Plumbing Doctors Anmeldelser

Sent them a message and by the next day we were all sorted out. Great service

Great work from Curtis and Waseem to replace a radiator and service my boiler. Received a quote before the job so no surprises and very fairly priced. Excellent communication, with a text letting me know that they were on their way and what time they would arrive. Very clean and friendly, will definitely be using them for servicing again, and to get the remaining radiators changed. Excellent company that I highly recommend

Excellent service, came out same day for a leaking toilet. Fixed by Chris who gave us a clear explanation of the problem.

I highly recommend Wazeem and Curtis for any plumbing and heating problems and for the annual check. They are competitive on pricing, transparent on work to be done and always sent a reminder text when they were on their way. Thank you.

Arrived first thing in the morning, got straight to work on a very difficult problem with blocked pipes hidden in walls and under floors. Had no expectation that anyone would be able to sort the problem on the day but Curtis had everything apart and put back together fully working by lunchtime. Very pleased as certain other big name companies did not even want to quote for the work. Plumbing doctors came out fully prepared and got everything sorted with very minimal cosmetic damage to the areas with buried pipes.

Notified when on the way arrived exactly on the date and time we had agreed.
Very pleasant and efficient young man arrived will use this company again.

Able to get an emergency call out from Curtis and the job done well. Good communication from start to finish.

Great experience. Curtis came round within 3 hours of my initial request for quotation to fix a damaged waste pipe stack back to the wall at height. Friendly conversation over WhatsApp with prompt response to all questions and had a handy online tracker to see when help would arrive. Would 100% use again in future.

My parents very old toilet broke and I rang plumbing doctors and they were able to come fix it the same day. I was worried that we might get charged an extortionate price but they were transparent and fair with their pricing. It was a very professional service and Curtis did a great job on fixing something that a lot of plumbers would have said no to attempting.

Efficient, On Time, Honest Price, Professional, Friendly, and Respectful. Anyone in need of a plumber in Coventry can rely on the Plumbing Doctors

Explanations were given where I had question, it was done quickly, no hidden extras which I appreciate the most - overall a very good customer experience and a good job.

I had my boiler services by Plumbing Doctors. Waseem was very courteous and professional. He explained everything very well. I received my email with report very quickly. I am very happy with the service provided and I will definitely keep the company's details for next time.

The Team was great from reception of a panicked call from me, to the service from Curtis. They had transparent prices, arrived on time and let us know the charge to fix the joint in the bathroom. Great service from Curtis and I would recommend to use again.

Curtis did a brilliant job in our bathroom, doing a very professional and expert job. Also tidied up well afterwards. This is the second time I have used this company and highly recommend them.

I had an emergency with a boiler, I rang numerous Plumbers but to no avail, then I rang the Plumbing and Heating Doctors, from the first call they were extremely helpful and very organised, I was kept updated at all times and by 10.00am the following day the boiler was working again. I can't thank them enough and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Was very happy with the level of service provided.

Fab new boiler fit , so professional, easy clear instructions, no mess, have to say “the best” highly recommended. Well worth getting that boiler sorted . Thank you Waseem and Curtis your ace .

My shower needed replacing and I didn’t hesitate to call Plumbing Doctor as they had been so great in January when I needed a new tap in the kitchen. Once again, I rang and they responded quickly. Waseem came to look at the shower on Friday and a new shower was ordered. Waseem came back on Monday afternoon and fitted the new shower with no fuss, no mess. He was efficient, polite and pleasant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my plumbing fixes.
Thank you.

Excellent prompt service, professional, no drama, no mess

My water heater was overflowing. I contacted Plumbing Doctors and they arranged a time slot - they promised to let me know on the day when the exact time they were coming and were bang on time.
Curtis quickly established the problem and fixed it in under an hour - he would have been quicker if access to my water heater hadn’t been so awkward.

The price was consistent with what I’d been expecting from online searches.

Curtis was punctual, polite and professional. I have had no problems since.

I have saved their number and would use again.
