Had a food shop ordered for today for delivery between 12-2. Just after 12 I had a message saying order nearly there. I opened tracking he was a few streets away, (Cardiff) but then he drove to Bridgend! Tried calling but couldn’t get through. Then message to say delayed order. Then message to say they cancelled order due to access issue and only showed 1/2 my address. I have ordered many times before and they found me! I’m diabetic, I didn’t want to go out in the extreme heat and now it’s left me totally in a mess and it’s even hotter 34° and now I have to see what’s left in my local shop. I won’t order from them again

Always had good substitutions and food arrives on time or even a little earlier. Sometimes things like spinach are at the bottom of the bag and have been crushed (only happened a couple of times). Generally happy with the service, use it about two or three times a month.
What I don't like are the frozen ice packs to keep things cool. Not recyclable and I get about six of these per order. It would be good if we could return them with the next order

I have used the Morrisons-Thru-Amazon option for food deliveries every since it came out as an option... a long time ago!

Recently (i.e. after Amazon increased the number of slots available), their service has plummeted to the depths that I will never use again!

I didn't mind the reduced range of products to select from - a trade off in the past for knowing the items were in stock, and deliveries occurred a matter of hours later.

Now.... there are SO many substitutions or items out of stock - there is NO benefit for using this service. Might as well order from the big named shops, much more choice.

Awful service. They just can not get your order right. Ever. Even with the substitutions turned off you will get completely the wrong items. You can’t return them so they just go to waste.

Dreadful service. Don’t use.

Ordered food delivery for between 12-2. Received message to say it was out for delivery just after 12 with a link to track. When looking at that, it showed I was next to to receive my delivery. After 30 mins I looked at the tracker and could see the delivery driver at a location nowhere near my home, it was about a 35 min drive away. At 1.30 I checked again the message still said you are next. However the driver location was still showing at the same location. On closer looking at the location I noticed that it was a river. Was this driver in the river? Or had the tracking device been dropped in the river? I tried calling the delivery driver which was attached to the order saying call your driver, the phone didn’t ring and just went straight to voicemail, I tried a number of times. Just after 2pm, now late I checked again and it still showed location as in the river on the outskirts of the city. I contacted Amazon who asked if I had tried calling the driver, I explained I had done. I said that the location had not moved for 1.5 hours and it’s last known location was a river. Amazon called the driver several times and for voicemail too. There were two possible thoughts either something unfortunate had happened and the driver was indeed in the river and asked that Amazon should check on the driver somehow or the tracking device via the mobile had been dumped in the river which was last known location and the driver was not delivering the goods. The order was refunded however not refunded for The amount taken from my bank account it was £5 Ish less than charged. Later on that day approx 4.30 I received a message from Amazon to say my order was still coming, so I looked and the driver had indeed moved location although still not anywhere near my address, then hour after that I got another message that said the order had been cancelled as items were damaged in transit. I’m very dubious of what happened, but I will not be using the service again. Morrisons should seriously consider the relationship with Amazon as this is impacting their reputation, it seems from all the reviews on this site that this is a common thing to happen.

Never ever again! Ordered nearly £60's worth of shopping 10am on Sunday morning for delivery between 4 and 6pm, was showing as packed 2.30pm but that's where it ended, I messaged amazon at 6.30pm and they told me it wasn't coming and that I would have the money back in my account within 3-5 days! All supermarkets shut at this point with it being a Sunday. Left me in a right pickle! Nothing here for tea, no toilet roll, cat food, washing powder etc, complete shambles.

Appalling service. Morrison order was supposed to be delivered by 6pm. Had to contact customer service. Was told order would not arrive today so I cancelled it !
Utterly unreliable dont waste your time or your money on this "service" from amazon.

Ordered some essentials including perishable goods to arrive between 9 and 10pm. No delivery made. Not even left shop according to tracker.

My Amazon Morrisons shopping order came up showing delivered when it was not (at least not to my address). Spent over one hour this afternoon trying to speak to a person and when I got someone on chat helpline she told me to wait till 6pm and if it still wasn’t delivered - I could call back. Guess what - yes you are correct - no delivery arrived. I called back and no explanation given only that my bank account would be refunded by the full amount within 5-7 working days. Ridiculous that a Prime member should have no shopping and have to wait 5-7 working days for my own money through a wrong delivery made by a member of Morrisons staff. Tried to reorder tonight only to find no slots left and quite a lot of my items now out of stock

Shocking the driver turned up with 1 bag out of 7 claiming they did not have time to pick the rest of it
I sent the one bag back and told them to refund the whole amount as what is the point of 1 of 7 bags of shopping now we are going to have to wait for them to refund the order and the extra just incase they feel like sending a more expensive substitute
We will have to pay again for shipping and wait for the money back from the Amazon shop

Morrisons order in Amazon cancelled for no reason at 7pm. Order expected bt 6 and 8pm. Absolutely disgusting service. I used to shop at Morrisons weekly. Never again.

