Fast reply to my email and very polite and helpful in successfully helping me with my enquiry and a solution to my problem

The service is awesome. You can convert any file.
The customer service is swift and awesome.
I highly recommend.

I accidentally authorised a monthly subscription when I thought I was making a one-off transaction. Within moments of applying for a refund of the monthly fee it was processed and completed by Lisa. I provided full details of the initial transaction to explain what had happened and why the refund was valid. Lisa dealt with it courteously and promptly.

The team, especially Lisa are great helpers

Good communication levels and responses in clearing up an unexpected issue.

Please do not use this company as I don’t want you to experience what I did. They charged me a double subscription and have not returned my money. $110 for one file conversion. So dodgy!

First upload file. Then u need to pay. Just tell me this is the cost.

Truly amazing, thank you for resolving the issue so quickly!

Easy to use but payment was an issue

The quality of converting PDF document in Urdu to Word was not good. But Lisa in your team returned me message. That made me feel okay although I have to find another way to convert the PDF to the Word.
I hope you will make your program workable for Urdu in future. Thanks.

Initially I had issued a one star review because I had difficulties with the site as it appeared to claim to have translated a document, but required payment to view and download. After payment the site reported an error had occurred and the document was not available after all.

Reached out to support team who arranged for a refund. Credit where credit is due the review now reflects the support received from Lisa at customer support.

Very friendly team who helps you if there are and questions or problems.
