Falsely charging more for a delayed and wait listed flight. And forcing to give a 5 star review while on customer call.

I had booked tickets after consulting with Ryan Belford and agreed to pay extra for seats so that my companions could seat together. Jia assisted me with booking the tickets and assured that the seats would be assigned together. I called back several times but dint receive my tickets with seats assigned. I was assured that I would be getting the seats assigned 48 prior to my departure by Jia. I called them 48hrs prior and was told they were working on it and would give me a call in an hr. 24hrs prior to departure after speaking with Ryan I was still not able to get a ticket with seat assigned.Also, I was not able to reach Jia at all since there was always an excuse saying she was either coming in an hr, or she was not feeling well. In the end my companion dint get there seats assigned together. DONOT pay extra for seats .

This company somehow got into booking.com and cancelled the $4,500 flight and said we would have to pay an additional $2,100 to rebook the flight. During our flight when we have no wi/fi on the plane , our flight was cancelled as well as the return flight and the airline has no record of making the flight to Germany . pcm travels called again and said it was us that cancelled the flight, however there was no way to call during the flight to cancel . Sherry claims to work for booking.com but used PCM travels as who she represents . They somehow can reproduce actual tickets then when you try to confirm with airline they say they have no records of anything . United airlines state we were never on the plane which makes no sense.

La policía española tiene docenas de denuncias contra ellos. Las opiniones favorables las ponen ellos mismos.Son reseñas muy breves.La respuesta de ellos es siempre la misma; está preconfigurada. No llamen al teléfono gratuito desde España. No es de ninguna aerolínea.Es de ellos.PELIGRO.

I got a ticket from them and they never gave me my e-tickets, then they wind up The same day of my flights, so they couldn't do anything for me and they were giving me back my money, but they have not answered the phone I just\n Want my money back now?\n So I can book another flight i am handicapped. The worst working environment I have ever experienced in any company. Toxic people create a toxic work culture here. I would especially like to mention the manager, Mr. Rubin, who often behaves as if he is the godfather of the company. His attitude reflects negativity and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.He don't aske people if they can extend the shift, He force employee to make it 12 or 13 hours shift.
He frequently uses inappropriate and unprofessional language openly on the floor. Employees commonly use abusive words C***** and BC, and there is no sense of professionalism or respect while communicating with agents. There is a complete lack of basic workplace etiquette.
I already had very negative reviews before joining this company. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be extremely true. I would strongly advise others to consider better options, as there are companies with supportive people, healthy work culture, and a positive environment where employees are treated with respect.
I would not recommend PCM Travel to anyone. Based on my experience, their practices with customers are also concerning, as they handle situations very unprofessionally and, at times, use threats regarding refunds.
Overall, it was one of the worst decisions I made to join this organization.

PCM travels and who ever saying direct contact with Qatar is not correct.
Big Scam. They talk nicely like have direct contact with airlines.

I understand the current situation. But PCM travels dont even give blocked or itenary. Seems receipt printed without authoraization

I called the Volaris US number to add my trusted traveler id on an upcoming booking. Somehow I was routed to PCM travel. I have no idea how they intercepted my call.
They said my booking was never confirmed and was standby. I needed to pay for the flight which I did with my credit card. They billed my visa card account 269usd but so far nothing more.
I tried calling the telephone number they gave me in case of questions. The number did not exist.
Volaris Airlines was finally reached. They said my flight was confirmed and booked weeks ago and they had never heard of PCM travel.
I got scammed!
Now it is necessary to cancel my card and get another one.
How can they continue to do this?

FRAUD - This is a total scam company. They own phone numbers that are one off from legitimate businesses. I thought I called Sandals Resorts (found out later the number I dialed was one number off) to move my reservation. They answered as "reservations". I explained that I needed to move my reservation for a Grenada stay that is 6 months out. They told me that it would be $1400 and it needed to be paid immediately to move the reservation. We go to Sandals every year and pre-book our next stay while on peroperty. I never heard of this. The operator explained it was a new policy. I told him fine, then just cancel it and keep my $250 deposit. He then told me that it would be an additional $502 to cancel. Now I got mad and told him we would pay it but never stay at a Sandals property again. He sent me a link to pay, and I did. The Charge showed up on my credit card under "THE TRAVEL MAKERS". I got suspicious. I then went and pulled my original paperwork for the booking and it clearly said that we could move it at no cost or cancel it at no cost within 45 days of the arrival date. This is when I called Sandals back (the REAL Sandals). I explained what happened and was told that this is not their policy. Nobody had accessed my reservation, it was still the same, and had not been cancelled. These people falsy impersonated a resort company and fraudulently extorted money from me with false threats and misleading information. The invoice they emailed me had Sandals information all over it. Pictures of the resort we originally booked. these people are organized criminals intent on falsy extorting money from people. I DO NOT understand, with all of the scam warning reviews, how these people still have standing with merchants like American Express!?! The Travel Makers/PCM Travels are Total criminal scammers!!!

SCAM, shame on you portraying to be agents for Lufthansa Airlines. I have won the credit card dispute against you and the fraud you have committed.....LOL. So F....YOU for all the hassle and suffering you have made me go through. You'll will not have my money to fund your scammy outlet. You are despicable fraudsters and thieves!!!!