I've given 5 star reviews in past to Amazon Prime but this is about Amazon/Morrisons not Amazon Prime.

Dreadful ordered 3 boxes of 12 Protein bars got 3 bars.

Spent ages on phone to Amazon who refused to fulfil order or accept return.

Finally received part refund but will not be using Amazon/Morrisons online ordering again.

Informed delivery would be between 4 & 6, waited in and NOTHING turned up. Completely ruined our evening as we were expecting shopping and couldn’t then cook dinner. Customer services a complete joke, spent most of the evening trying to speak to someone, after three hours of painful text chat / phone calls, eventually told they had cancelled the order with no explanation. Offered me £5 which was an insult. Surprised Morrisons have put their name to this complete farce.

Claimed the Morrisons delivery would be between 7 - 9pm. At 9.15pm they sent a brief message saying there had been a technical error, and they would be unable to deliver. When I chased them for a decent reason, I was told they couldn't find a driver. I didn't believe them and checked the Amazon site, most of my items were now out of stock, which I think is the real reason for the terrible service.

I ordered yesterday,09/07/22, for delivery today. Saw it had been picked and delivery between 2 and 4. Kept an eye on it and it said at 3.30 I was next. Then suddenly just before 4 it cannot be delivered, refund in 3 to 5 days! Called customer service and got nowhere, so tried online chat. According to them most of my order was missing so they didn’t deliver anything! Never again! Just received an email about my refund which gives a reason why I have been refunded for each individual item in my order. Apparently they were all not satisfactory!

1st and last time using Amazon for a Morrisons grocery delivery. Had high hopes as Amazon deliveries nearly always good.
Ordered on line everything went smoothly, message to say all items available. Delivery on time but…only 2/4 bags arrived. Driver could not understand it and was most apologetic. Then the ‘fun’ began. Several hours trying to negotiate how to arrange the refund for 28 items and got caught in an online loop. Finally got through to customer service using the chat line and they are now processing the refund. But in order to do that I first had to manually input all the missing items myself what a faff! Back to Sainsbury’s for me-any missing refunds happen automatically - I’d rather pay more and have a better service. Like others have said, apart from a brief apology no offers of recompense vouchers off next order etc

Don't bother buying anything off these crooks! I bought a Dog Toothbrush that does not hold a charge, so packed it up in the same packaging (with everything back in the box) sealed it professionally and gave it to Amazons Courier (Royal Mail), who collected it from my premises. They have now sent me an email, stating that they only received "JUNK" in the package and that they have disposed of the "JUNK" and would not refund the £145.00 that was paid. I am furious, I own a Finance Company and have a net worth of several £M, so why the hell would I jeopardise my FCA Licence and good name etc, for something so stupid. They have said they will refund me, when I send the correct item back to them. Exactly how do I do that, if I have already sent it, DOH!. It was carefully packed in my office and one of my staff helped to pack it and another could see it being done! Its outrageous and I am now cancelling my Prime subscription and anything else I have with them. I certainly will not buy anything from them again. I will now contact my Bank to obtain a Chargeback and the return of my money! Its not about the money, its the way they think they can just do what they like, NO. They have now lost a good and valuable customer, not to mention ALL of our staff are shocked and have said they are doing the same. Don't use them, they are just blatant thieves! They are really only just a delivery Company, you can get most items much cheaper elsewhere, if you shop around! Oh and I have asked them on more than one occasion to call the Police and retain the so called evidence that they have, but as yet nothing. I will contact them myself.

Order cancelled while I waited for 3 hours at home. No explination just a text saying cancelled.

Thought I’d leave a review as I did glance at these reviews and was a little worried about ordering but still gave it a go. Glad I did. Ordered at 9:30am - delivered by 11:30am. All items delivered, delivery driver was polite. All shopping was packed very well..have home deliveries often and food is often crushed-defrosted etc. There was even ice packs with the frozen and fridge items to keep it cold. Will definitely be using again. Really handy for a top up shop in between my monthly big shop.

Have used twice in the York area recently with no issues, excellent service from the delivery drivers on both occasions
