Primafocus PF complete scam lies lies , YOUR DEALING WITH PEOPLES EYES YOU IMBESILES !! These are a £5 $6 on Amazon, cheaper on Aliexpress . PF you should be ashamed with yourselfs LYING on YouTube etc adverts. ONE BIG RIP OFF !!

Days after I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from Primafocus I get offers to buy the same article at half the price I paid. But this is not why I am being negative.
Depsite their glossy web pages, they didn't live up to their story. No tracking note after 24 hours, so no idea where the product was. Delivery time after their recommended and stated service.
The product itself is cheap rubbish, more likely made by some poor people in a sweat shop rather then by their ' engineers'. As soon as you take the glasses out of the box you realise you have been duped, and you have in your hands and cheap and nasty product that did not make a single bit of difference to my vision.
Their 24 hour chat is nothing more than an e mail link to a help desk who did everything they could to avoid giving me details of how to return the product for full repayment. In the end, I accepted , at their suggestion, half the money returned and I keep the glasses - which of course are now in the trash.
interesting that I dont see any of the 5*web page reviews on the Truspilot web ...
So, I am angry because I always say to myself ' if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is not' - don't waste your money people, this company has nothing to offer but a reason to get annoyed.

This Time? Well tried to cancel as soon as got my paypal invoice which did not work because you charged me $237 for 5 pair of glasses which I did not want. Called immediately & was told already being shipped. A lie as they did not come for over a week & 1/2. Now I have been communicating since June 10 with absolutely no resolution as yet.

It's an utterly rubbish product. over-inflated pricing of a £4 pair of glasses, which, even at that price, would be rubbish. The site shows fake trust pilot reviews and 100% satisfaction. The pricing is made to make you think you have a deal but there then bolt on a warranty that even though you deselect still gets charged. unable to contact them easily to remedy. paypal directs you to a contact form that doesn't work and an email that bounces. i had an automated reply that I responded to with photos but then nothing.

Too bad I cannot give it 0 star, which is what they deserve. They post fake reviews boasting how great their products are (sponsored links tell that they paid for it). When ordering, their web portal does not show me how much the total is to give me a chance to approve or disapprove. It turns out that for 2 pairs their advertisement says $89.99, but at the end I was charged for more than $150. Their on-line chat is not a chat, but a mailbox that you can leave a message for someone to get back. Their listed phone number is not in service. Basically they try to evade direct contact with their customers. As soon as I realized that I am being charged much more than I was promised, I contacted their on-line chat asking them to stop my order. They replied saying they will contact their warehouse and need to wait for them to get back. Obviously it is just a story. An hour later they said that the order is already out for shipping so cannot cancel my order. What else would you expect? I now need to wait for the package to arrive and then need to send it back and fight for refund. This is all designed to make it a big hassle for their customers so we would give up. No, not me. I am going to fight this fraud all the way to the end!

I ordered 2 pairs of these adjustable glasses for myself & a friend. They were advertised as being on offer for £70 (£35 each). When they emailed me the invoice it showed £120!!! I emailed them immediately & all they did was take off the extra warrantee which we had not selected anyway!!! The glasses came, they are cheap plastic frames & lenses, very poor quality, the adjustable wheels at each end of the frame are clicky, stiff, ridiculously difficult to move!!! DO NOT BUY THESE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

Absolute RUBBISH! Should have found these reviews before throwing my money away on these plastic things. Be warned.

If only I had read the reviews before purchaing what turned out to be plastic rubbish. Seems incredible that this company is allowed to conduct what is a scam to take your money. Fortunately Pay Pal were great and provided an address so I could return the glasses and hopefully I will receive a full refund. Beware!! Do NOT be fooled by the claims stated on their web site.

Do not buy these horrible glasses.
They nearly damaged my eyesight.
Merchant unapproachable to discuss item.
Did not respond to my phone calls or emails

One star is still to much for these con artists. They say great things about the glasses and great adverts yet they are shi*. Wish I had looked in here first! They took 8wks to arrive and they are cheap and bendy. They came in a squashed box. Then lense focuses by moving the whole lense and if they did work I would have looked a right nob wearing them. I got a whole refund but this took another four weeks and reporting them to my bank. They initially said I could have half the refund and keep the glasses. I told them the glasses were useless and they went in the bin. If you do want these glasses they sell them on Amazon for 5.45p

Scam. One pair was supposed to be £49.99 but they charged me £68.93 at last minute. Also, they set up a recurring payment without permission. Had to cancel with bank. This outfit should be taken to court!

I wish I had read these reviews, same happened to me.
I was billed for a year insurance which I never requested, was offered 2 pair for a set price after I ordered the one pair. I thought I could review at the end , but no, order completed. I emailed with 15 mins , can I cancel the extra 2 till I try the first pair, no, your order has been processed. 3 days later , I get an email saying would you like to buy a case to be included in your order . I emailed again, if you can add something , you can remove something, no. But we have a 30 day return policy.
Order was made on the 13th, now 22nd with no sign of them . They will be returned unopened and I feel I may have to go through PayPal for a refund .
Also check the way you made payment as I see I had a recurring payment with them on PayPal, which I have cancelled.
I must add, to give them a fair review, they refunded me the day after I sent them back.
The glasses did not make my vision any better, was blurry .

do not buy glasses from prima focus , they don't work and they are cheap rubbish and it's very difficult to get the refund--- PayPal are sorting it out for me. .

This is a scam and be careful they double charge and set a recurring payment on your account. They Complete the payment via PayPal immediately and won’t be able to cancel the transaction.

I ordered one pair of these glasses to try and they are worthless they did not adjust at all and when I wanted to return I was given the run around and so in the end I only got a 75 percent refund. This is a TOTAL SCAM. I purchased 6-7-24 and got the 75 percent refund on 6-26-24 what a rip off...

I bought one pair of adjustable glasses. The quality is poor, the right lens did not adjust at all. I have requested 7 times for a return label and refund in due course. The website states 30 Day Money Back guarantee but the reply I got was that a photo was required to include the original packaging and a copy of the order. The website does not state 'subject to conditions' This company is a shower, their after sales service woefully lacking. BEWARE!

Do not click on any links, otherwise you will be charged for multiple items which you have no way of confirming before checkout, because they automatically add on extra products you never ordered. Their system is set up so that you cannot preview your order before they take your money! It is absolute theft! Plus, they also set up an automatic recurring payment to them from my PayPal account which I never authorised! I have lodged a complaint with PayPal so that I can hopefully get a refund of the $587.14 which they stole from me!
***UPDATE*** After disputing these transactions with PayPal, I received a full refund. Thank you PayPal.

If you watch You Tube long enough, you will see the advert gives two different versions of their story: in one it's a man, who invented the glasses and in another one it's a woman. I think it's one scam company that makes not just glasses but other things too like, fans, heaters and more. I say this because the advert is always the same: an altruistic scientist/inventor, who created something cheap to help humankind and save people money.

Could not get the glasses to focus. Very poor quality of manufacturing.
