Had purchased glasses, took ages to come, when they came they were of poor quality, never made a blind bit of difference when I wore them.
Will be returning product
What a waste of money.
I have emailed there customer support today
As I would like to return for a full refund. Product does not do what it states it does.

Utter Crap! I returned the rubbish at my own cost with a promise they would give me my money back. Never happened.

PURCHASED SEVRAL OF THESE GLASSES I MUST HAVE BEEN DRUNK AS THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST PRODUCTS I HAVE EVER TOUCHED.!! Adjustable Glass's don't work. Get emails from the company, try to reply the emails just bounce. Do not buy from them. Their Customer Service is a joke.

This company is a scam! My dad ordered one pair, he got sent and charged for multiple! The items are of shoddy quality and not fit for purpose. They took roughly £500 from his account and we are now in the process of trying to get this money back. Please avoid at all costs!!!

These type of bubble glasses are just a scam... tey cannot and will not be any use to you... I bought some to see what it was all about. The real scam is Facebook and Youtube bombard you with fake products everytime you log in.. thats the real scam.. if its on Facebook or youtube check here on trust pitol first...

This is not a US seller. They claim to be legit, but they are a sham operation.
Try to order the glasses, they charged me 3 times as their website is malfunctioning. Luckily credit card company blocked them. Also tried to sell me several pairs although I wanted to try one before I order more. Reported them as sham to credit card company, paypal, better business bureau, consumer protection agency and food and drug administration. I do not think they are licensed to sell prescription lenses.

As far as the glasses, there is a reason why you have to visit an ophthalmologist. Primafocus has a great idea, however, execution is subpar china (maybe frontier markets somewhere) and not legitimate. They need a license to sell prescription glasses in the US, which they do not have.

Tried to call to make a cancellation and was left on hold for a while then disconnected. Shabby customer service. Don't use them.

I returned the spectacles promptly to the address supplied by Primafocus who also use the name "getvifocus.com". They then replied that the matter had expired and I should open a new ticket. This was a blatant and move to avoid giving me a refund.
Whatever you do avoid these people like the plague - they are the worst.
How on earth does Amazon let them use their name?

I ordered one pair of these glasses to try them out, I was charged twice and each time for more than the special offer, I recieved 3 pairs but they are absolute rubbish, the sort of quality you get in the cheapest christmas crackers, they sent 3 pairs, all unusable, the adjustment screw does not engage much, if it does, it is almost impossible to focus and if you can achive focus it is only a very small point in the middle , as soon as you look any other direction it is completely out of focus, this company need to be prosecuted over selling this rubbish, I have asked a friend who is a solicitor about it and she is prepared to take it on, so process those refunds primafocus and stop selling these "not fit for purpose" rubbish, please.

Absolute rubbish, a total waste of money with a money-back "guarrantee" that they do NOT honour. Flimsy, badly designed, poorly constrcted, optically poor - just cheap tat with an expensive price tag. No quallity control, two pairs received with the same fault. Customer services very polite, but utterly useless. Extended warranty added to Credit Card charge without authorization. Not worth the one star I had to give in order to rate them as totally inadequate. Purchase only if you like wasting money with a foreign company.

I was unfortunate and stupid enough to order a pack of three and a pack of two but before I had a chance to check what I had ordered, it went through without providing an order summary.

I immediately checked my Halifax account and noticed £216.87 had been taken from my account. I got an email from them which had extra warrantee which I hadn't asked for. I sent them an email but was told they would try to cancel it but it may already have left their site. I contacted halifax and was told they would register it as a "dispute" and wait for 15 days and they get back to them.

Victor and Virginia (robots), kept sending me emails and I was told the items had already been posted. I asked for their address but they kept avoiding it.

At one stage they said they were prepared to give me a 50% discount if I kept the glasses. I said I wanted a full refund (I forgot to mention they tried to take £79 plus more but Halifax blocked this going through)

Later down the line they said they would refund the money if I took photo of the package which I did and sent it to them as attachment. (I didn't open the package).

Finally they agreed to refund the money and gave me an address in Dunstable. 4PX EXPRESS UK

I wasn't sure if the address was genuine, so I contacted Halifax. Halifax advised me to return the item and then get back to them if the money is not refunded.

I returned the item recorded delivery with a tracking number. I checked the item had been delived and signed for. Finally, I got all the money refunded on 31/08/2024. I am really lucky compared with some of the people here.

Ein totaler Reinfall. Ich habe 2 Brillen für mich und meinen Mann bestellt. Wir wollten die Brillen ausprobieren und haben festgestellt, es passt nicht. Die Kommunikation über die Rücksendung erfolgte erst nach Drohung mit einem Anwalt. Die Brille wurden zurückgesandt nach Anweisung. Nach Zusendung Post-Sendenachweis kommen nur noch Email Rückmeldungen, nicht zustellbar. Totaler Reinfall und ich werde meinen Rechtsanwalt jetzt einschalten! Nie wieder!!!!

This is a scam, 1 star because 0 not available, long story short I had to report this to my bank who are now investigating these con artists, don't be fooled by their grandeous claims on their website, they are all lies, check you bank account for repeat payments as they set one up on mine without my knowledge, thank you to Trustpilot reviewers, ai wouldn't have known otherwise.

Thanks to the reviews on here I have not put in an order for these. I was surprised at the reviews as other sites show it as 5 star reviews, however I always check trust pilot and never lead me wrong. Thanks guys.

Prima Focus failed to respond to my email asking for a refund because their glasses don't work for me. They need to be more diligent about customer service.

Utter garbage.The glasses from primafocus are the same but much more expensive and they are the same cheap china nasty crappy glasses you can buy for a quarter of the price on AliExpress or Temu. It's just a person who has bought a boatload of these glasses and up selling them as being far better than they are because I've tried them and they're utter garbage
