This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pool liner and it took almost a month to even get. I tried to cancel my order within the first few days because I no longer wanted it and it had no shipping info. Their status just kept saying “order sent to warehouse” it said that for weeks. I requested my order canceled and nothing. They refused to do so. They would respond to my ticket questions with rude statements or sending me their info about not taking returns and such. They have been awful to deal with and I will never order from them again. Please do not order from them. It took way too long to receive the item. I no longer need the item. They are refusing to refund my money and let me rerun the item. Customer service is rude and just horrible. This company is the worst.

Horrible company. Apparently they don't actually sell pool equipment because no matter what you order, they don't have it. Even though online says they have it in stock!! But that's only told to you after you place a order, an it's been sitting in"warehouse" for 2 weeks. Then after you send off a couple of requests for updates on your order, they refund your money and tell you they don't have it. 2 weeks to tell me it's out of stock! Won't be ordering anything else from this company.

Reading these reviews I see this company did to me what it has done to many others! I will never order again without checking reviews first. Ordered a pool liner said it would be shipped out within 3-5 days 2 weeks later nothing, contact them and they apologize and ask would I like to cancel my order they are very busy and I say yes! They say they will try to cancel will take up to 3-5 days again to cancel. 11 days later when they won’t respond to me they send out the product I told them I no longer wanted anyways. Told them I want my money back and will send this liner back to them and no response! Over a month for this hassle and in between this time ordered from linerworld.com and received my order in 3 days! Ridiculously fraudulent company if you can even call it a legit company! Pool deals.com sucks!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ZERO stars!

I place an order on May 18th. With the promise (from their website) or 3 to 5 days to ship. May 19th, my money was gone from my account.
By May 26th, I heard absolutely nothing from this company.
Due to COVID and a holiday weekend, I gave some grace.
By June 2nd, I had been sending 'tickets' (cause you cant get a person on the phone)
June 5th, I said cancel my order
June 6th I get a 'supposed' tracking number
June 6th, 7th, 8th and so on... I continue to send correspondence to cancel my order.
June 13th (or 14th) I received an email that says this;
Please note that sending another ticket or response will delay your response from our support staff as we answer tickets by the date and time of your last response to the ticket. Tickets that have not had any activity the longest get answered first. Sending multiple tickets or responses will actually delay your response from us (not speed it up) pushing your ticket to the back of the queue. So allow 2 full business days from your last ticket response for us to get back to you. If you message us everyday before hearing from us first, you could be waiting quite a long time as you are pushing your support request to the end of the support ticket queue, and restarting the wait time. 

Today is June 15th.
FedEx has no shipment for me, which I dont want anyway.
These people send me a response, that says, they will TRY to cancel my order, but it's not likely. (Not in those words, but pretty dang close)
They sent a link to look at their cancellation policy.
Which says "we are generally not able to cancel an order" and IF they can cancel it there will be a 10% cancelation fee.
And if they actually do send the product, and you refuse shipment, they consider that shipped, and you can not get a refund at all!

Just to compare.. I ordered the same product from a different company. That was on June 5th. They used FedEx, and the product was here on June 8th. This is NOT a shipping issue, this was not a card declined issue.
This is a scam company, who has a d to f rating on the BBB. Has more bad reviews on google than any company I've EVER seen.

I wish I’d read these before ordering. It sounds like I was actually fortunate to even receive replies to my inquiries, though two of them were very rude. Then today on the 10th day after placing my rush order I received word that my item was out of stock. This is probably not the place to put it, but I also placed an order with their competitor, LinerWorld at the same time. In sharp contrast LinerWorld responded promptly and courteously to my questions. My order was placed on Friday night. A customer service rep responded to me THAT NIGHT and my order arrived on Tuesday.

Zero stars. Ordered early May I only received partial order and what did arrive was the wrong item. Cannot get in touch with anyone as s they are using covid19 as a cover for not answering the phones. Opened several tickets with no response. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down.

Checked 1 star because there wasn't a 0 star to check. They took my money may 26. Now June 13 and NO REFUND YET. HAD TO ORDER A LINER FROM AMAZON AND WAS HERE IN 2 DAYS. I WANT MY FREAKING 289.70 BACK!

