Lengthy customer service - not resolved. Just wanted to return them and they kept delaying asking for order info over and over. Provided and provided & then they decided 30 days had passed.
Piece of junk. Don't waste your time or your money. They don't work.

Absolute rubbish product. I bought a pair of these a while back from a different company, but the result was still the same!

The frame seems extremely flimsy, but that hardly matters, since I will probably not use these glasses.

First, when I bought them, I was unexpectedly charged $9.99 for an extended warranty that I did not order. I never buy extended warranties.

I followed the instructions, but could never get the glasses to provide good vision. I contacted the company about returning them. Supposedly, there is a return policy on their website, but I was unable to find it. Nevertheless, they want a photo of the product & packaging before they will accept a return, and you will have to pay for return shipping. They offered me a partial refund and I could keep the product. I accepted, to avoid the hassle of a return. However, keeping this useless product is not a benefit.

I'll probably end up giving these away to someone who wants to try them.

I bought two pairs and found this is nothing more than a scam to off-load rubbish to unsuspecting buyers. They don't work at all. Totally blur. You won't go wrong if you just buy those $10 glasses from the Dollar Shops in the mall which at least let you see clearly. Do not fall victim to this scam. I got my money back for the glasses but not the postage charges. The one star I give is too generous because there is no option for zero star.

I would be embarassed and ashamed of my self if i was running a business and selling these .I will NEVER EVER buy from these tv adds again.First of all they were made so cheaply that the left dial did not work ,just stuck on one focus.Look more like something you would find in a corn flakes packet.

Cheap rubbish. Wouldn't pay a £1 for them. Luckily I bought 3 pairs to ensure the purchase was covered by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. This lets you raise a claim against your bank or lender for a breach of contract or misrepresentation by the supplier of goods or services. Misrepresentation doesn't come close.
The only good thing about this purchase was that I got my money back and that was after they offered me half back and l get to keep their rubbish!

Total false advertising . These useless weak plastic Christmas cracker glasses are terrible you'll get sturdier glasses from toys are us!
..so when trying to send them back had to take about 9 photos a email on my reason on not wanting them in order to get a address to return them... don't buy this product...registered in Lithuania distributed in so.e run down rented wearhous in uk i goggled it....

Awful cheap thin plastic I bought 2 pairs and put them in the bin within 2 minutes of trying them, they did not focus anywhere near the requirements just cheap scam

The glasses turned up in a weak box within a polythene envopak. On opening it was irritating to see that they looked like cheap rubbish ,however I thought I would see if they were any good. On trying to focus as per the instructions it soon became apparent that these so called adjustable glasses were a total waste of money time and effort . I would not recommend anybody to buy this cheap useless rubbish.

If there was a 0 star option I would choose it. The self adjusting glasses this company markets actively and sells are a scam. I cant believe I fell for it. The glasses don't work, they are of the cheapest possible quality; the reliable £5 ready readers I get from Amazon look designer quality in comparison. They must cost about 30p to manufacture and are sold for around £50. Do not be fooled like me. There are many such glasses now being marketed - I suspect they are all a con
