Bathroom leak
Phoned Saturday morning for an emergency call out due to a leak from our bathroom through to the kitchen ceiling that was missed by a different company. Arrived within 30 minutes of phoning and found the source of the leak within 10 minutes and booked in to fix the issue next week. Very impressive service! Will definitely be using plumb call again.

If anyone.boiler breaks down do not use this company they take your call out charge £178 say it needs a part I agree to part being fixed and this morning they say part will take up 2week I still agree to this they sent me email basically saying ask someone else to fix it they just won’t the call out charge now I have to pay some one else. Do not use this company

Thank you for your review. We have already sent you a full written explanation outlining our actions, and it is disappointing to see a one-star review that does not reflect the full circumstances. As explained in our full letter, we attended the emergency visit to see if we could get your boiler running; this was a diagnostics-only visit, and no repair was guaranteed. From the initial call, we advised contacting British Gas, who had recently carried out significant repairs and should handle any ongoing work. We attended as an emergency, at your request, because you advised British Gas couldn’t get out sooner, but unfortunately we were unable to get the boiler running. The diagnostic service was completed in full.

Gets the job done
Needed our shower unit replaced as Pumb-Call was our go to people for plumbing jobs they got the call. The company is expensive (what isn’t these days) but they are very efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and tidy so it does take the stress away and you can be confident they will do a good job. So next job boiler service, doh! 😎

Great company
Boiler Engineer Zak did a fantastic job installing my new boiler. He worked really hard and left everything very tidy. Communication was excellent all round from Zak and the other PlumbCall staff. I can't fault them in any way.

Excellent engineer
We already had the regular boiler service booked, and the day before the heating broke down. The engineer arrived as planned, and even though it was a Friday afternoon was not phased by the fact the job wasn't as straight forward as he might have been expecting. He was really helpful, diagnosed the issue and left us with both heating and hot water working. There were a couple of small leaks that needed mending longer term to maintain the pressure in the system. PlumbCall provided a fair quote to do that work and we had the same engineer back the next week. All sorted now :-). The engineer was very knowledgably and it felt like he really cared about the service he provided. Thank you.