Everything you read in these bad reviews is correct over the last three weeks I've experienced every single thing everybody talks about 700 plus dollars spent waiting multiple days for replies from customer service the up charges are a fraud pay $10 more for mold resistant coating on foam no coating on foam. I open two tickets with customer service they both responded two different answers when I asked where my packages were two weeks into waiting after being told items ship between 3 and 5 business days they give you the runaround order placed on may 25th after multiple correspondence saying that these items will ship out on the 11th of June I receive a notification that I've been refunded the difference minus the wall foam that actually made it in shipping that I will be returning we'll see how long that takes. I feel grateful that they actually refunded me but they really need to work on their business as a whole if things aren't in stock then don't say it's shipping out.(UPDATE) As suspected the wall foam I received is NON returnable per there final sale policy probably had to enact that because they screw so may people.

This company is the absolute worst! Can’t reach anyone and need to file a ticket for customer service. I ordered a pool liner that was supposed to ship expeditiously, but did not ship. I have been going back and forth with them for weeks. Had to go out and buy a liner from a different company and they are refusing to refund my money. Don’t use this company!!!!

I have this a one star only because I had to just to write this review. This company is a scammer, fraud and a few choice of words. I placed a order with them on May 16, 2020. After waiting a couple of weeks I checked on my order. It said " Sent to Warehouse" I emailed the company and was told it should ship in 1 to 3 days. I waited again and tried to email them and was told too many open tickets so it wouldn't accept it. So I went and used my other email and was asked for my order # so I replied back with the number. They answered with a long speech about Covid and so on. Then after the 3rd day I emailed the company again on the status of my order. The company responded that it was sent to FedEx for shipping. Waited again telling them I had a installer waiting and I wanted my order. Well finally on June 4 I received 2 out of 4 packages. It was the liner and gaskets. I asked the FedEx deliver where the rest of my order was he looked up and said the labels haven't been created yet. So I emailed the company again. I wasn't so nice and advised them I would cancel the rest of the shipment but before I could another package was delivered (pool coves). Which now I couldn't use because I just went ahead and had the liner installed. So I called FedEx and cancelled the other package after asking the FedEx delivery guy if I could do that and he told me we could. So I did and got a cancellation number. Each day I emailed the company on how I received 2 packages, then I told them I was going to cancel the other one. I emailed them 5 times with no response. So after I cancelled the last package I emailed them and told them, gave them the cancellation number and asked for a return shipping label. I was advised they don't accept returns. That I agreed to it when I ordered. I emailed them back and told them that it does not say on my invoice. I told them I better be credited on my account or I was contacting AG. I then went to there website I small writing at the bottom of the page is where they have it. I also looked to where I register my liner warranty and could not find it. The website states it comes with the item. Well there was no paper work in the box. So I emailed them again and told them I had not received the last package and my account better be credited. You did actually agree prior to placing the order. You can review the terms of sale any time by clicking the terms of sale link on our website to review again what you did agree to.

This is a final sale item.

There is a sticker on the outside of the liner box for you to download your warranty information. however if you continue to make threats you won't have any warranty at all so I wouldn't worry about it if that is the case.

We will have a look in to look into your liner shield delivery. It was probably separated by FedEx.

I will be contacting the Attorney General!!!! If anyone starts a class action law suit to see this company goes out of business you can count me in. A person's pool is supposed to be enjoyable, not a nightmare. This company is a nightmare. After reading the reviews now I'm worried my liner won't hold up. The thing is I saw they had a 4.3 rating and read the testimonials. What kind of company doesn't take returns. If it was a custom order I could see it. Don't ever buy from them and I will put a post on FB to try to save others from making this mistake.

THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering from them!!! Customer service SUCKS!! the 1800 # refers you to their website to fill out a customer ticket. They respond initially and ask for your order #, (which is included in the ticket you fill out). THEN YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

BELIEVE EVERY ONE OF THESE REVIEWS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I wish I would've read these reviews first! Their company testimonials didn't seem bad, but I've been waiting for weeks for pool steps, and I'm out over $200. I will be filing a complaing with the NY AG. You can't talk to anyone because all of their CSRs are working from home (whatever), and the only person who answers their "ticket" system gives you two word excuses about why you haven't received your order. This place is a crock and a sham! How they're still in business is beyond me!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! TOTAL FRAUD!! THEY HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT NAMES:THEY HAVE A D RATING WITH BBB AND MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS! I ordered a 18ft liner and inline chlorinator from them because I googled and they were the best price. The next day I went online and read reviews and was shocked! I then tried to cancel the order to which I was told they could not cancel. I kept on emailing them then was told that they would cancel but would charge me fees and they could not guarantee cancellation. When you look up your order it says "sent to warehouse" with no other information and you can't speak to a person! I have never received a refund nor have I received the order!! And when you open a ticket for customer service, someone named Rodrigo emails you back with a bunch of BS excuses. PEOPLE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU ORDER!!! Look at what I found on the BBB website. Don't waste your time or money. Just order from Doheny's. I got my order within days!!

