Erdungsmatte
Ich habe eine Erdungsmatte bestellt und geliefert bekommen. Allerdings passiert nichts. Habe über Pay Pal reklamiert und werde hingehalten. Jetzt habe ich als Antwort erhalten, es sei normal das nichts passiert und das obwohl in der Werbung steht, dass sich die Wadenmuskel durch den Stron zusammenziehen und entspannen. Diese Firma betrügt.

Miserabel, absolut abzuraten
Miserabel! 20 Tage zu spät in zerfetzten und wieder geklebten Umkarton geliefert und dann ein ganz anderes Gerät als bestellt. Keinerlei Kommunikation trotz Nachfragen. Von Bestellungen über Primal kann ich nur abraten.

Easy delivery and minimal packaging waste
I enjoy ordering via the internet and having products shipped directly to me. Primal uses minimal packaging so not a lot of waste.

Disappointed with the sizing
Disappointed with the sizing, ordered XL for 44" chest but the actual measurement across the front was 20", very tight.

My order didn’t arrive
My order didn’t arrive, with my clubs custom bulk order after waiting several months for it , now I have to wait another couple of months whilst it is replaces. Basically it was a long wait to receive nothings

Well constructed, but very questionable material and VERY poor finishing on some jersey types.
Well constructed, but I am yet to be convinced that the material used in the Nexus jersey has any real wicking / sports performance qualities.
The construction of my jersey was good with the front/rear colour bands really well aligned. However, on some other jersey styles for club mates the finish was appalling, with large ‘steps’ in the banding between the front and rear panels - it was so bad it nearly looked to be intentional! Were they not checked after production and before sending out?

Thanks for your comments and I amd sorry to hear you feel the product has not met your expectations. I can see you ordered via a Team store for your club, and the club had access to all the sizing packs, where you would have been able to try on the item, see the fabric and understand the panels. The design is correct and was approved by your team manager and the back panel area you mention can clearly be seen on the mock ups when you selected the items for your basket where the lines do not match up. This is becuase of the types of panelling used in the design. Thanks again and I hope this information helped.
Sizes inconsistent
Goods arrived promptly.
Only disappointment was that I ordered 2 tops both 3xl in size, one fitted perfectly, the other was around 6 inches smaller and no where near fastenable.
Now I have the expense of returning 1 top
