Arranged collection for today, no driver, no reason why order was not collected. Client is close to demand refund for order, which leaves me out of pocket and means a loss of the fees for Palletforce too. Completely unreliable. Do NOT use them.

Used for the first time on Thursday via pallet2ship made an Internet booking at 10 am and the Lorry arrived to pick up the pallet 25 minutes later! A taxi takes longer. Pallets arrive next morning at 8:50 both delivery and pick up drivers were great!

Have paid hundreds for an item to be constructed, receive amazing service from the provided, however, this all fell apart once they arranged for a delivery to be done by Palletforce who continually lied about attempted deliveries and delivery dates. I would strongly suggest any company to consider this before using Palletforces as an option to deliver their goods.

After one of Freight Route drivers drove over front grass and caused significant damage, I have made multiple attempts to contact in regards to having this fixed. Ended up wasting alot of time trying to contact them via e mail and phone to still be left with no resolution, Criminals need to be held accountable.

Despite a lot of negative reviews, I can say after using Palletforce on multiple occasions via C&D South West that I have found the Palletforce system brilliant to use, with great tracking functions.

LOL Another YEAR later and the SAME Excuse given! for failed collection

And the same EXCUSE! NO IDEA ABOUT THE COLLECTION!

These lies make me look bad! and they make the seller of the goods on the pallet look bad! I get a few pallets collected from all types of people but the same excuses keep rolling in time and time again!

To be fair ALL PALLET Couriers are the same! Always giving excuses! for failed collections! Funny how the normal couriers who collects boxes everyday from me never have these awesome excuses!

The courier went to collect today and was advised they have no idea about the collection.

We have emailed you regarding a failed collection charge on this order.

Please advise if you would like this to still be collected?

SOOOOOOOOO You want to tell PORKIE PIES Again? and Charge me MORE Money ? Is that not FRAUD?

I bought a pomegranate tree from Paramount Trees & Gardens, and the delivery was scheduled for two and a half weeks after my purchase. I only received an email from the delivery team, at Paramount, informing me that the delivery would be done between the 9 am and 6 pm. I had to reschedule my day to be at home to receive it. Thankfully, I was able to work from home.
Nonetheless, and after being prisoner in my own house, because I couldn't leave, I contacted Paramount to ask why the tree was not delivered. Unfortunately, I was told that the tree was delivered. I asked for proofs, but until now I only heard what the Palletforce told Paramount (without any proof). They said that the pomegranate was left unattended in front of my garage, but I don't have a garage nor my neighbours. I am still waiting for the photos and waiting for Palletforce and Paramount to find where they lost the tree and deliver it to me.
I must say, I am not impressed with the way Paramount and Palletforce are handling the situation. I am feeling stressed because they are claiming to have delivered the pomegranate, so I sent proofs, from my camera, showing that I didn't receive any tree, and I am waiting for a resolution. Hopefully, it will arrive soon.

Oh dear ! It's not looking good.
I'll update this Review as the events change, but the item should have arrived yesterday, and it didn't; the 'phones are working here, too, but no "Ring ring", either.
Is this another company flirting with a takeover ?: we'll see.
**Update**: when it arrived, Tim, the Delivery Driver, made the unloading very easy,

We had a consignment booked with Freight Route, Eastleigh (pallet force) for pick up. We have received a pick up slot and waited for an additional hour when we called Ben from Freight Route. We learned that the driver will be with us any minute. In the course of time we called the office 3 more times just to learn that the driver will be with us any minute as he can see from his GPS system that the driver is in our area. Unfortunately, when we called at 6pm, we learned that the pick up will not happen despite the fact we were in constant communication with the depot. Of course, something can always happen. It is just about reliability, honesty and professionalism, which are important attributes for transportation companies. In summary you failed and will not have our custom in the future. In addition, we will communicate our experience to two large UK associations which we are member of.

I have not even had anything delivered from this company. It just before 9.00 on a Saturday morning and the this pallet wagon had parked outside our house with his loud engine running for at least 5mins. All our curtains were shut as we were trying to have a lie in after a couple of drinks on friday night.We had previously heard it further down the rd with its engine running which woke us moments earlier. They didn't even deliver anything to a property on the street. Instead a white van pulled up behind it and and received something off the back of the pallet wagon. I have reg of both vans if anyone would like to follow this up this complaint this is not how i expected to spend the start of my morning.

They left a huge pallet on the road outside my house. Not even on my drive. We don’t even have a car and I asked them to drop it off right in front of the front door so my partner could easily carry individual planks in.

There was no offer to carry the heavy goods into the house and when I asked they said no. Hence why I asked them to leave as close to the house as possible. However they didn’t actually know I had someone in the house to help me, and it was by chance that my partner was home that morning when he should have been out.
I’m heavily pregnant and it’s quite obvious, so the fact that they refused to help me get the goods into the house was terrible. If my partner wasn’t in my brand new flooring would have had to sit in the rain on the ROAD all day.

By far the worst network i've ever dealt with in my 10 years of logistics and distribution - i've had to move to a new network entirely as i was starting to lose customers because of the regularity of issues that were arising as a direct result of the the network and hubs incompetence.

had a chat with then on Monday for a parcel to be delivered on Wednesday - worked from home (nothing) called them in the evening and said that they didn't know anything about it and it will be delivered the next day. Thursday my wife worked form home and .... nothing... not a call. I called them and they said they had some issues and they will deliver the next day.... Now waiting...

I have been expecting a pallet from palletforce today 03/0818 between 8-6pm, at 5pm I decided to call palletforce just to make sure my pallet was out for delivery only to be told by them that my pallet had been scanned into their depot on the 31/07/18 which is 3 days ago and not been scanned at out for delivery so what they are saying is it has disappeared 🤔
Well thank you so much for letting me sit in all day when you knew that pallet should be with me today.. also telling me to ring the supplier I have ordered from for them to replace it.. why should they when you have it.. how can you lose a pallet. Very unhappy

Were meant to deliver on Tuesday and confirm the order by email and text. delivered on Thursday even though they receive the items in plenty of time. driver commented that it is too busy and one driver has had a mental breakdown. unhappy customer. Very bad service. I had enormously bad experience with xdp express not having the parcel after 2 weeks and @Powerhouse-Fitness.co.uk switched the order to be delivered by palletforce on Saturday 14.04.2018. The team from palletforce called me on Friday to make sure I get some help carrying the item to my flat due to their insurance policy. I have got my bf sitting around with me all Saturday morning watching the phone. I finally called the palletforce number and they said they never got the item.

@powerhouse-fitness said they have in their system the package delivered to palletforce. Palletforce obviously must have seen that since they called me on Friday. I asked the lady on the phone why they wouldn't inform me about the lack of delivery - she didn't seem bothered in the slightest way.
