I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It's all already been said - they charge for extras. I tried to cancel within the hour (after contacting my bank) but I got what was probably an automated reply saying 'already shipped'. Yet a week later nothing had arrived.

I feel such an idiot getting involved with this company and wish I'd done some research. They magically added some cases to my original order and charged me accordingly.
I got in touch with their customer services (that seem to be run by an entirely different company) within 2 mins of making the order and they claimed I wouldn't be able to cancel it but that if i didn't like the products then I could return them.
I had no choice, so waited for the arrival and have never seen such rubbish in my life, cheapest , nastiest pieces of plastic you've ever seen with exposed edges that are just not safe.
I immediately contacted customer services who wanted a picture of the goods and packaging. I sent this and have heard nothing since.
I shall be going to Mastercard in the morning to dispute the transaction and will see what happens there.
I simply don't understand how the reputable backs / credit card companies would deal with such a company once the complaints start rolling in.
UPDATE: eventually after a lot of email correspondence , most of which was non sensical from their end, they eventually offered to refund 50% if I kept the glasses or a full refund if I returned the items tracked by post at my own expense. I obviously took the returning option and after a lot more correspondence once they'd received the package I eventually managed to get a refund!
So 2 morals to the story 1. don't ever get involved with this company. 2. If you do then don't be put off going through the hoops required to get a refund. Keep on pressing and demanding an appropriate response and then you may get your money back!

I ordered a pair of these glasses, I was looking forward to receiving them ,and when they arrived it wasn't long before I realised what a dreadful ,nasty ,cheap pair of glasses I had just purchased, they soon went back ,and they did give me a full refund. Shayne ,Nottinghamshire
Waste of time and money
The price charged for this poor quality flimsy piece of useless plastic is ridiculous. They are in no way durable and do not work as described. These are very cheaply made and the possibility to adjust is very limited. I won't even worry about asking for a refund. It is just a waste of time and money.
Lloyds Bank has refused to cancel a pending transaction from this fraudulent company
Like everyone else, I have been scammed by this fraudulent company. My experience is identical to that reported by Christine Parkin on 3 June, namely, "I made the mistake of browsing the PrimaFocus website and unwittingly got scammed out of £160.89 for three pairs of glasses, three warranties and postage. I definitely DID NOT place an order. My mistake was to log in to my PayPal account before leaving the PF website."
As this is showing as a Pending Payment in my Lloyds Bank app, I called Lloyds to cancel it. After being on the phone for 40 minutes, they refused. I quote the Consumer Credit Act. I remined them that all banks are advertising what they're doing to act against fraudulent suppliers. I explained that they have the opportunity to do the right thing and stop UAB Commerce Core [t/a PrimaFocus]. I pointed out that UAB has been the subject of an ASA ruling as well as identified as fraudulent by Which? but Lloyds still refuse to help.

the seller operates using at least 2 websites;
in my case order was put on getprimafocus.com whilst money was taken by getvifocus.com;
(initially, I think, there was PrimaFocus.com but now this website is for sale just for $3000)
they seduce buyers with very good advert and sell for about $50 glasses with interesting construction but very poor quality;
that glasses can be bought on eBay for about $8/£6;
the purchase was sent from UK to my UK address and delivered after 10 days;
they were lingering to send me return address so I called my bank and opened dispute with the seller;
after 12 hours from that the seller gave me the address and later quickly refunded my payment;
I have no evidence that my bank acted so quickly, it could be a coincidence but the formal dispute gives a hope for refund
Not as expected or described
Hi there,
just received today. Cheap plastic which almost breaks once you twist the ends to focus. Doesn't work for me. Can't beileve I paid £69 for these I feel like a real idiot now :-(

Cinq minutes après ma demande, j'ai demandé l'annulation qui m'a été refusée soir disant l'objet étant dèja envoyé. Je vais par l'intérmédiaire de paypal essayer de me faire rembourser de cette arnaque et je recommande moi aussi à tous de surtout ne rien commander à ce commerçant peu scrupuleux pour le moins

