Plumbing Doctors Anmeldelser

Curtis was brilliant. Called to check arrival time, was extremely professional and completed the job to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with a toilet not flushing. Curtis from Plumbing & Heating Doctors proved to be a very pleasant young man. Polite and efficient and did an excellent job. Going the extra mile when things proved to be more difficult than first thought, but not leaving to all was satisfactorily completed. Excellent worker with a good attitude.

the excellent guy did the excellent job in the coldest day weeks ago.
now my Vaillant boiler is running very well.

Curtis did a great job for me replacing old pipework under the kitchen sink. Communication was excellent at all times. Thank you for a great job.

Communication from the very start was fantastic, with Waseem ensuring he could schedule me in around school runs. The text message 5 minutes before to say he was on his way was great too!
Having just moved into a new house, I didn't even know how to use the boiler but also knew it needed servicing. Waseem came round and explained in much needed simple terms how to use the boiler, explaining the current thermostat had broken, explained the cost and if I would like him to fix the issue today, which I did.
Overall Waseem was cost efficient, friendly, works clean and tidy and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Waseem for other work in the future.

I received good customer service when I called to book an appointment for an annual boiler service. Waseem was professional and polite throughout his visit. He provided excellent service and support, particularly when asked questions about the job.
I will definitely recommend Heating and Plumbing Doctors.

Every time I have had an emergency Waseem has made time to sort things out quickly and in the best way possible, keeping our schedules in mind. I’ve never had to call him back for the work he’s done.
Quite simply the most reliable, polite, neat and quality-wise excellent plumber in Coventry ( have been let down by many)

Couldn't be happier, plumber found and fixed the problem and gave us a full explanation. Customer service is also very good, we had a follow up call a few days later to make sure that we were happy with the service. I can highly recommend Waseem and plumbing doctors and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This is the second time I’ve had to call out Waseem at an inconvenient time. The first on a Sunday and the second on a bank holiday to sort out my elderly mother’s boiler. And he has galloped to the rescue each time, getting her hot water and heating on again within a few hours. Prompt service and always polite.

I needed to get my old boiler serviced because it had a small leak and was noisy. I looked on their website and I opted for a full major service, due to not been service for a long time. The price (vat to be added) was on their website pricelist, and I also paid £20 for a part. I am happy with all worked carried out, and also received some advice about new boilers, radiators etc. Regards, Michael.

I called to get a quote on how much it will cost to get my cooker replaced.

The Call handler explained what will happen and how much it will cost.

When Waseem come to the property he introduced himself.

He was very welcoming and spoke about what he will be doing before starting the job.

Once the job was completed the area was cleaned and no mess was left.
