What an absolute joke of a company. 3 promised deliveries for my sons motocross bike for Christmas. 3 unpaid days off work waiting in and all 3 complete no shows. Today I was told it would be with me around 1pm. Its now 6pm and yet another no show. Unbelievably bad service.

Just had a rather large wooden 6 seater garden bench delivered by Palletforce Scottish devision. William the driver made the delivery seem effortless. It arrived early so I had no one else at the property to help with the pallet etc. William put it on a trolley and wheeled the 6 seater bench single handedly up a very steep driveway still with a smile on his face! Thank you William from Scotland Division. 👏

The service from this company is an absolute joke. Two deliveries in 4 weeks. 1st delivery should have been delivered next day, took 8 days. Every day i had to chased for an update and everyday i was fobbed off with excuse after excuse. no less than 4 times i was told that it was on the van, arranged for support to receive the item only for it not to turn up. 2 weeks after this turned up the second part of the order was due to arrive. This was collected from shop on schedule and has not been seen since. Every day i am just fobbed off with excuse after excuse and now 8 days later i am being told they cannot get hold of their driver to ask if it is on his lorry. There is apparently no compensation and no escalation. if you are a business looking to use this company for the sake of your customers please think twice. if they are cheap there is a clear reason for that and personally as a customer i would prefer to pay more and not have these stressess. The items this company is transporting are worth significant amounts of money and they clearly have no regard whatsoever for stress they are causing.

Rude and ignorant driver who intimidated my wife who is a dog walker as she walked two dogs up a steep country lane in Denshaw. There was nowhere for her to stand by the side of the road and it was clear that her van was parked 30 yards ahead and yet he drove extremely close behind her revving his engine. This was both extremely intimidating and also very dangerous.

This I a worst company I have ever experienced stay away from this company yesterday ive received a delivery supposed to be i should receive my delivery outside my front door but I've received my delivery 0.5 miles away from my house which is a pit bike around 70 kg as I received a phone call from pallet force cant come to my road cos the lorry has no access what a joke of a day I always received a big deliveries including wickes bandq etc and they always deliver in big lorries or Van's well i have to drive my car to 0.5 miles away from my home and hardly i fix a delivery in my car which was broken box and missing a part in a box and the guy on the phone telling me if u dont collect from there than it will be come tomorrow how it will come tomorrow will they transport in a car and the transport driver was very rude giving me all lies discusting never had experienced like this before stay away from them totally discusting unacceptable non trustable company I've ever seen

costumer service is very bad. delays 3 days . avoid.

Been waiting on a pallet delivery from one of our suppliers since 6-7-21 it has been out for delivery wednesday 7th no it wasn't then will be Friday 9th no it wasn't
then Monday (AM) 12th nope still at the depot but would be here today 13th morning early
I'm still waiting they lie to me and the actual supplier of my goods who has the account with them
appalling customer service. I have customers been waiting a week for goods off this pallet
I would never use them myself however my hands are tied with who my supplier ships with

Pallet Force are single - handedly ruining my business.
We totally understand that at the present time they are busy, short of drivers etc.
To ring and be told a customer pallet is out for delivery with an ETA and it hasn't even left the depot is appalling.
I in turn am telling my customers it will be there today when clearly it won't be.
A phone call pallet force with the truth is all we need, you will find that we and our customers are quite understanding as long as we know what is happening.
Buck up and keep an eye on your subcontractors.

Used this company for deliveries, has to be the worst delivery company EVER!!! From missing items, damaged items because of forklifts going through the items and being delivered to wrong addresses! Now having to go through a 3rd party to try and claim damages!
Only left 1 star because I had to! If there was a minus option this would of been used!

PalletForce are worse than useless. The pallet was supposed to be here on Monday 21st June and five days later they haven't delivered and don't have a clue. You need to avoid any supplier that uses them. They have an 82% negative rating. That really says it all.

Terrible service. Claimed to have signed delivery by myself - I was on holiday and no-one had signed for it. Emailed customer service, no response. Pallet left uncovered in pouring rain. Only use this service if you do not care at all about what is being delivered or whether it will even be there when you return home.

Had a few pallets sent in to Amazon through Palletforce and it was a disaster.

Some pallets are still missing more than 1 month after Palletforce claimed to have delivered the goods. Amazon requested a stamped Proof of Delivery (POD) so they can investigate the missing pallets.

I have sent multiple emails to Palletforce requesting a stamped POD, but no response has been received after 2 months.

Awful!! I’m reluctant to even give it one star! Ignore the review below that says ignore the bad reviews! That is obviously from someone that works there! The customer service is shocking! And Sue who claims to be ‘the principal’ of the company!! 🙄 put the phone down on me. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Just had a delivery of garden furniture, terrible! Delivery man was so rude, just wanted to drop heavy pallet in front of our house. Tried to move my car so he could put it round the side and he told me to hurry up. In the end I told him to go and did it myself. Totally different to arrowxl who couldn't be more helpful.

There are some bad reviews online, however, I for one, only have good things to say about Palletforce! I was due a delivery yesterday and wanted to check the eta for the item, so I phoned up and spoke to a lady in customer services. She was very friendly and helpful and gave us all the information we required! She also gave us the phone number of our delivery driver- Charlie, incase we wanted to phone him about the delivery. We did phone him - he was also very helpful, he went above and beyond, to ensure we not only received our delivery on time, but were happy with the service. Big thanks to Charlie, you're an asset to the company!!!

Delivery over two weeks late now & they don't seem to have a clue when i might receive it, i only found this out because i have been the one to make contact with them because every time they say someone will call you back' they never do. Awful company' & if your business is reliant of these muppets' then your going to be in trouble.

Awful, took over two weeks from the day they said I should expect it and on the day of delivery they said they would deliver before 17:00 and the delivery was over 2 hours late. Do not use if possible, awful customer service, extremely hard to find contact number and a painstakingly long automated phone greeting whereby you have to select numbers over 5 times. One of the worst pallet delivery companies I’ve ever had to use.

Every shipment from this company is a disaster , the current one hasn't been delivered despite being told last tuesday it would be at our shop on the wednesday, every day another weak excuse and delivery promised the next day , a week later and nothing .
No communication from them.
One shipment the driver refused to unload the palettes and the one after that they removed the goods from the palettes and damaged the goods

We were told to expect a call from palletforce by the order provider to arrange a day for delivery, and where the pallet would be left.
Not only was there no call (so we had no idea they were coming if not at all), they showed up at a really inconvenient time, and refused to help bring the pallet a little closer to the door so it was easier to move, as my fiance was the only one available at that time, who has back problems - the delivery itself was really heavy.

Has a delivery scheduled from palletforce on 8rh April. Called the seller on the 9th who were unaware of no delivery. Palletforce were unable.to.deliver and had.
not contact me or the seller to make either of us aware. I now have additional costs of equipment hired etc to foot. Spoke to customer services twice and asked.for a confirmation email for new delivery date and
time...Still waiting. I can see why they have such poor reviews.
