Son unos descarados estafadores compré un pasaje y pasados dos meses me cancelaron el pasaje disque por qué no habían asientos llamé y me hicieron pagar 178€ más de lo que pagué solo para que me lo dieran nuevamente por lo que veo no es raro en esta agencia de realizar esta clase de estafas a los consumidores y para mí también está vinculada con booking ya que por hay fue que lo compré de mi parte llegaré al último recurso para aclarecer este pago excesivo después de dos meses de comprado mi ticket

Scam. Do not use, after paying i never received a confirmation of my flight and hotels!! I was told I would get a call same day but received nothing

Se dedican a estafar a los viajeros. Ofrecen un precio muy bueno. Se hace la compra, Luego dicen que ese precio está sobrevendido, Entonces se les dice que no quiero comprar Y responden que el pago no es reembolsable. PERO CUANDO BUSCAS DIRECTO EN LA PAGINA TE ESTAN COBRANDO ESE TIQUETE Y LE AGREGAN COMO IMPUESTOS (QUE YA VA INCLUIDO EN LO QUE PAGAS CON LA AEROLINEA) UN COBRO PROPIO DE ESTA "EMPRES". eso se llama ESTAFA.

If I could give them a 0 - I would. They are very deceptive. Accidentally called them (the 800 number is one digit off) to change a flight. They told me I was on an unconfirmed ticket for SW Airlines. When it’s led for clarification I got told the same thing. When I again asked for clarification by asking if that meant my ticket was a standby ticket Morgan said yes. He told me in order it be confirmed I had to pay extra. I repeatedly asked for clarification and was told the same thing and told in order to cancel my husband’s outbound flight I had to upgrade to confirmed reservations. None the wiser I went ahead and upgraded. When I got to the airport I asked SW about unconfirmed flight sand was told they don’t sell standby flights. DO NOT use this company - they are highly deceptive!

Scammed me out of $300 for name change

Suite à un avis vous concernant déposé sur le site Truspilot hier, 23 avril 2026, vous avez souhaité apporter à cet avis une réponse rapide. Compte tenu de la teneur plutôt conciliante de votre réponse, malgré le titre pour le moins désobligeant de mon commentaire à votre égard, je ne peux qu'accepter de dialoguer afin de peut être trouver une solution à notre litige, solution que vous semblez, d'après vos propos, tenir à apporter.

Je ne vais pas me répéter ici car les propos que j'ai exprimés dans l'avis considéré me paraissent suffisamment clairs, détaillés et explicites pour ne pas avoir à être repris. Par contre, vous trouverez ci jointes toutes les copies des documents justificatifs de notre litige avéré, notamment:

- Email de votre part confirmant la prestation proposée, non réalisée par la suite.

- Récépissé de règlement de la prestation.

- Avis de débit du montant de la prestation sur mon compte bancaire.

- Mise en demeure de me rembourser la prestation non effectuée, assortie des accusés-réception et de lecture; cette mise en demeure n'a jamais eu de réponse de votre part!

J'ose espérer que l'examen attentif de ces pièces vous paraîtra suffisamment explicite et exhaustif pour déclencher une réaction positive et sans équivoque! Je reste néanmoins à votre disposition pour tout complément d'information qui vous semblerait utile.

J'ajoute une dernière remarque à mes propos: je ne peux m'empêcher de considérer que cette pratique "inélégante" dont j'ai été victime de votre part est inappropriée de la part d'une entreprise telle que la vôtre, et particulièrement mesquine si l'on considère le montant en jeu! Se compromettre pour 150 € est indigne d'une entreprise à vocation internationale; à moins que vous ne misiez sur le nombre?!...

Pour terminer, j'ai laissé entendre dans mon "Avis"que j'envisageais de porter plainte auprès d'organismes compétents, plus par colère et par principe que par rapport à la perte financière. Je sursois momentanément à cette décision dans l'attente de votre réponse, mais sachez que je n'hésiterai pas à mettre en œuvre ce projet en fonction de la réponse que vous apporterez au présent mail. Je n'investirai évidemment pas un sou pour tenter de récupérer un dû hypothétique mais, étant retraité, j'ai tout le temps nécessaire pour gérer ce type de dossier.

Je tiens à vous remercier à nouveau de l'esprit conciliant exprimé dans votre réponse susvisée, et dans l'attente de votre réponse je vous adresse l'expression de mes salutations distinguées."
N'ayant eu aucune réponse en date du 7 mai, je leur ai adressé un nouvel email en exigeant une réponse sous 48 heures, sous peine d'un dépôt de plainte. N'ayant pas eu de réponse à ce jour 10 mai, je vais déposer plainte auprès des autorités compétentes. Ci après copie de mon dernier mail à leur intention:
"Madame, Monsieur,

N'ayant eu aucune nouvelle de votre part à ce jour suite à mon email ci dessous remontant à deux semaines déjà, je me permets de revenir vers vous afin de solliciter à nouveau une réponse.

