Horrible company, do not buy anything from them! They just take your money and never get product you want! I'll be filing claim with my credit card company.

I am like the rest of reviews, would give zero stars. SORRY ASS COMPANY. They take your money and never ship your product.

I ordered a solar cover through them during this pandemic and even on the phone there message states everything is shipping as scheduled well they said 4 to 12 days for solar cover and it’s been 16 working days and nothing not even a shipping ticket! I did a ticket on line to contact them it’s a joke!!! How can they be still in business!!!

I bought over $1300.00 worth of supplies. Did not receive 2 items I ordered. When I contacted Pool Deals, they will not answer any phone calls, only email. Someone named Rodrigo answered my inquiry stating that what I was missing was delivered on a certain Fedex tracking number. This particular tracking number was received, but was other item, not the missing item. Fedex will document on their label 1 of x, 2 of x, etc, so I know there was not another package on that tracking number. Rodrigo's statement was that, "item was stolen". He would not listen to any logic or proof or make it right. He closed the my inquiry ticket and nothing. This company rated D- on BBB and thought to be closed by BBB. Pay attention, do not use. Rodrigo looks to be back in business, ripping off his customers. Why is honesty so rarely found? I found other vendor. This is a RIP-OFF

I'm so mad at myself for not reading up on this company... These reviews are spot on.. Zero stars would have been more fitting.. I ordered a liner from them. The description said that it would leave the warehouse in 1-2 days. Well, about 2 weeks went buy and decided to contact them. I called the number and the recording said that the call center is closed due to the virus outbreak, but the warehouse is shipping all order on a time. I opened up a service request ticket and I got service rep "Rodrigo". Unprofessional, he couldn't keep his lie straight. They sat on my order for those 2 weeks, and then he proceeded to tell me that my item was all sold out. When I told him what are my other options, he told me the same item that I originally ordered. Ever since then, nobody responded top my messages/emails. THE WORST COMPANY..PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING.. Will be disputing the charges on my CC..

I was charged for the liner order so I did my part it would be nice if they did theirs.

Ok so I ordered an aqualuminator light and a solar cover from them. 4 weeks went by and nothing came. So I contacted them. Wound up getting a refund for the aqualuminator light and then they finally shipped me a solar cover. The cover wasn't what I had ordered it was 6 feet bigger. They said I can send it back and wait another 6 weeks to get the one I ordered or i can cut it myself i asked them for some sort of a discount and that was a big no! Over all worst place I've ever dealt with for any thing pool related. Will not ever spend another cent with their company. Hopefully the go bankrupt so no one else has to deal with this kind of customer service.

I just received my order and Thankyou!! Shipping was very quickly and item was as described.

I would like to give them no stars. Customer service is terrible and Rodrigo is rude! Will never purchase from them again.

DO NOT buy from Pooldeals.com!!! POOR customer service and even worse product!! Bought cheaply designed pool steps that are so awful I wouldn’t trust anyone trying to use to get in or out of my pool. No credit, no refund and no answers. Complete waste of time and money!! Just spend your money elsewhere!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!!

i don't even want to give this company any stars.. the reviews you read are ACCURATE! the good ones are lies, probably filled out by employees like Reggie & Rodrigo.. customer service is horrible, they talk down to you, they are sarcastic & indignant we ordered a 15 x 25 liner, was too small but the wonder twins insisted it was the sand.. we needed 4 " more sand. would never admit that it was possibly a too small liner. we called a reputable local pool supply house around us, they said it could be stretched when I mentioned that to Rodgrigo, he had the nerver to call the company unknowledgeable. I told him he was unprofessional and he said that pooldealscom has a sale coming up so when our seams bust and walls fall out, we could buy another one. i told him I'm keeping all the conversations.

Worst company ever. Bunch of crooks that take your money and never ship your product.

Purchased a pool liner from this company and they sent the wrong size and won’t work with me this company is no good

If you have read these reviews before you order, trust me, they are 100% accurate. Don’t make the same mistake as I did. There products are poor quality, misleading, and you never get to talk on the phone with anyone. All I wanted was a simple refund for what I thought was a 30 mil pool liner. It’s actually half the thickness. “Reggie” will lie to you, and you will be sick to your stomach for using this fake company.

poor customer service ordered a liner on line after 11 days and no tracking information emailed customer service they responded that liner is on 3 week back order but they can cancel if i wanted, I asked why and they said welcome to covid 19 again they said they could cancel because some one else would ,like my spot i informed them that web site says in stock and they should have informed me via email etc. about back order. they were rude and unprofessional. I cancelled found cheaper and better quality at swimming pool liners .com

Very satisfied with the items. Everything I ordered came within 6 days. Great quality.

horrible customer service charge me twice on a item and i called to get credit and was told there a 25% restocking fee on there mistake
then she hangs up on me they really need to learn how to treat there customers better wont do business with them anymore

"BEWARE" DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I spoke with a rep from there just this morning and they hung up on me!!! They don't back their product, they don't have any history of invoice when you order with them, really!! In this day and age of ordering online and if you don't register online when ordering instead of checking out as a "Guest" you are considered "ANONYMOUS". We ordered a Eco Drain pool cover last September to close our pool, in two months the seam was coming apart. When I called to tell Pool Deals this they didn't care, didn't want to hear about it, not their problem. We sir the old saying is "If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will!" I will never order from you again and will tell my friends the same!!!!

Customer service is a joke. Will not provide an invoice for product ordered. No phone number for customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “COMPANY”
