This is a scam company. Do not buy any flight from them, they scammed us with 3k USD.

They're scammers—the worst agency you can buy flight tickets from. After I'd already paid one price, they called me to say I had to pay more for no reason, and since I needed to travel urgently, I agreed. Later, I didn’t receive my tickets for the trip, and I tried calling all the numbers listed—it was almost impossible to get through. Finally, when someone answered, they simply told me they weren’t going to refund my money, that I should be grateful I had the money to buy them in the first place, and then they hung up on me. After that, they never answered any of the numbers listed on their websites again. They’re scammers. BE VERY CAREFUL SO THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN TO YOU.

Please do not use PCM Travels.

We accidentally booked flights on the wrong dates through Kiwi.com. When we initially contacted customer service, we received very little help. After several attempts, we finally spoke with someone who was suddenly very helpful and promised they would arrange a partial refund for the original tickets and help us sort out our travel plans.

Based on those promises, we purchased a one-way ticket for approximately $1,400. Only later did I realize that I was not actually dealing directly with Kiwi.com, but with PCM Travels. A significant portion of what we paid appears to have been for their service, while they simply purchased a one-way ticket directly through WestJet⁠ on our behalf.

Our trip is on Monday, and we have still not received the assistance or refund that was promised. Communication has largely stopped, and we have been left to deal with the consequences ourselves.

The value we were sold was not the ticket itself—it was the promise of help, a partial refund, and assistance connecting our travel arrangements. None of that has materialized.

I feel that my desperation in a stressful situation was taken advantage of. Had I known what I was actually paying for, I could have booked the same ticket myself directly with the airline.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding both PCM Travels and Kiwi.com. What should have been customer support felt more like a sales tactic aimed at vulnerable travelers who are already dealing with a travel problem.

Awful. They pretended to be Booking.com, and then took a shocking “commission” fee.

Hablé primero porque me habían cobrado 2 veces el mismo viaje. Después de echarme la culpa durante 1 hora, accedieron excepcionalmente a cancelar 1 de los 2 cobros.
Luego,me amenazaron cancelar mi vuelo si no pagaba un impuesto adicional que a pesar de pedir aclaración sobre el tipo de impuesto la respuesta siempre fue evasiva. Acabé pagando más de MXN13,000 para un viaje de MXN66,000!

Me consiguieron el vuelo qué yo deseaba.

Ryan Belford was extremely kind and professional in helping me. He provided me with his direct number in case we were to get cut off from our call, and verified that I was satisfied with the new flight arrangements. I changed my flight due to a family death. Ryan made a tough time better.

Le processus a été pénible... Nous avons jamais reçu nos billets de retour même s'ils nous promettaient de nous les envoyer dans 5 minutes.... Un moment donné, leur 5 numéros pour les rejoindre étaient inactifs...

Ils ont essayé de mettre la faute sur nous en nous disant que c'était à nous des rappeler... Je prend le temps de dire que nous avons essayé 50 fois et la seule réponse qu'on avait, dans 5 minutes, dans 5 minutes et jamais rien reçu.

Ils refusent de nous rembourser 50% du montant total... Ils disent que ce n'est pas comme ça que ça fonctionne et ainsi de suite...

Je ne recommande JAMAIS.

La compagnie demande des informations supplémentaires, mais tout a été dit, mentionné et expliquer à leur agent qui s'occupait de notre dossier.

Talked to Lucas Martin today, 5/31/2026, Sunday. He helped me a lot with my problem on the confirmation code of the Wizz Air. He said my flight on July 24 to July 26 is confirmed.