A défaut d'une telle réponse sous 48 heures, je déposerai une copie de mon email susvisé sur Truspilot et déposerai plainte sur deux sites dédiés."

Very helpful and good guidance

They claim to be in New York City but the map they provide has them in Texas. All signs point to a scam.

Esteban and Aiden in Customer service and Reservation Desk were the two most capable, helpful service staff I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of travel.

They answered the phone quickly, validated all the information and knew exactly how to address my needs.

Thank you for hiring such fabulous employees. I have tremendous respect for an air travel service provider that hires them

I strongly believe this is a scam company. Initially, they speak very politely and attract you with what seems like a great deal. However, once you pay the deposit, their behaviour completely changes.
After I made the payment, I never received a receipt. When I called the next day, the representative (Nick) claimed that I never requested one, so he didn’t send it. He then asked me to wait 24 hours for confirmation of my ticket. When I asked further questions about my booking, his tone became rude and dismissive.
This raised concerns, so I checked reviews online and realised many others had similar experiences. He then sent me some sort of booking PNR immediately after 10 mins. I immediately requested to cancel and asked for a refund. They refused, claiming they had already made a booking. However, the “confirmation” they provided was from Air China, and when I contacted the airline directly, they confirmed it was only a temporary hold that could be cancelled at any time.
At that point, I decided not to proceed with this company. They still refused to refund my deposit and even told me to “go legal” if I didn’t pay the remaining balance.
This is completely unprofessional—no legitimate company takes money without providing proper confirmation or service. I was concerned enough to cancel my card and request a replacement after reading reports that they may attempt to take further payments without consent.
⚠️ My advice: STOP and do not pay any deposit.
They appear to operate under multiple websites, none of which seem trustworthy. all the positive reviews you see here are fake and dodged to attract customers and get their money out of their pocket so please BEWARE.

FRAUD ALERT
Expertos en Vuelo / PCM Travels
The website Expertos en Vuelo, operated by PCM Travels, is a total scam. Once they obtain your personal and banking information through a reservation request, they act in bad faith by adding unauthorized additional charges.
The flights they sell do not include seats or luggage, even when those were specifically requested. Furthermore, they flatly refuse any cancellations or modifications.
Vitiated Consent: They use deceptive tactics to obtain agreement.
Ghost Charges: Hidden fees appear out of nowhere.
Fraudulent Billing: Unauthorized transactions on your account.
Misrepresentation of Fees: They apply charges claiming they are "taxes," which is completely false.

Legally, when an individual makes a material representation (such as PCM posing as an airline rep) to persuade another party to sign a contract this constitutes a legal basis for voiding the contract due to fraud or misrepresentation. If a contract is based on false or misleading information, it can be rescinded or canceled without any liability.

PCM Travel represented themselves as Lufthansa customer service at Heathrow Airport -- where somehow they are allowed to sit at a desk and hand out (fake) non-toll numbers. They ripped off my son for over $800. to unnecessarily change his flight by threatening to cancel the entire ticket.

They always respond to these reviews that they will look into this but in truth, no one answers my emails or calls.

Absolutely scam, I booked my ticket with this agency in good faith, after an emergency surfaced I decided to cancel within the time frame unfortunately they refunded partially and refused the rest of the charge, not only that but they make you sign a statement agreeing to that otherwise you will lose all of your money, services are absolutely garbage. Think one million times before dealing with them
Here is my details and experience with PCM
When I booked my ticket the price of the ticket was $2597.98 when I decided to cancel within the timeframe allowed they only refunded $2158.70 which is the share of the Airline , when I called back and talked to that person he said we are not going to refund $439.28 which is our fee, here I was puzzled and didn’t know what to do, because if I don’t accept that I will lose all of my money.
I told him you are going to sell that ticket and charge the new customer same fee, he said that’s our business.
I am telling the public my story so they can be aware of such scammers

Help put this PCM Travel scammer out of business. Report them to ReportFraud.ftc.gov, the Better Business Bureau, and FBI's INternet Crime Complaint (IC3). I reported them to Mastercard and asked how they can allow PCM to be a merchant member. I got my refund from my credit cards but with many appeals. They aimed at my teenaged son and I feel the need to protect others.

Hice un cambio de vuelo y pagué por el cambio. No me permitieron subir al avión porque algo no hicieron correctamente ellos, solicite mi reembolso y me han dado mil excusas para no pagármelo. Definitivamente NO lo recomiendo , tampoco entiendo porque al marcar a Delta me dirigieron con ellos . PESIMO servicio
