You have to read the fine print about no returns I ended up ordering too much pool cove and needed to send back a whole unopened package and they wouldn't take it back they wouldn'd even answer their phone during Covid-19 I wouldn't rate them anything

Ordered a pool liner on 5/16/20, have yet to receive a liner. I too have had canned email responses, them trying to cancel my order without me asking them to do so, very rude and snarky email responses when I asked if they could read English as it was obvious they were not reading what I had written and telling me if I cancelled my order it would be a 10 percent fee for the priviledge. This company has been the worst to deal with. I wish I had gone with another company with as much hassle as this company has been.

Horrible!!!! I never write reviews but felt compelled to write this one to hopefully keep people from purchasing from this company. We ordered a pool liner May 18 and never received it. You cannot call customer service to speak to a person because they say it is not open due to covid 19. They use that as an excuse to ignore people's complaints. You have to submit a ticket and all you get are the same lame responses that are probably computer generated...not an actual human typing up a response. After a mth and half I finally had it and filed a complaint with the BBB and amazingly I finally got a refund from them. It took 2 days to get a refund once I got the BBB involved. I truly feel if I wouldn't have done that we would've never received our liner and they'd never refunded us our money either. They had full intention of just keeping our money and not sending what we purchased. This company is not trustworthy at all....stay far away!!!

If I could give them a 0 or negative I would. Took forever to ship my items even though my ship date said a week after I ordered. Then they sent the wrong size pool pad. When I tried to call customer service you get a recording that says you must create a ticket request online. It says they will respond in 1-2 days. Ya right. Try 4-5 if you are lucky. They had me take a picture of the box and then said yes I could return it because it was under warranty still. UNDER WARRANTY!!! It was the wrong size, never even taken out of the box. They said to set the wrong size box out and ups would pick it up and once they did THEN they would fix their mistake. Meanwhile while waiting I can't set up my pool. After a week I contacted them again because the package still had not been picked up. They said to wait 8 days and then we could discard the package as UPS probably wouldn't pick it up since the box had been rained on and they would ship out the new one. 2 more weeks nothing. Now it's been 2 months since I placed my order. I contacted them again only to be told they don't have my size anymore and they will issue a refund. So not happy. Worst company ever. STAY AWAY!!

Ordered a solar cover Sunday June 21. Read reviews after ordering and was nervous that I would never see the cover. To my surprise it showed up Thursday June 25. It was earlier that what was estimated when I ordered. Thank you for the great service.

I would not even give them a star if I could. Do not purchase from this company!!!!!! I wish I would have checked them out before I purchased. The customer service is awful. Products are not worth it. Don’t answer phone. They own 2 companies. Pool deals and pool zone. So don’t deal with either one. Emailed back and forth today and I stated my dissatisfaction in this company. Copy and paste answer to your question over and over I stated thanks for the copy and paste. She replied “you’re welcome “. RUDE

I have the same problem as everyone else. They charged me the second I placed my order, never disclosed the product was backordered, and gave me the complete runaround via their slow, horrible email support. Even though I canceled with plenty of time, the item still shipped to me and they would not take it back. I will never do business with this company again.

So I had originally posted a scathing review on these guys - mostly based on a lack of response to my questions on my order. I placed an or on May 23, After several days I didn't hear anything, and then I got a response that there were delays due to Covid, etc...Then I read these reviews and figured - we'll I guess I'm screwed. Then I sent a few more messages, and on June 18 my new liner showed up. So that's 18 business days.

I'm noticing all the compliant are sandwiched around the last 30 or so day. The liner is once. Good quality. I think it's a little deeper than 48 inches, but I was able to make it work. Anyway I'm revising my previous reviews. There are work from home restrictions, and I know - and so does anyone that owns or wants to purchase a pool that this it's a little impossible to get a pool guy right now, and if you do they are gouging you on pricing. Everyone want a pool for the "Summer of Covid". These guys are probably slammed. Cutting them some slack due to unusual circumstances.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Pretty much the same story as everyone else. Ordered liner on 5/24, gave me the runaround via email ticket about when the liner would ship. Finally read these reviews and emailed in via ticket to cancel on 6/9. They ended emailing back saying that I could only cancel once I receive the cancellation email 3-7 days after I requested to cancel. Never got it. My liner shipped on 6/16 and they told me I requested on 6/17 to cancel. Not true. I took screenshots of my ticket conversations to prove. Got the liner on 6/20. Ordered an overlap liner, for a beaded. Not even what I ordered... In the meantime I ordered a liner from Linerworld. Received it in 4 business days. Recommend going there for liners. Avoid Pooldeals at all costs!

