My last pool cover from pool deals was brilliant. When it needed replacing I ordered another one the same BUT IT IS NOT THE SAME. IT IS VERY POOR QUALITY . The quality is very inferior. I ordered a 28 x 14 cover and ir is only 27ft and 9 inches. It is a clear cover and has a STITCHED seam - with BLACK thread on a clear cover! They have obviously changed suppliers When I asked why I had no response. They told me that the new cover was the same quality as the previous one but IT IS NOT THE SAME QUALITY. I offered to send samples of both but had no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED I raised a ticket with their customer service but when I try to get a status check it tells me Access denied. Not happy!

If I could give negative number I would. This company took order for a Hayward Super Pump. Hayward should and probably has refused to let them be a dealer. Have kept my money for over a month. I am a day away from calling credit card company and reporting fraud. They are the worst. Avoid them like a plague.

BEWARE of Pool Deals.com. Worst customer service I have seen in my entire 73 years. Ordered solar blanket on 11/24/2019. Confirmation was sent to my spam. (Should have been a tip off.) Finally received cover, unannounced, on 12/16 after several calls and attempts to cancel order because I needed the cover quickly. Sent the wrong size cover. Offered to replace it but cover is on back order. Had to send a picture of cover on pool to prove it was wrong one and want me to pay for shipping to return cover. Still would not cancel the order. Once you order from them it appears you are trapped in their web forever. No escape. They blame everything on manufacturer. Only bright spot is I bought it on my Amex Platinum card and they are helping me through this fiasco. I blame Google and the credit card companies for allowing companies like this to do business online. When you Google pool supplies this company should be the last one to appear on your browser if at all.

TERRIBLE Customer Service!
I cancelled my order in time --before the order shipped. Owner gave me the run around for days about cancelling my order.
When he finally cancelled it...he claims the order already shipped and since they don't take returns, I'm out all my money since I don't need the product anymore.
I will never buy from them again!!!!

just received my pool cover pump today and only took 5 days to ship. I received a new pump that works great for removal of rain water on my above ground pool cover.

EcoDrain Pool Winter Cover. Their "Eco Drain" is just one plastic grommet that the customers must install themselves. You have to cut a hole in the cover to install the grommet. My cover is a 16x32 ft. and I'm supposed to find the center of this thing. Also, the website promised $50 worth of free stuff while supplies last. I contacted their support center online and asked about the winch and cable and was told that it should've been in the box. I told them, that it's not there. Then they replied that since I ordered a rectangular cover, that the cable and winch don't come with it. Nowhere on their website says that rectangular cover doesn't come with winch and cable. Very disappointing. I should've done my homework first before buying from this company. Poor customer service!

Buyer beware. I ordered a pool cover from this site, and what i received was not what I ordered. Corresponded with Reggie - who insisted that I was shipped what I ordered - despite the part number showing this companies deceitful and fraudulent tactics. Ultimately I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping. I worked with them for over a week - this was not a shipping or logistics mistake - its evident they are scamming customers without recourse. Read the reviews from everywhere...

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Bought a so call delux pool cover. it is nothing more than a tarp you can but at Home depot. they also claimed to have free products sent with the cover. Of course while supplies last. The free products never came. When I opened a ticket i did get a response that said " While supplies last ". Of course if you look at web site they are still offering free products with purchase. Don't fall for this trick. I can not understand why they are still in business. Very bad company.

Ordered a pool cover and closing chemicals.
The status of the order showed order sent to warehouse.
After a few days of noting changing, I called.
The guy said it was due to be shipped that day.
A few days later the order still showed sent to warehouse.
I called again and a woman said it would arrive that day.
Nothing came.
The next day, I called again at 9:05 in the morning and the recording said the hours were from 9:00 a.m. I kept calling with the same result and gave up at 10:30 and called my credit card bank.

I filled out a ticket with pooldeals and got an email:

Would give zero if this were an option . Ordered a solar pool cover. It arrived wrapped in plastic, weighing almost nothing. Upon opening it was apparent several air cells damaged or deformed. Calls to the company- no answer. Several website " tickets" were opened and never a response . I had to turn over to my cc Co and contest the charge. Also, this Co uses " gauge" not " mil'. Gauge is much thinner.
This thing is so lame. To keep it out of the landfill or oceans I will use it as bubblewrap, precisely what it is.

You are rolling the dice! Buyer beware terrible customer support. Purchased a solar cover and It leaks filling the top with water and sinking. They basically said to contact the manufacturer, the manufacturer said to contact the dealer. Also Poor quality cover.

They told me if I can't use the cover that came in parts
to throw it away. NO CHANCE.

Do not buy anything from these people! All of their covers are sold in gauge and that means nothing! we purchased a 16 mil solar cover and we measured the thickness and it's less than 8 mil we called them on it and they said they do not go by mil they go by weight. This cover is light as a feather. Scammers customer service is the worst!

BEWARE.. After purchasing the liner for our inground pool, they never sent us an invoice or anything showing the liner was ordered. They charged our Visa account though. I tried calling them as to when it would arrive after 2 weeks and Sean just got irritated with me and said he would look into it, but never called us back after a week. We contacted Visa and they refunded us. Then I contacted Pool Deals to inform them that we would not be using them and they hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I'm glad we didn't end up using them. They are rude and should not be in business.

Worst company ever. Sold us a damaged liner. Very rude customer service they will hand up on you or curse at you. Will be taking this to bbb.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM POOL DEALS. They claim their covers are 12mil but a 12 mil cover would weigh more than 9lbs. Total garbage. Shipping takes forever. Seriously thinking of complaining to pay pal for false advertising.........

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They would get ZERO stars if I had that choice. I asked for help on the "Bubble Wrap" that they sent me disguised as a 12 gauge solar blanket for my 28' above ground pool. It blew off the first night in 15MPH winds. After contacting them through a ticket asking for help (they responded, that's why they got one star), Reggie told me that it shouldn't blow off unless the winds were in excess of 70MPH. Really? I bagged it up, ready to send it back, but Reggie said I got what I ordered and their terms don't allow returns or credits. I turned it over to my Credit Card Company to resolve.

Beware don’t buy from these people ordered their best blue/gold solar cover 28may web site says ships 1-2business days, June 7 still waiting. Finally got thru to the rudest c/s rep she tells me it’s being manufactured and will ship June 11 and arrv June 14th. I canceled order contacted my credit card co. And BBB. These people are as crooked as they come I should have looked at reviews before placing order