The company has used the names Vifocus, vifocal, VisionFocus, and PrimaFocus.
The company’s headquarters is stated to be in Kaunas, Lithuania. The website provides phone contact of (856) 677-8984. The area code 856 covers Southwestern New Jersey. A recorded message states all operators are busy with other customers. Customers are invited to use live chat or email. Then, the call terminates.
The live chat option is not available. The email address is NOT ALLOWED by TrustPilot but is non-responsive.
Included with the product is an information card for after purchase for feedback and support. Customers are directed to a company by the name of HeyHelp. HeyHelp describes itself the “fastest growing startup in India.”
HeyHelp gave the Southern Nevada Better Business Bureau (BBB) their address as 451 Mirror Ct, Ste 106, Henderson, NV. According to Clark County Nevada records this multi-office complex is owned by a company in Portland, OR. Commercial real estate company NetLoop lists suite 106 as available for sale or lease.
The BBB gives HeyHelp an “F” rating. The phone numbers for help to return the product are (656) 221-1407 and (321) 420-1934. The code 656 covers Western Florida including Tampa and surroundings. The code 321 serves the Eastern Florida’ Space Coast Counties of Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Brevard. The email address is NOT ALLOWED BY TrustPilot.
The address provided by HeyHelp customer service to return the product, was 6375 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77057. According to data obtained from Harris County Texas tax records, the parcel is an office building occupied by a used car dealership.
Internet reviews consistently echo my experience including bogus advertising, double or triple+ billing, customer dissatisfaction, erroneous return address, and a sham 30-day, no questions asked, guaranteed return.
What a scam
What a scam! Please don't waste your time and money on these very cheaply made "glasses". The pair I bought had edges so sharp they cut my cheeks while I was wearing them. The adjustment screw on one side was broken when I first tried them on. I contacted them about a refund 2 days after I received them and 4 months later no refund and they have the broken glasses. Really a waste of my time and money.
The product is total rubbish
The product is total rubbish. I order 2 pairs, recieved them a few weeks later. They offered a 50% discount if I would keep them. I refused and asked for the full refund and returned the glasses. I jumped through hoops to provide pictures and various paperwork. they credited the insurance money ($29.95) but have not, and still are refusing to give me the full refund of $68.93.
Scammers, overpricing the customers and the back-connection sucks. Stay away from this company, you will be ripped off and you will understand it afterwords when you gave them already your bank detail
It is a tricking website who will charge you a lot more than it shows you originally as "price of item". It will lure you with some discounted items (glasses etc) which are absolutely rubbish by the way, made of cheap plastic material including the lenses. It doesn't show you any price breakings or if anything is added to the initial price. So, you will give them your bank card details, ready to pay what you sow inutially and what you agreed but after they got your details then you see that they have charged you on top for a waranty of the item which you didn't purchase at all and also they charge you for postage expense even though I can show you a screenshot from their website where they clearly write that "it is free delivery for every purchase", which means even if you buy just a single item. I agreed to buy something which was £49.99 and afterwords when it was already too late I understood from the e-mail they sent me that they have charged me £69. I would recomend to all the fellow buyers to avoid getting in any buyer-seller relationship withis company. Their main office is based in Lituania by the way so it will be hard to bring them to the Court of Justice if you decide to fo it once they trick you and take your money.
Now, I am trying to rerurn the goods within the 30-days period: I wrote to chat-service 3 times, I call them 8 times on the provided Customer Service tel.number for United Kingdom and nobidy is responding. So, please, if you value your nerves and your money - stay away from these scammers.

It's an absolute scam. I've zero clue why YouTube is allowing this to be advertised on their videos.
Receieved the glasses I paid for & they were the cheapest, flimsiest piece of nasty plastic you could imagine I got straight on to them for a refund & that's when alarm bells start ringing. They offer me a discount of £80 to keep the item to save sending it back so they were suggesting it'd cost me £89 to mail back to them. I told them the more we communicated the more like a scam it sounded. On they went telling me they need this picture and that. They need it sending back this way and only this way. They'd refund me but it could take up to 14 working days...since when? So told them twice I'd report them to paypal (Today I did that )with a deadline of tomorrow and I now have my money back. Avoid like the plague.
Also reported them to paypal which I'd urge anyone who has happened to buy from them to do. It all helps to slow them down if not stop them.

The reviews are FRAUDULENT. I placed an order with £29.99 as the total then I got a confirmation email stating the total £99.98 would be charged. Did NOT tick the box for extended warranty charge but it was added FRAUDULENTLY. This company was reported to Trading Standards. I made a CANCELLATION REQUEST by email not 5 minutes from order, they refused. I contacted PayPal and my bank and asked for a chargeback but PayPal partially refunded £29.99.
ALL financial companies including PayPal and credit card companies must comply with Consumer credit act article 75. I was told by PayPal that the refund was a gesture of "good will"
Both PayPal and my bank and this COMMERCE CORE UAB buyprimafocus.com was reported for breach of Consumer rights.

Never actually received this product -thankfully. Almost lost £307 of my money ! Saw the advertisement whilst watching a program on YouTube. Thought appropriate for me since I plan on getting glasses . Liked the fact that the vision was adjustable. Went on the website and placed an order for ONE item through PayPal ( a trusted payment intermediary) Surprised to find that my account had been debited with the cost of 7 items and a repeat subscription I did not know I was signing up to.
How it is possible for foreign companies to be able to circumvent the UK fraud regulators through regulated banks and do so legitimately is baffling and dangerous,

Ps : PayPal helped to refund back my funds within the week.
