WARNING: Absolute garbage glasses. Ugly. So light and cheap they don’t stay on.
Wanted to send back for refund and they tried to bargain with me 3 times—-keep glasses and get 35% refund , then keep them and get 50% refund, then 75% refund. Sent them back at own expense registered mail. No refund after 14 days and now my file is closed. NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Ich habe die Brille leider auch bestellt,sie ist dann nach 12 Tagen geliefert worden, und was soll ich sagen sie ist das billigste Plastik was ich je gesehen habe,ich habe dann auch gleich versucht eine Adresse heraus zubekommen, was natürlich erst passiert ist nachdem ich ca 5x hin und her gemailt habe,man bot mir auch erst 35% dann 50% und dann 75% des Kaufpreises als rückerstattung an.
Erst als ich mit Betrugsanzeige gedroht habe , wurde der gesammte Preis auf mein Paypal Konto überwiesen.Ich will damit nur sagen,daß man am Ball bleiben soll,und sich nicht einlullen lassen soll.

It's not working. And I can't get my money back they just don't respond

They advertise adjustable glasses from -6 to +3. They delivered 0 to +3. They promised to replace the glasses with the correct specification. They then delivered a pair of 0 to +3 a second time. So twice they delivered the wrong product. They then said if I returned them they would refund the cost. They refused to pay for postage. They have now refused to refund the cost on the grounds that they have been returned too late! I have no idea if the -6 to +3 focal lengths would have worked since what was ordered was never delivered.
This company has immoral and illegal standards. Do not respond to their adverts.

Right in the trash. I received the glasses exactly 1 month after my order was confirmed at $88 for 2, the exact glasses are sold on Amazon for $20 for 2 which were delivered the next day. I'd rather go blind than try to see anything with those pieces of you know what

Unless there is more to getting them adjusted besides turning the dials, these glasses are useless. They are actually worse than my vision without glasses of any kind.

I bought 3 pair of eye glasses as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately they don't work. One lens focused, but the other did not. The company did not offer a refund after 30 days. As an online shopper, I am accustomed to refunds with ample return times. The product is poorly designed. The focus dial did not work. The company has poor customer service. They claimed I didn't respond in time so they closed my inquiry. The email thread showed that I did indeed did reply in time, but that was not their attitude regarding this issue.

ABSOLUTEY RUBBISH!! Tried to abort the order process would not allow so turned off computer before completion. PayPal notified I spent £109 automatic payment which I did not authorise trying to get refunded by PayPal total nightmare!! SCAM do not know how they are getting away with it!!!!

These ar the sort of glasses you would get as a prize in a fairgound when you hit the coconut and get a prize - and I mean that., These are cheap and nasty and absolutely a waste of money - and I bet they will likely do more damage to your sight.

Cheap, oh so very, very nasty and useless. The so called 'precision click adjustent' is akin to something on a Chinese made budget toy - and about as useful.

The glasses, when worn, make you look odd and certainly draw attention to you. My daughter thought I had bought them in a joke hop....

Head's up - do not waste your money.

Oh, their email support does not work, neither does their scan code - meaning I will be very unlikely to get my money back.

Horrible. I should have read reviews. Awful, cheap, and does NOT do what is promised. Glasses do not focus, the knobs on either side do NOTHING. The lens do not move. I have 6 pairs and NONE of them work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is a scam scam scam. I am warning friends and family.

what a con bought 2 pairs of prima glasses paid £119.62 waited 2 weeks for them to arrive and when arrived was very disappointed with the product I have seen better glasses in the pound shop.
These glasses you couldn't see anything out of them they was nothing like what they was advertised and very flimsy and very cheaply made.
Lookerly i bought them using PayPal as I had to go through them to get my money back.

I bought a pair of these glasses and wow! This was definitely a big mistake on my part. I should have read the reviews, these glasses were garbage , I returned them immediately, that was nearly three months ago, and I am still waiting for my refund. Please please, avoid this company like a plague..

This product is a scam! Do not buy the 'all in one glasses'.
I've seen people complain about not being about to get their money back when contacting Prima focus directly.. this was the same for me. The email address they provide bounces back. The only way they are forced to refund you is if you buy through PayPal.
Cheap plastic gimmicky product. Stay clear of this company

When will I learn to check with this site before purchasing anything online? All I can say is I was caught out thinking of trying to help my elderly mother with failing eyesight.

Unfortunately I also fell to the offer of a second pair at a discount with 24 hours of ordering.

After bout two weeks the first pair arrived today the time of posting. Absolutely rubbish quality glasses very cheaply made and look like something you buy in a joke shop for a few quid. Couldn’t get them to focus reliably on anything near or far. They didn’t look anywhere near the quality presented on the website nor performed as described.

Feel like it’s a scam. I now have to wait and see if the seller replies and issues a refund before I can open a complaint with PayPal.

Not confident of a good result judging by other comments. DO NOT BUY.

Contrary to some experiences here, today Wed 18th a couple of days after the above review, I returned both pairs of glasses via the post office as instructed and notified the seller providing photographs as requested. Within a few hours I was refunded in full approx £115 via PayPal. In fairness I have to report receipt of the refund.

Awful glasses, sent them back and still waiting on my refund, as they said they will refund me once I send it through post office. I have the receipt and now they are backtracking and refusing to refund me. Thats probably how they make their money.

3 pairs eventually arrived and none of them allow you to adjust the focus. the focus wheels simply make clicking noises in either direction and don't adjust the lenses. I applied for a return and refund and was told to provide a photo of the glasses and original packaging. 24 hours later they emailed me to say they had closed the complaint. This was before I had even had chance to send the photo. Absolute Con Merchants.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses, I received nothing, I have no idea where they sent it to, on enquiry they told me it was send to a pickup point, I did not know this pickup point and it was far from where I live, I also contacted the relevant post office, but they did not receive anything. I contacted the company for a refund, but they said I must take pictures of the product and send it to them, "how? I never received anything" On 19 Sept 2024 I received an email saying that they issued me a full refund, it has been six weeks and to date I have not received anything. I keep emailing and requesting updates, but every time they tell me my request has been closed and I need to send a new email in the last email this is the reply I received: "Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate the return request. According to our returns/refunds policy, a buyer must contact us within a 30 day period. In this case, the return period has passed." Please take note this is a BIG SCAM, you don't get the products or the refunds, oh and by the way, when you have to pay for the item, it takes the money off your account without you having to verify it with your bank. BE AWARE THIS IS A BIG SCAM

Üble Masche, den Leuten billigsten Plastikschrott anzudrehen und bei Reklamation die Rücksendeadresse zu verschleiern. Paypal fällt auf das Unternehmen Primafocus herein, gewährt keinen Käuferschutz und ist auch nicht viel besser. Abkassieren und Kunden verärgern. Paypal nein danke!

I read the reviews after my order had been placed. I was a bit worried about the negative comments . However when the glasses arrived within a few days I found that they were not suitable for my vision so I asked for a refund. This was granted sbdvthd money was in my PayPal account within a few hours. Don’t believe all the negative comments that are submitted.
