Veronica is a rockstar travel maker and troubleshooter. She also handles stressed out, frustrated, and angry customers in such a professional and calming manner. I am so pleased and relieved that I stumbled on to Veronica (and Charles for a different call)! Even with our difficult moments, she pulled together a perfect solution, keeping me still Delta fan. Thank you, Veronica!! You saved the day and I hope your co-workers find inspiration in your work, and of course your boss. She’s the best!!

During a very stressful week, I booked flight and car rental reservations. I made a mistake on the pick-up time for the car rental and by the time I realized it, I had been counted as a no-show and charged and I wasn’t even at my destination yet. I was still at the airport just beginning my trip. I called the car rental desk at the airport and was not able to get through to anyone. Then I received a phone call and it was a call-back from the helpdesk. I spoke with Jesse and he patiently spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me to resolve my problem. I am completely satisfied with the resolution and thankful to Jesse for his excellent customer service.
