I don't feel they deserve any stars. Ordered a above ground liner. Ordered 48in., in the box was 41in. I called and called each time they said fill out a ticket. After about 7 tickets, I called again, and she hung up on me.I filed a complaint with the BBB. This is crazy, they make a mistake and you can not return a thing!!! Please buy local, from a supplier, just because the peace of mind is worth it. Please advise the BBB, if you have had a problem with this awful company. They need to fix their terrible customer service and should I say, no refund policy.

I ordered an above ground pool liner from these clowns on 5/11, waited the 13/14 working days for shipment and then called to find out what the status was. Told me they would get back to me that evening. Went thru that 4 times with no response. On 6/4 received an email that said the order was cancelled, that’s almost 4 weeks to tell me that. Thanks for nothing! Never again!!

I ordered a solar cover from this company and when it arrived it felt very cheap and thin. Half of the air pockets were 1/2 filled with air. When I gently pull on the solar cover bubbles pop. I wrote a 2 star review and it hasn’t been published on their site. I am very disappointed with this company and really wonder about their integrity.

DO NOT ORDER FROM POOLDEALS.COM!!!!! Not only did they not ship everything I ordered but when my husband and I both called, they accused us of lying!!!! Over $13 pieces!!! Really?? Then the customer service guy was so incredibly rude!!! Even hung up on me!! Way to be professional!! Hahahaha!! I'm just so shocked!! Never, ever again!! Left a message for a manager but I know I'll never get a call back. It's such a scam!!!

Do not buy anything from this company.
I ordered a product from them and after 7 days, never got a tracking number , they claim they have to manufacture the solar cover, what company sells on the internet and then says we have to make it first. I told them I wanted to cancel and they said their is a 10 percent cancellation fee because I didn’t wait 7 to 10 days for a tracking number. Give me a break! Really? Read all the bad reviews , they are true! Pooldeals are scam artists and should be banned from selling anything.
Look at all the customers that complained about getting a different product then what they ordered. I’m convinced they make their money by cancellation fees or jacking up the price and giving you a cheaper product , buyer beware !

Ordered shipped and to me within 10 days start to finish. Got the solar gold and blue 15' blanket for above ground pools and it's FABULOUS!! EXACTLY as advertised. Rings were super easy to install - if I can do it anyone can do it!!
All of the bad reviews definitely don't apply to my order or experience. I will buy from them again.

I ordered a winter pool cover and I received a lower grade cover then what I paid for. I called the company and they said you have to go to their website and open a ticket. I opened a ticket and the company said I received the correct cover. Then the company closed the ticket where I wasn't able to respond back to them.
It's like dealing with a foreign company.

I have an in ground pool that I've had for over 27 years and of course have ordered pool covers every few years. In the end of March or the beginning of April I ordered a solar pool cover from Pool deals.com. It was suppose to be 12 gauge but is is about half that thick. In only a month or so the little bubbles started to turn into big bubbles because they spread into each other. I have had this worthless cover now for about four months and it is junk. Do not order any covers from this place as they are no good

Their return system sucks. They never answer emails and i called 10 times and still got no help. Their return ticket system does not work. They sent me the wrong item and now i have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Do not do business with Pool Deals, if you do, you will be sorry.

I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO SAY WHAT A NIGHTMARE. THEY SENT ME A POOL COVER AND NEVER SENT ME A RECEIPT. I CALLED 5 TIMES AND ALSO WENT ONLINE TO CUSTOMER SERV. THEY ALL SAID THE SAME THING. THEY CANNOT SUPPLY ME WITH THAT, THEREFORE YOU MAY NOT RETURN THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT. THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND SENT ME BUBBLE WRAP, AND REFUSE TO TAKE THE PRODUCT BACK. BUYER BEWARE...DO NOT USE THEM. GO TO THE BBB AND READ THE HORROR STORIES.

Their seven year warranty pool cover turned out to only last one year. I paid for an extra option for them to keep the warranty information for me to make returning it easier should that be needed. When it came time to return the cover they claimed I never paid for that option even though the receipt/email I got from them clearly shows it was paid for. I provided that as proof to them. A normal company would try to make it right. Instead, they accused me of fraud and refused to call me back to talk about it. This company quite literally is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not order from them. They earned every part of their D rating with the BBB and my one star.
