Product showed up in a busted box, some screws missing, a smashed electrical plug, and a water flow valve that didn’t work. I wanted to send it back immediately. Customer service talked me into trying to remedy the issue on site. Sent the replacement water flow valve. Installed it. Product didn’t work. Went back and forth with customer service until we are now past the 30 day mark. After 30 days there is no refund. So I bought a new heat pump, it never worked, and now they are telling me that even though I asked to send it back within the 30 day window, because it’s past that window now there is no remedy for my situation. Here is my take-a-way. If you get it and it plugs in and works, then great. But I felt like they kept getting me to try something else to push me past the 30 day window so that they wouldn’t have to take the product back. I am very disappointed with the product, the customer service, their expertise in solving the problem, and the company overall. I would definitely recommend for you to choose any other pool heat pump instead of this company.

This company has the best customer service of any pool supplier I have ever worked with—and I have worked with quite a few—having owned 3 separate homes with pools (that I maintain myself) over the last 15 years. I received a part that looks to be well-made but was damaged. I sent pictures to the company and Matt immediately sent a replacement. Just a good company doing what is right. They will get all my business from now on.

Bought the pump nov 2024 quit working last week. Contact the company they send out a refurbished one the next day with a return shipping label to return the old pump. Superb customer services ill definitely buy again from this company.

Several weeks ago, I contacted FibroPool to gain information on a new Electric Pool Heater to replace my old inefficient unit. Doing a considerable amount of research on the internet and finding a varied amount of information some contradictory it became very confusing. Some web sites said to buy a 140,000 BTU unit, others said 70,000 BTU. How such a wide difference in what should be simple math calculation. The difference in price was more than double in comparing the two ranges of heating abilities. In theory a smaller unit may run longer but at a lower cost per hour. At this point I was down to a few pools heater makes on my own.
What made the decision easy was the help I received from Customer Support Team at FibroPool. I found the price to be very reasonable. I believe part of this is you are buying from the manufacture and not retail outlet. FibroPool also offered free shipping as well as a first-time customer discount.
Each question I had was answered in a timely manner via the internet. This past week I moved forward with the purchase. After several more questions and help from their Customer Support Team and a special thank you to Brennon I could not be happier with the help I received. The unit arrived in 3 days from the date of my order until it was setting at my front door. I went with the FH285i an upgrade from the FH270. This was based on the recommendations of FibroPool staff. Either heater was adequate to heat our pool but the FH285i had a higher BTU rating plus the ability to cool the water if needed and here in Florida that is a plus. The key pad and self-diagnosis ability made the choice easy as well.
Based on the last few days of operation the electrical usage is far less with the FH285i than I had planned. Not everyone can except the same saving we should have, but I am estimating we will see an average of $100 less each month on our electric bill during the pool season. This by itself will pay for the unit in a few years.
Final note, our last unit was 17 years old and still working but not efficient. The new FibroPool heater come with a 10-year Limited Warranty and very is efficient. The old on came with a 1-year Warranty. FibroPool so far has been wonderful to deal with. I know they are there if I need them. I highly recommend this company and the

Review for FH 270 Heat Pump Refurbished. I saved $300 by buying refurbished, the unit looks brand new with no visible defects and still has original warranty, score!! Upon opening shipping box and unit the B&W instructions and fitting where in with the fan of the unit. Installing unit was straight forward (I'm familiar with plumbing and electrical). I flipped the breaker and started the system. It started heating water and ran for about 5mins before displaying P9 code. A quick call to USA technical support fixed issue (they helped by adjust the outside electronic control back to default setting, old settings may have been from factory testing). I was happy for such an easy fix.
Unit was nicer than I expected and technical support was quick to answer (2mins max) and easy to work with to resolve issue! I will be recommending this company to my friends and family!

Excellent experience so far with package delivery and support. Brennon answered all the questions I had to install myself. I purchased the FH 285i and finished installing yesterday. Today the pool water temp is up 7 degrees on 13,000 gal inground pool. If you approach installing a pool heater with the right logic and expectation, Installing the Fibro Heat Pump won't disappoint you.

Since December 2024 I have a brand new - ordered directly from Fibropool.com - FH235i heater.
The device did never work and I am trying to solve the problem since December with the support of FibroPool by e-mail.
It seems the support is not from FibroPool, as I get replies like "I need to ask my manager, but he is on vacation for one week".

Now since five weeks (!) I don't get any replies anymore.

It is impossible to contact the company.

Never never buy a product from Fibropool.
I need to buy another product now, after wasting a lot of money for the device and specialists to check (electric, gas etc.) and time myself.

Third party shipper no-shows FibroPool is impossible to contact!

After running the heater for over a week in 90 plus degree weather, our pool water was still only 81 degrees. It is supposed to increase the water temperature 5-15 degrees above outside temperature. Ours did not, we contacted the company and was told that it was working fine, don’t waste your money on these heaters, they do not work and the company does not honor their 30 day exchange/ refund policy.

After a week or so, I can say the FH135 heat pump seems like a solid product, and was the best price in the market (at least that I found). Bought directly through fibropool.com with free shipping and it arrived within 3 days via FedEx, pretty well packed and with just a slight dent in one side that didn't bother me. Installation wasn't the easiest thing I've ever done, but in the end was fairly straightforward once I read the instructions, watched the YouTube install video, and contacted customer support with one question for my setup (they replied promptly and addressed my issue). If you were more handy with PVC hard piping you might find it much easier than me. The unit is working well here in humid central NC and has heated the pool up to 84oF in just a couple days despite some cooler-than-usual temps at night. I love that it simply plugs into my GFCI outlet and so the electric setup was a non-issue. Time will tell how well this holds up, of course, but it seems very solidly built and is doing the job it's supposed to so far!

Item was out of stock and promised to be available in 20 days. Surprised it was available again in 5-6 days. Heat pump was shipped the same day I placed the order. Arrived a little beaten up however there was no damage to the unit itself. After removing the connectors from inside of the unit and hooking it up, unit heats as expected.

Great and friendly staff with wonderful customer service. They really take the time to make you feel like you are valued as a consumer. Our pool pump issue was resolved extremely timely and we they communicated throughout the entire process. Thank you guys very much. Setting the standard for what customer service should be.

Their customer service is responsive, and resolved the issue. However, if the pump I bought was supposed to come with the union (which it obviously did not), in a size that is not available in the USA, then I do not feel that I should have paid $42 for that part.