This company is awful to deal with. Also doing business as Pool Zone. No response from anyone for almost two weeks. I ordered my pool liner a month ago and never got it. I asked them just to cancel it because I waited the time allotted plus extra time for COVID-19. On their phone recording and website says all orders are shipping on time. Someone finally emailed me and said they would cancel my order. Yesterday the pool liner arrived at my house. It was wrote on the box customer refused but they sent it anyway. Then they didn’t even send what I ordered but told me it will still work. That’s not the point! I Didn’t order what they sent me. They told me all sales are final and won’t take it back or refund my money. This company has 85 Better Business Bureau cases against them. Do yourself a favor and pass this company up next time!

Do not purchase from this company. My husband ordered a pool pump and was given a 6/11 arrival date. I go onto the website to get tracking 2 days before. Website said the order was sent to the warehouse. I saw they had a lot of other bad reviews (didn't know this until after my husband had already made the purchase) so I tried calling and got no answer. So then I leave a few messages saying that i wanted the tracking number or I would be contacting the credit card company. A few days later they sent an email saying they would try to cancel the order but would be charging me a 10% fee since that was listed in their terms. I informed them that THEIR terms also state that product would be shipping in 2 DAYS and that I would be informed if something was on backorder. The words back order does not appear on the order anywhere. I am waiting to see if they return all our money or with hold the 10%. Very shady company and I hope my husband has learned to read reviews before purchasing from companies online.

Worst company I have ever worked with! Been over a month and still no pool liner. Received my pool pad 3 days ago. Can’t talk to anyone at the warehouse. They responded only once to my many emails saying it would be shipped within 1-3 business days and that was 2 weeks ago. Paid for expedited shipping. CALL YOUR BANK OR CREDIT UNION AND THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a pool pad on 5/21/2020. Their website said most items ship in 48 hours. I even paid an additional $2.99 for ruch processing. 10days later I opened a help ticket to scheck status on my order. They replied the next day stating there was a delay and it should ship in 1-3 days. They also said I could attempt to cancel the order. I requested to cancel the order. I promptly received an email stating my reply was noted. I waited another 4 days. The order had still not shipped and I hadn't received confirmation of my cancelation. I requested to cancel a 2nd time. 3 days later I received an email stating they would put in a cancelation request but it generally takes 3-7 days. 6 days after my 2nd request to cancel I received a reply to my help ticket. Unfortunately, I was unable to log into the help ticket to see the response. I had to open a help ticket requesting help to view my previous help ticket. 28 days after my order was placed they responded by saying my order had shipped and gave me a FedEx tracking number.

I was unable to install my new liner with out the liner pad. It was obvious from other reviews that I would get the run around from pooldeals.com so during the process of trying to cancel my order I ordered a simialr pad off of ebay and received it in 2 days.

You will see my experience is pretty similar to many other pooldeals.com customers.

I would give pool deals a 0 star review if I could. I placed two orders with them and the first order they only shipped half the order and then tried to tell me I would have to pay for the second half again. I placed my second and last order with them a month ago with express handling and still have not received what I ordered. When you call to speak with customer service it tell you the call center is closed because of the pandemic. It take 2 to 4 days for them to get back and then they tell you they have canceled your order when you didn’t want them too and it will take another 14 to 30 days for your items to ship. So it will be December before I get my solar cover reel.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY GET YOU TO PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE FOR FASTER PROCESSING THEN LET YOU KNOW THAT THE PRODUCT WILL TAKE LONGER TO GET. THEN THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT ME ASKING THEM TO! PAY THE XTRA FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY, THESE PEOPLE ARE LOW LIFES WHEN IT COMES TO CONDUCTING BUSINESS.

I’m ready to hire an attorney for a law suit. If you all are with me on this we can all file against this company. I’m not playing their games anymore

I bought a pool 2 months ago and I still have no pool They sent me a ladder and a pool liner. I have messaged them they told me in the 6-1-2020 it would be here In 10 business days ITS THE 17TH AND STILL NO POOL.THEY ARE CROOKS

What you have read is true they are a legitimate scam company. I got my money back with my bank between giving then the website and my bs support ticket! STAY AWAY

Never received item only gasket, refused refund and had to dispute with my bank. These guys have no customer support or understanding of their products & customers.

These people are HORRIBLE. Send you a defective product and then have the audacity to blame YOU and accuse you of damaging the liner and refuse to replace it. No problem, filed a claim with my bank after getting pisss poor customer service from this BS site. AVOID!
