Used Plumb Call at my previous property last year and asked them to service my new property boiler. Initially booked for July but Family emergency dictated it was moved and the date was rebooked without any issues.
Bill arrived within the allocated work slot and set about the service. He was polite and professional throughout and completed his work in timely fashion without issue and notified me when he had completed so i could sign off the work. Delighted again and rebooked for 2027 already.

Exceptional Service, Outstanding Team and First-Class Workmanship
I recently had a new boiler installed by PlumbCall Plumbing & Heating, with the work carried out from 9th to 11th September 2026, and I cannot praise the team highly enough.
From the very beginning, Ashley took the time to explain everything clearly and started the project by removing the old boiler and preparing the installation. DJ and Zak then joined him, and it was great to see how well the team worked together throughout the three days.
A special mention must go to Zak, whose work ethic and dedication were exceptional. He worked incredibly hard throughout the installation and showed real pride in his workmanship. It was impressive to see the level of care and attention to detail he brought to the job.
The whole team were professional, friendly and respectful at all times. They kept the property clean and tidy throughout the installation and made every effort to minimise disruption.
What impressed me most was the aftercare. Once the installation was complete, there were a few small finishing items, including some holes that needed filling and the removal of redundant pipework. Without any hesitation, they returned and completed these items promptly and professionally.
The new Worcester Bosch boiler has been installed to a very high standard, and the workmanship throughout has been excellent. It is rare these days to find a company that combines technical expertise, hard work, good communication and genuine customer care so well.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending PlumbCall Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for a new boiler installation.
A huge thank you to Ashley, DJ and Zak for all their hard work and for delivering such an excellent service.

I have used this company many times and…
I have used this company many times and this one occasion recently they sent me an invoice before doing the job which I paid most of the amount quoted and to then afterwards charge me more than what I owe them. When speaking to a lady on the phone trying to explain that I paid most of it and only owe a little amount and she had no clue of working the invoice out. She told me my manager will call you and work it out but had no call and keep sending me wrong invoice amount. Having had a stressful time trying to sort this small issue out but will not be using them again, very expensive and try to over charge me. Will be going else where next time for sure.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with your experience, however, we do need to clarify that your review does not accurately reflect the way your account was handled.
Our standard procedure is to charge for the initial diagnostic visit. Where further work is required, a quotation is provided and, if accepted, any applicable adjustment is clearly shown on the quotation. A deposit is also payable before work commences. This was the process followed in your case.
We have made several attempts to explain the account and the allocation of the payments, both by telephone and in writing. The relevant quotation, invoices and receipts have been provided, and we have made every effort to assist in resolving the matter and clarify any misunderstanding.
We therefore do not accept the suggestion that we have attempted to overcharge you. The account has been reviewed and the charges have been applied in accordance with the agreed quotation and our normal charging procedure.
We are particularly disappointed by the way a member of our staff was spoken to during a subsequent telephone call today. Our staff should never be subjected to inappropriate personal comments, including being called “stupid”, simply for trying to assist with a customer query.
We have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly between us and have nothing further to add publicly. We are confident that the account has been correctly calculated and that this review does not fairly reflect the circumstances.

Work began on the 9th and finished yesterday. A young man named Zach/Zack did the work. He did an amazing job. Absolutely 1st Class. He was extremely hard working. Had a problem with heating system on …
Had a problem with heating system on Christmas Eve !PlumbCall installed it in May. Problem discovered in pipe.work under tiles in kitchen extension ( not the fault of the installation) but the team swung into action over the Christmas holiday sorted it, fitted new pipe work

Great service
First used the company for an emergency replacing a leaking flue which they responded to immediately. Following this the company have carried out further jobs ( replacing taps, gas safety cert and replacing corroded external water and sump pipes). Thanks to the young man who worked on the external pipes when it was cold and raining. Happy with all the work they have carried out which were as quoted. Great service and cleaned up after.
