I didn't catch his name), phoned the evening before to give me an approximate time he was coming. He arrived on time and after an introduction he got to work straight away. After he had finished he fully explained the outcome of the service and told me the paperwork would be emailed to me, that arrived within half an hour. I am very impressed with the whole process from booking to completion and I will certainly use the RAC At Home Service again.
