We take allegations of this nature extremely seriously and would like to formally respond to the claims made in your review.
Firstly, PCM Travels UK categorically denies any fraudulent activity or intentional sharing of your personal banking information. The situation referenced involved a mistaken bank transfer made independently by another customer. At no point did our company deliberately distribute your bank details. As soon as the matter was brought to our attention, our management team attempted to contact you directly, including via telephone and WhatsApp, to clarify the situation and provide reassurance. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
Regarding your statement about your bank account being temporarily frozen, this appears to have been a precautionary action taken by your bank due to an unexpected incoming transfer. This was not the result of any fraudulent conduct by PCM Travels.
Concerning your hotel stay, your booking (Reference: 39487) was confirmed at Sol Pelícanos Ocas on a Half Board basis. The hotel is a well-rated and popular property with strong public reviews. During your stay, we did not receive any communication from you indicating dissatisfaction, nor were we informed that you had chosen to change hotels. The full service booked was utilized, and there was no cancellation or in-stay complaint raised with us that would have allowed us the opportunity to investigate or assist at that time.
Any decision to relocate to alternative accommodation was made independently and without prior notification to PCM Travels. As such, we are unable to accept responsibility for additional costs incurred, particularly when the originally booked services were fully available and used.
We regret that you feel dissatisfied; however, the travel services were provided as confirmed, and there is no evidence of service non-delivery or misuse of personal information by our company.
PCM Travels UK remains committed to professional conduct, data protection compliance, and transparent customer service. Should you wish to provide documented evidence supporting your claims, we remain open to reviewing it formally.

Realmente no es una agencia de viajes. Es un grupo organizado de ESTAFADORES . Llamé a un teléfono supuestamente de Airfrance y me dijeron que tenía pendiente un nuevo impuesto por importe de 138€.
Era falso todo. Tuvieron acceso a mi reserva y me cargaron en mi tarjeta ese importe. En España tienen más de 20 denuncias ante la Policìa Nacional, según comprobé en mi Comisaría de policía. No llamen desde España al teléfono gratuito de esa aerolínea, les conecta con los estafadores. Las opiniones favorables son "fake", las ponen ellos mismos. La respuesta disculpándose es automática y siempre la misma. No me han devuelto el dinero reclamado. NO CAIGAN EN EL ENGAÑO

Scammed my grandmother
I brought my elderly neighbor to the airport, she had to travel across the country for the death of a relative. We get to the front desk to get her boarding passes. They appeared on their computer but were labeled “no go” meaning not authorized, transaction not completed etc. Called this agency to get it resolved
and they just talked in circles for 2 hours claiming they were fixing it but they were not, they never were. Eventually had to purchase new tickets with the airline agents at the desk(who for the last couple hours tried everything they could to help us). It’s repulsive there are people out there taking advantage of elderly, scamming and stealing from anyone they can. This company needs to be held accountable by law enforcement.

FRAUDE ROBO Y ENGAÑO
llame por error con esos ladrones cuando mi intencion era comunicarme con United Airlines, tenia mi vuelo comprado directamente con ellos, pero al querer comunicarme para confirmar mi equipaje, tuve la mala suerte que caer en las garras de estos pillos, resulta que la Srita ELISA GARCIA me dijo que llamaba a UNITED que mi reserva estaba pendiente de pago de impuestos, que sino los pagaba no me iban a dejar abordar y que no tenia equipaje documentado registrado, por lo que aprovechandose de que mi vuelo se acercaba, me envolvio y sorprendio con mentiras dolo y mala fe haciendome pagar la cantidad de 346 usd, lo cual yo accedi creyendo que hablaba directamente con la aerolinea, toda vez que despues confirme con UNITED que mi vuelo desde que inicialmente lo compre estaban cubiertos los impuestos y equipaje.
se hacen pasar por la aerolinea con estos correos....

Fraude!!!!!! No hagan caso de las 4-5 estrellas, ya que si lo leen son comentarios muy basicos de gente que seguro les pagan.
Estafaron a mi mama por 10,000 pesos, segun ellos que porque no se habian pagado los impuestos de aeropuerto.
Y ojo porque se hacen pasar por aerolineas. No llamen a servicio al cliente si el numero no esta en la pagina oficial de la aerolinea.
Y sus respuestas a las reviews son las mismas. Hasta me da miedo enviarles los correos a su “servicio al cliente” por si me quieren hacer más fraude. No hay número de referencia pero en el correo que envían como el “recibo de pago” que por cierto viene con el nombre de expertosenvuelo.com y una cuenta de correo de ecommpay.com su disque número de orden es PCM84575

Compañía fraudulenta. El teléfono me lo dieron de una agencia por qué no me podía comunicar en la línea en español de mi aerolínea. Te dicen que hay un error con tu vuelo y prácticamente si no se corrige, ya tienen tus datos y pues como sabes que con eso te pueden cancelar tus vuelos . Bueno el chiste es que te cobran por cosas que no son reales. Y realmente no hacen nada en absoluto solo que checar tu vuelo en la página de la aerolínea. Y si ven los comentarios todo mundo felicita a "Thiago" y luego Thiago sale opinando también. Los comentarios positivos ellos mismos los ponen. Pero sin unos ESTAFADORES se hace pasar por diferentes aerolíneas pero solo te roban.

AVOID this Company
This is a company which lies at every turn, DO NOT book a holiday, flight or any other form of travel with them, they are totally disingenuous, failed to provide flights even though they are booked and paid for well in advance, keep making excuses as to why no e-ticket was issued, even last night they lied and said the ticket would be available when I wake up for the flight, and guess what, it wasn't, no flight, no refund and now claiming money back through my credit card.
The cheek of them having been told that I've booked a flight with someone else, is to claim they've found me an alternative trying to off load onto me...this in the trade is know as scum.
If you honestly want to investigate (although I believe you don't as this is common place for you) try looking as ALL phone logs, and emails that way you'll know how bad you are.
Furthermore, due to their lies and failure to provide the flight id paid for, it cost me an additional £350, this cost I am seriously considering taking the company to court over, to recover my out of pocket costs.

Don't buy from this company is a scam, what's traveling with my wife and 1y old child i get to the airport and I don't have my tickets.I had to rebuy the tickets again from southwest and when you put a claim, they say it's not refundable.

Scam artists!!!! Lies - said he was in Vancouver - not - said the the amount I had seen on the WestJet website was outdated. That the prices for flights was the best ones he could offer. when he sent the verification email there was no breakdown of costs. just total. Said all charges were WestJet charges. Not - when I called back to talk about how he lied he told me he explained everything to me and that the $274.89Can were taxes imposed by WestJet. Not 196 US into Canadian for in Canada flight ???? Once more a lie. he said there would be two charges but there were THREE One for WestJet one for cancellation insurance and the PCM fee in US $ into Can $ - I was travelling in Canada !! Appalling !
