Awesome software and great customer support

Great customer care

very efficient. But it was meant to be free and I discovered just after loading the file that I had to pay...

I had an issue with the payment process but Profipd were very responsive and settled the matter to my satisfaction almost immediately

Great product, easy to use website and most importantly, great customer and client experience.

Service client au top
Réactivité au top
Rapide et efficace.
Rien à dire de plus.

Does what it says on the tin and does it very well and very quickly. The cost ain't bad either!

Very efficient and timely service

Quick and efficient customer support

I had an issue with a subscription charge and contacted Profi PDF support to request a refund. Lisa responded very quickly, confirmed that my subscription had been cancelled, processed the full refund promptly, and confirmed that no further charges would be made.

The initial billing experience was confusing, but I really appreciated how quickly and professionally the support team resolved the issue.

I had an issue with an unexpected subscription charge, but customer support handled it very quickly and professionally. Lisa was helpful, cancelled the subscription, and arranged a full refund promptly. I really appreciated the efficient support and quick resolution.

Super fast support team response. Resolved my issue with a payment in minutes. Definitely a company that values customer experience.

I used this website for my word to pdf conversion. I had to request a refund because of a mistake that happened. I sent a message through the website for a refund request to their customer service team and immediately got helped by Lisa! She was very kind and helpful. I got a reply in 2 hours which was very fast, never had that before. I recommend this company!

I was debited for a fee that I considered erroneous as I was not aware of having signed up to any subscription. When I asked for a refund, it was organised immediately and efficiently by Lisa. This was much appreciated.
