I had some trouble in that I was disconnected 2 times before I got an agent that was able to stay with me. His name was Carter Smith and he was very knowledgible. He was able to solve my issue and see my reservations, and tell me what I had to do to see them as well. It was a pleasure speaking with him. Great customer service.

What was an extreme stressful experience in my flight reservation due to booking error on my part, Rose came to the rescue and diligently worked with me for several days to rectify the situation and now I am able to sit back and count our days down to a hopeful wonderful trip to Italy. I am a director of a university and I fly out to Chicago next week for an event, and was thinking of those dates instead of my trip to Atlanta this weekend. And Mr. Irving made all of this possible by waving the fee for the reset of dates. I would have had to call the University for their information and then I would not have been capable of calling back Mr. Irving. Instead Mr. Irving called me and what he told me made my day.

I m so happy and enjoying this journey.

Helpful, worked out our problem completely

Stacy was so helpful to my wife & I. She went above & beyond in helping 2 seniors. She never got frustrated stayed calm the whole 1 1/2 she spent with us remaining pleasant, professional and accommodating.
If anyone deserves a raise or bonus it is definitely Stacy.
If more people in the workforce had Stacy attitude the world would be such a BETTER PLACE!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IT IS A COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH THEY GET U TO WHERE UR GOING BUT NEVER RETURN U I HAD TO GET A “refund” which is complete bullshit cause now I have to take a 14hr bus ride back home cause apparently they say the airport canceled the flights not once but twice

I completed a reservation on Hotels.com and paid the amount of 535.35 which was the total asking. receiving an Itinerary stating I was booked. After going over the booking, missing info I had paid for not being there. I called to check I was informed that reservation was on hold and that I owed another $135.00. But why? Now you say the price went up after I paid what you said was owed and now you tell me I am not entitled to a refund with 30 days out. After frustration of trying to get a refund and being told, I could not again, I called again and engaged with a representative name Issac. He went over everything with me, yet I could not understand why I was NOT notified by phone, text or email about the price change, He made me an offer, of which I couldn't comprehend due to it was not a fault of mine. I paid what you said was owed, I then asked for a supervisor of which Issac, reassuringly place me on hold to get one. The Supervisor named Aiden listened and detecting the stress in my voice, (tears) reassured me he would take care of it. Explained that yes what was I was being told was correct, yet he would handle it. Aiden took care of the additional fees and offered an additional incentive. reassuring that the documents would be resent to me corrected. These 2 young men went Above and Beyond of what "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" epitomizes. Grateful!

Jessica is helping me to the best of her ability but I really need a refund put on my Affirm account because I did not stay at the economy hotel for a total of three days I left and they told me I wouldn’t be charged. I left within five minutes.

Hawaiian Airlines Consolidation Desk agent Kelvin Brown helped me with a change in flight return trip for my family members because of a medical emergency. He was extremely helpful in making the change for the injured passenger and her companion. His professionalism and patience was most appreciated. Kelvin's customer service was exceptional as he went the extra mile in speaking with his manager to obtain a partial waiver of the return flight cost. Hawaiian employees like Kelvin and his customer service only reinforce our support and loyalty to Hawaiian Airlines.
