Logged complaint with BBB of Buffalo NY (they are a few miles south of Niagara Falls). Also filed complaint with NYS Attorney General
Please - file a complaint with the NYS Attorney General - Consumer Fraud and BBB - Buffalo NY area.
Together we will get our money back from these crooks and drive them out of business for good!

This place Is a friggin joke..DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM!!!!! Has anyone ever requested a attorney to sue this place? Bc obviously it needs to happen bc they just keep getting by with it..and they will keep doing it until someone stops them!! I guess I'm going have to be the one to do it!! I will NOT let them do this to me!

Scam. We did not read reviews. Our fault. They took $373. They said that the liner we chose was no longer available. Filed for a refund. They said our order number was not valid. I will be also filing a dispute with my bank Monday. If I could find them, I'd pay them a visit and get my money. Since they like to get paid. Bad pun

Do not order from this crappy company. I will also be filing dispute with my bank on monday and also contacting my attorney. Plesse beware of this company. These people are scamming everyone out of their money.

They took my money, kept for weeks, when any other company would have kept the charge pending until shipped. Paid for expedited shipping, insurance, after several email complaints, I finally received my money back. Now it’s too late to get a pool in before it’s hot. Do not use this company. They do not answer phones. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones getting my money back. They had roughly two grand at their disposal for weeks and never supplied product. Buyer beware!

I ordered a Solar cover April 21st .Still waiting ....can't talk to anyone ,emailed them and they responded by saying it has to be made by special order,it should only be a couple more days...Now I can't even get in because I have to many inquiries about it...Thinking its just a scam. Hopefully my bank will get my money back for me..Im very disappointed and will shop local next time.

Seems that we fell for it, too! I have no idea how this company is still around. Shame on US for not checking all reviews before sending them our $$. Their website posts some lovely testimonials (all fake) They are HORRIBLE! They owe us $800 and will not return any messages and nothing has happened with our order placed a month ago! I am so mad right now. I guess next step is to try and work with the credit card company and, if all else fails, small claims court. Now we're stuck dealing with all this crap and we still don't have our pool set up. DO NOT USE POOLDEALS.COM -- ain't no deals going on there.

I am filed for a dispute with my bank. My customer service ticket has now been deleted. When I try to log into that ticket it states “access denied”. What legit company does this?! Too many red flags with these people and as of today my bogus tracking number still says the same thing “shipped to warehouse “ cannot provide tracking information. How are these people still in business? Plus I’ve checked and they’re not a member of the BBB.

Keep your distance from this company. I ordered 2 items, (liner and gasket) may 19, as of June 2 ZERO. RODRIGO is the rep who had emailed me with no update on order. Just says things that don't give me Real update status.
I've contacted my bank to put the amount paid in Dispute for Full refund. They even have the nerve to charge you 10% if you cancel, imagine that when they can't even give you updates on your order, mind you even during a Pandemic, they want to get you for 10% return Charge.

I am having the same experience as Lisa Potter. I placed the order on 5/11/20 and the order status has indicated "shipped to warehouse" ever since then. I too have been continually contacting them and Rodrigo was one of them who said "2-3 more days", that was 7 days ago.

THIS IS FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM DISPUTING MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE.

Honest experience, in order for customers to make better choices...this is an understatement !!!

Pool Deals would not accept their own returned merchandise. What kind of company is this, not standing behind their items ??? Poor poor...

Wish I would have saw these reviews before spending $3000 on a new pool with the works. Been weeks and still not received any of it. I have been scammed out of my family's hard working money. Please do not fall for this like I did.

Worst company i have ever bought from. Products are crap and they are a huge scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

If I could give negative Stars I would. We ordered online on Monday and as of the following Monday the order is still in Warehouse. I understand this whole covid-19 thing but you can't get anyone to even email you back. I wish we would have seen the reviews before we ordered. Customer service is horrible. We disputed the order with our credit card company. Please save yourself the stress and trouble and order from anyone, anywhere, any place you can other the here. I even try to cancel the order and got nowhere.

Would give no stars, wish i would have gotten online and looked up the reviews! its been 4 weeks and have NOT gotten out product we ordered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never wanted to write a review so bad as I do for this so-called company. From the start we should have known better! Went with this company due to the "quickness of delivery". It's a lie. We had to threaten contacting an attorney. 3 weeks...not 3-5 days like stated on thier site. No answers on why, just a "we will contact the shippers". No answer when told we wanted to cancel the shipment, the money taken less than 24 hours after ordered. This company sucks and we do not understand how they stay in business. You cannot contact them and speak to anyone...customer service via email is a waste of time. Wish I had read reviews before ordering, there is no way to leave a review on this companies site either...um, go figure!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

DONT BUY FROM HERE!, I would give them 0 Stars I paid for a new swimming pool liner and after a few days I sent them a message on their website asking when my order would be shipped they responded quickly saying 3 to 5 business days by day seven I reached out to them again to ask for an update on my order they said it would be an additional seven days I’ve tried to ask them to cancel the order and refund my money and now they won’t respond to my messages giant scam do not waste your time or money with the scam artists

Wish I would have read before I ordered! They are horrible. Site says ships 3- 5 business days. Not!!! Customer service horrible. I ordered from liner world and it shipped next day. Now trying to cancel this one and no response. I will dispute the charge. They are horrible!

Worst place ever. Waited a month for my cover, it was never shipped. Had to dispute charge with my credit card. To make matters worse, I left negative feedback on another site. They responded to it lying saying my credit card was declined like it was my fault. Aholes.
