Name has changed but just another scam, tech giants colluding with criminals, when are is our politicians and juistice system going to stop this activity ,I wouldn't look at Google adds anymore after being scammed by these people

Not as stated, cheap, flimsy plastic specs, does not conform to any prescribed specs, AVOID DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CHEAP CRAP LIKE THESE

I got sent 2 pairs of plastic reading glasses. Took 2 weeks to arrive. No letter or any paper with them. Was lead to believe these glasses were adjustable to suit reading and or distances. These glasses were nothing like that the arms won't even open and you cannot see through them. Have contacted the company for a refund and they have just ignored me

I ordered 4 pairs of adjustable glasses and going through the order process I changed my mind after entering the payment details so I closed the window without completing everything. My payment went through anyway without any authorising needed from my credit card company. OK, my fault?! The order was processed and shipping details sent. Then I received multiple emails offering extras - totally unwanted. Yodel did a good job delivering the package with excellent tracking information. The glasses are awful with no clarity whatsoever and cheap plastic tack! Do not buy these!

I was duped! I was charged without authorization through PayPal and did not even conclude the transaction by putting in my shipping address. Glasses interested in was $44, charged $149. When I questioned the transaction which was three minutes later I got no response only to be told the item had been shipped…… with no address??? I do not find this company trustworthy

They offered me 25% refund and to keep the glasses, then 50% and finally 75%. I took the 75%, because to return it (for a so-called full refund) - I would have to pay for shipping, and then they basically 'warn you' that if it comes back damaged, there won't be a full refund. It was essentially a veiled threat. DO NOT BUY! 100% SCAM

My experience has been broadly positive. The glasses arrived quickly with tracking. The price I paid was the price I thought I was paying (around 60€). I bought the glasses because I've had a cataract operation and I need to wait about 3 weeks before I can get my new prescription for long distance. The glasses enable me to see clearly at distance and to drive with more confidence. The box the glasses came in is unbranded. The glasses are comfortable and I'm confident they will last me at least 3 weeks but they aren't as robust as normal glasses. They also don't look nearly as nice as normal glasses. For my purpose, temporary use to improve my long distance sight, the glasses are perfect. I would not recommend them as an alternative to optician glasses and I would not recommend them for permanent use. But if you need them on a temporary basis for a reason similar to mine then they are definitely OK. I have no connection with primafocus and I think their advertising is a bit over the top (in particular in suggesting that their glasses can replace normal prescription glasses) but the negative reviews, at least from my experience, are not deserved.

After paying extra for fast shipping, it still took over 10 days to receive the product. The glasses are a complete joke, something that should be sold at Dollar Tree at a discount. The plastic material used is of poor quality and the so-called adjustable wheels are stuck and will not adjust. I requested a refund after spending $88 and the refund amount was going to be $27 and I am responsible for return shipping charges. I smashed the glasses and sent them a photo, along with my thoughts on their scam product and company.

Glasses were 'CRAP' didn't work right out of the box.
Totally 'Blurry' NOT worth the cost $$

Called PrimaFocus and got SCAMMED with last minute 15% restocking fees and return of glasses on my dime.
Disputed Charges onn my Cc: and fortunately my Cc: got me Full Refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,

I have also been ripped off by this company. But I do have one thing that may help me with my case for a refund. Everything I did online was recorded by my CCTV, which has a camera pointing at the screen. I may be able to get help with my refund if I show this to anyone who might know what to do.

Prima Focus ( located in the US ) is linked to Commerce Core UAB, ,a Lithuanian e-commerce company through which the Prima Focus - Pay Pal link seems to operate when one of the products on the Prima Focus website is clicked. Pay Pal disconnected me from a link made by my Prima Focus experience with Commerce UAB and hence my Pay Pal account. I was advised to be very careful clicking onto a product on a site other than those which I had confidence in or had not first checked out. Commerce Core UAB has its own review on Trust Pilot,

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before buying such rubbish glasses. I ordered one pair - this was swiftly changed by them to 3 pairs. I noticed this immediately and I contacted them 10 minutes after the original order when they said the 3 pairs order had already been passed on to the packaging and shipping departments and could not be changed. I expressed some doubt about this - they assured me I could always return the products to claim a refund. That was a joke as, after the glasses arrived, their email address for 'Help' produced a meaningless message. Thus over £100 lost to fraud.

I immidiatelh cancellelled
Then I got into further trouble.
It is 10:days of back and forth nonsensical emails.
The package has no sender address or name.
It is a corrupt company.

In just went to thr website and was led through sever options without any Buy buttons. I lefy as I suspected foulplay and then seen the Paypal email

I ordered glasses for $34.95, my complete order total processed for $227,00! I called them within 5 minutes. To cancel order! They sent me a email saying order was already shipped, the whole thing is a scam!

Wearing a bin liner with holes would be more effective than this product! Out of 10, minus 4,000

Slow delivery, high price for cheap and nasty quality. Everyone should avoid buying from this company.

Scammers. Scammed my elderly father out of loads of money and have caused him so much stress and upset. Do not use this terrible company. The glasses are not fit for purpose and they won’t give him his money back.

Garbage, don’t buy it.

This company is nothing but a group of scanners!
Glasses were ordered by mistake. Call company within minutes to cancel the order. Was denied and refused. Was reassured once product arrived I could return the product.
Got the product today, and two hours later, and close to a dozen emails still no offer to let me return product and get my money refunded.