I wish there was a lesser rating. This company is the absolute worst. BUYER BEWARE. I wish I would have read these before I made my purchase. The order department doesn't communicate with the shipping department. They have no phone operators, and an average time for an email reply is 4 days. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE...

I ordered a pool liner which their terms and agreements says ship within 4-8 hours..I paid for tush and after a week it still hadn’t shipped so I cancelled..They notes my cancellation and did not return my money. So I kept emailing and cancelling and after 4 weeks was told I can’t cancel without a cancellation number which I was never given. I then received an email saying the liner shipped! Two weeks later I’ve still received no liner nor a refund. Do not buy from this company!

WOW I need to be more careful about ordering blindly! This company has no customer service and uses a ticket system for communications that take forever to respond. The entire time I thought that they were actually working on sending me my order. Their phone message says that they ship within 3 to 5 days of receiving the order..... NOT! do not count on getting anything from them. Dispute the charges and always use a credit card and not a debit card.
I should have seen through this because of the $40 service and handling charge when they say free shipping........ they mean they do not ship.

This company is a SCAM do not order from them, they don't have the product and then charge you a 10% cancel fee., I will be sending a letter to the AG office in NY.

This place is beyond awful. I got my liner and o put it in the pool. I had it for less then one week and the liner has a huge miscoloration in the middle of the liner of the pool. I emailed them, I had to open up two tickets in order to get someone to write back. Their pool communication skills along with very very poor customer service told me it was my fault and it was from chemicals. First off they go in the basket not in the pool and I have three young kids that I don’t want to touch it. So chemicals, no not from that cause two days later I have another spot where the liner is actually clear and I can see the sand on the ground which is under the liner. So two huge spots that are clear. Then I woke up the next day and there is a third huge spot on the floor. Now it is impossible for chlorine to change the floor coloring from dark blue to chairs within less the 24 hours. It is also very impossible for the chlorine to change the liner to clear spots. So then I get another message saying they will replace it. I have to empty the pool and package up the liner then send it back and they will replace it. Meanwhile my pool will have no liner for 2 weeks or longer. Which it can collapse and the sand can wash away. So I asked if I can please do it at the end of the season. Now the guy who responds was so nasty and rude and kept saying it my fault and that I am a liar. I am so beyond furious with this place. If I could call the bank and reverse the charges I would. I would never do business with a company that calls their customers liars.. if I had done something I would own up to it but this company is the worst. I wish I never wasted my money one this crappy liner and i would never recommend this place ever. I am still so annoyed by these people and so disappointed. I feel like I wasted $287 and I got the heavy duty liner so I really got screwed! If I could give them a zero stars I would. The people that they have working there are just awful people absolutely

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I wish I had checked reviews. I placed an order for a pool liner May 17th.
Less than 24 hrs. later they took the money out of my bank. i started inquiring as to where my order was on 25th of May. i was told there was a delay in shipping due to covid 19. and would ship in 2 to 3 days. i told them to cancel the order. I was told they would ATTEMPT to cancel. On May 28th i was given a tracking #. I watched for 4 days and package never left the starting point. I again told them to cancel. I received a message that they were attempting to cancel but there was no guarantee until I received a cancellation #. I HAVE gone to my Bank and they are investigating on my behalf. I got a message from said company today that my order is on a FedEx trailer in Chicago and it will move as soon as the truck isnt in danger of being set on fire and destroyed due to riots!!!! I have checked wirh FedEx and rhey STILL.HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. LIARS!!!! I am angry, frustrated and i would blast this company to the WORLD if i thought it would make a difference. My bank gave me my money back and continue to investigate this co. and in the meantime I DO SO believe in Karma!!!
