From first contact to Curtis arriving promptly on my appointment day, my experience with Heating And Plumbing doctors has been excellent.
I DIDN'T have to photograph/ video or diagnose the problem myself BEFORE they would come out, The only company I rang who didn't ask for this.
2 toilets fixed within the time, great price, Curtis was lovely, he kept me fully informed on what I needed, he fixed them and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service at short notice
I’m very grateful that Waseem fitted us in on Monday, his first working day after the weekend, at such short notice.
We’d had water coming through our ceiling and had needed to turn off the mains supply. He identified failed washers at the hot-water pump and fixed the problem. Everything has been working well since.
It was a huge relief after a stressful weekend. Thank you for making time to help us so promptly. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I have used them and both times I could not fault the service for a reasonable cost. Following a shower leak, Curtis identified the seal as the probable cause and resealed everything which resolved the leak. This time Curtis replaced the parts causing the toilet to keep flushing - within an hour. Many thanks to him for both jobs done quickly and well with no mess. Rare to find good and trusted skilled people so continue the good work!

Curtis assessed and established there was no water leak in my property; he then advocated effectively on my behalf with the neighbours tradesperson and Curtis quickly identified the root of the problem for my neighbour.
