Absolute garbage. I’ve purchased and reviewed many products over the years. The Primafocus glasses — by far — are the worst piece of garbage, I have ever purchased and reviewed. Do not buy.

You can tell from the advertising spiel that these glasses would be rubbish. Claims some people need two different pairs of glasses omits that bifocals have been around a while. No one goes regularly for an eye check. It's dangerous as you get older not to have your eyes checked every 2 years (glaucoma etc). Why does Youtube allow rubbish like this and all the other scams?

I basically re-iterate what others are saying. The frames are cheap and nasty akin to those you might win at a crane grab game in an arcade. The lenses WOULD NOT adjust for either near or far site, nowhere near. I still see the same add pop up from time to time on YouTube and I’ve reported the company there too. This is a harsh lesson, look on trustpilot before you part with your hard earned money. I received my refund this morning.

Adjustable glasses sounds like a good idea but this product utterly fails to deliver. The low quality plastic lenses are sort of adjustable but I could not get a sharp image whether near or distant and found them totally unusable. If adjustable glasses really are doable then I would expect Specsavers et al to be developing them.
I am embarrassed that I fell for the hype and wasted my money. I must immediately bin them and they will probably go to land fill.

The only reason I clicked on the one star It wouldn't allow me to write the review if I didn't. Full on scammers. I contracted my bank when I realised how much they had tried to scam me for something I hadn't ordered. Discussing stealing from people.👎 🙈🙉☠️When you try to click out it won't let you .Luckily
I noticed that they had also tried to take recurring payments.

I was only looking next thing I’d bought them plus extra warranty got hold off them they said they were already shipped that took two weeks I thought I’d give them a go on inspection I’ve never seen such cheap rubbish honestly there only fit for the bin I’ve messaged them several times to send them back and they won’t answer me PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM THERE A RIP OFF AND A LOAD OFF JUNK

Initially I ordered a pair after seeing these glasses advertised on the website of PrimaFocus and paid with PayPal. But then somehow got back to their website and foolishly clicked once more getting another pair in error. Realising my mistake,I checked my PayPal account at once spotting that another 3 pairs were added to my order plus money taken.( I would never order 3 items from this type of website as I always want to try the product.)
So I emailed thePrimaFocus about half an hour later I placed the orders to cancel them and refund my money. only to be told that it was already in their warehouse to be sent out and shortly afterwards that my orders were despatched. In one hour? I knew at once this was a scam. I was however told that I will have 30 days to return them once received. So now I wait for their arrival. Needless to say they will be returned without my opening them and asking for an immediate refund. Should they fail to do so, I will report it to PayPal and hope to get my money from them.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I bought 3 pairs of glasses just a few hours ago and requested a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order. Despite their return policy clearly stating that cancellations are allowed within 30 days, they refused to honor it. This company has demonstrated dishonest and fraudulent behavior. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy from them.

This company has deceptive practices. I ordered glasses for $39 and they billed me $160 for the same product. They further refused to cancel order within a few hours on a Sunday saying it already shipped which is bs. Who knows if product will ever arrive but now I must struggle to get my money back. Buyers beware of these scammers.

I wanted to order one pair, but an extra three pairs plus insurance were added automatically. Tried to stop the order of the extra three pairs + insurance, but as many others have said, "the order was already dispatched" within 5 minutes. That must be a total lie because I then got an offer of a glasses case that could be added to my order. I returned the items as soon as I got the package a few days later, without opening the package. Refunding was speedy, but I would not recommend the more than dubious practices of this company. Rather dishonest in my mind. BEWARE!

Cheap, tacky product. Heavy black top bar always in vision, not made clear when purchasing not to be used for driving or machinery use. Have my doubts about supposed reviews on Primafocus site. Need reporting to Trading Standards. As for the spectacles - bin job as I doubt they reimburse you for returns.

Apporling quality,unclear vision because of lense quality was so shoddy ,totaly mis represented ,i intended to buy one pair and as a result of trickery check out finished with 3 pairs with additional warranty .I realised I had been tricked minuets after I placed my order and emailed to cancell,there is a twelve day cancellation,the loop hole providing the item had not been dispatched,I was told my item had been shipped,obviously the time between order and cancellation was so short that no way had it been shipped.They also set up a reacuring payment to them on my pay pal account.Avoid these people.If i could give no stars I would.

I wouldn't call it a scam but for around 60 quid I expect better service and a better quality product than I received yesterday. Please read the other reviews here at Trustpilot to see full details. I wish that I had first instead of being taken in by sales talk. There are absolutely no good reviews at Trustpilot as Primafocus publish on their website. This makes them look like complete liars which of course they are. I have bombarded them with complaints to email addresses that actually exist but if you just send an email to info or hello-at-getprimafocus-dot-com (sorry not allowed to publish email addresses here) which they are currently using to send replies, it will probably be returned as a non existent address. They seem to operate from UAB Commercecore, Savanorių pr. 363, Kaunas, Lithuania which is an address advertised on their website but I wouldn't trust that. If I was able to give a zero star review, I certainly would as this firm use questionable practices and should not be trusted.

Absolute rubbish product. Tried phoning kept on hold (trying to connect you) then cut off !! Tried email but would not go through.. Anybody know of an email address that works? Would be very gratefull

Thought to try a pair and during checkout Primafocus had a misleading headline that said want the pair cheaper so... said yes. Who wouldn't...

Primafocus then charged me for an additional pair - what a cheeky stunt.

Went straight to paypal and was unable to cancel the order... then went to their 24/7 support and asked them to adjust the order (all within 10 minutes of the order confirmation)

They said, sorry no refund because the products were already packed and dispatched - they did however, offer a refund on a returns basis but, i very much doubt this will ever happen and this is a poor excuse.

Considering they have trustpilot scores on their web site, i trusted the company more so than usual - following on from this, have contacted Trustpilot to look at them.

MISLEADING and very DISSAPOINTING. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Total Scam, rubbish product, DO NOT BUY - I sent them back under the 30 day 'guarantee' and hey ho!, no refund, no response to emails - feel really stupid in being scammed!

UPDATE:- received a refund today after explaining the refund policy to them - I am very surprised and relieved, we will see what happens going forward!!!

Dear all, please do NOT buy anything from this company! I was overcharged for a pair of adjustable glasses by 3 times the amount.

When I questioned this (within minutes of the order being confirmed), I only ever got Email replies, never in person. The responses would ignore my pleas to cancel the order, stating it was too late and that the shipment had already been dispatched.

Luckily, my purchase was via PayPal. So, I immediately submitted a claim to them for the amount of £107 and some change. Within 24 hours of me doing this, I received an apologetic Email from Prima Focus claiming it was just a misunderstanding.

What Prima Focus also did was to generate a recurring transaction on PayPal, which I spotted and immediately cancelled. That's just totally outrageous.

Anyhow, the transaction for the glasses has now been cancelled, and I've got all my money back. Many thanks to PayPal!

I avoided this company as they use high pressure on line sales tactics (perpetually low stock, only 23 pairs left so ORDER NOW! type rubbish). They also push far from independent customer review sites to the top of google searches where (surprise, surprise) they come out top.

Crooks. Their website is designed to trick you into ordering extra items you don't want (like extended warrantee) but that doesnt matter as they simply charge you for random extra items. They also set up a £29.95 recurring charge, I guess hoping that I would not spot it.
PayPal Customer Service rep was the best I have ever come across, exceedingly helpful. Full refund received.
