Had a leak in the shower so contacted Heating & Plumbing Doctors. Was able to arrange a visit next day in my lunch break, a time that suited me as was working 8am-5pm. I was warned the job could be bigger if the leak is not ascertained from front of shower, a hole may need to be cut into the wall. Fortunately that was not the case. The problem was easy to fix and Curtis had the parts in his van so the leak was fixed within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and excellent work. 100% job satisfaction 👌🏾

Attended at very short notice. Did a professional job for reasonable price. Thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of service from booking to work carried out

Really good experience. Kept me well informed as to arrival times, estimates, and any potential problems, so great communication overall. Job itself was carried out well and took me through everything they'd done afterwards. Would book them again tomorrow.

New central heating installed, excellent communication, Waseem and Curtis were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Gave great advice when it came to my new system. The text message advising of arrival time is a lovely touch!

Curtis did a great job very reliable, he did the job very quickly and was very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend and use again

I highly recommend Plumbing & Heating Doctors. We had an emergency plumbing problem, there was water running from a light switch in our kitchen from upstairs. I rang at 8am and Curtis was at my house at 10am, he found the problem in less than 5 minutes. Curtis promptly fixed the leaking pipe upstairs under the floorboards. He was professional, polite and efficient, would definitely use this company again.

They were honest and good at their job. Their customers service was excellent

Really good plumber. He came really quickly, did the work and charged a fair price. I highly recommend.

Excellent company! We asked for quotes for a few non urgent jobs that we had been leaving. Curtis came out within 48 hours of enquiring, anrrived exactly on time, and was so thorough and clear in his quote for the work. The work was booked and completed within two working days. I can’t fault the company for their communication, and Curtis was wonderful a polite and professional at all times. I will be using Plumbing Doctors for all my future plumbing needs!

Excellent service. We had a leak coming from the loft. The lad took photos to show what had happend and explained what he was going to do to fix it. Very clear and transparent which was appreciated. Will 100% be using them in the future.

Works undertaken: New Combi Boiler installation including disposal of existing system; gas fire service; plumbing check and replacement drainage and remedial works.

So the time came for a new boiler system; having used Plumbing Doctors previously for other minor works I contacted them again as I knew they would be able to help.

Plumbing Doctors gave me all the options available with transparency throughout.

I was able to consult and amend the works to my requirements.

Both Wasim and Curtis clearly take pride in their work and it showed in their professionalism and approach to the install.

They really are very knowledgeable and solution orientated.

They have some great YouTube vids that also explain some of the processes.

If you want to be reassured about the quality of work, professionalism and peace of mind- I strongly recommend Plumbing Doctors.

A very grateful customer.

Excellent response to my call to sort out my shower. I will certainly use Plumbing & Heating Doctors again and would recommend them.

My kitchen tap came off in my hand leaving me unable to switch off the hot running water. I had to switch the water off at the mains. I called The Plumbing Doctors and they fitted me in that day. Curtis came and fitted a new tap. He was efficient, polite and pleasant. He left my kitchen clean and tidy with a sparkling new tap AND it didn’t cost a fortune. I will definitely use the Plumbing Doctor again.
Thank you.

Came to fix up my boiler exhaust as it was built decades ago and threw out near my office window. Worked effectively and even knocked down price after finding a cheaper way to do the job for me.

Waseem from plumbing doctors provided one of the most comprehensive and professional reviews of my heating water system I’ve seen. Honestly I wouldn’t go elsewhere now!

Very happy with Waseem's service - he was able to fit us in within a few days over the busy Christmas period, to mend and service our leaking boiler. He explained the fault and the repair clearly. I'll definitely use the company again in future.

Very happy with the service, I will use this company in the future, the work was very good, reliable service, thank you
