Serviced was used to deliver some tiles from total tiles, so not my choice of company to deliver with would have much rather DPD deliver it least you know what to expect.
My overall experience is that this is not the greatest delivery company, the main issue or reasoning behind this is there is no one to call if your delivery is running late, the customer service can only be reach via email and the tracking service is crap.
Much improvements are needed with this company so I do hope they read this and improve their quality of service!

Absolute shocking experience with this company. Would avoid completely. From the unprofessional delivery driver to the lack of knowledge or empathy from customer service, the entire company seem to thrive on bad service! Surprised they are still in business looking at other reviews.

Two weeks late and my delivery is still not here 5th time of being arranged!
Compulsive liars.
1st they couldn’t deliver as they damaged them. 2nd they couldn’t get here because an A road was closed?! Couldn’t tell me what A road this was, after many conversations the story changed to they sent a lorry that was to big to to us? Yet again another lie large lorry’s and buses come up and down these streets regularly. 3rd time they turned up when I told them not to due to already having to book 2 days off work I’d gave them the dates and times I was available. 4th time the delivery driver was agency and “just hadn’t delivered it” so 5th time will be tomorrow but apparently my delivery has been passed from one lorry to another so who knows what shape it will arrive in. Ruining the reputation of businesses.

Trying to contact Palletforce is a nightmare.
Through Everedge I requested a 7t delivery and specific day and time. The delivery address is not manned full time.
I received no phone call to arrange delivery. Delivery was sent on Friday with no one to receive it and on 10t truck which cannot access the property.
The only way to contact is via national web page contact form. No one has picked it up or bothered to call me.
I am a small business and must have my staff arranged in good time for this delivery. Palletforce requested through Everedge knew they had to contact me. Yet this is crap I’m starting my week with.

Awful service and the delivery driver lied stating he had ‘tried’ to deliver and told me he could get up the drive - complete fabrication and damaged the reputation of the firm they were delivering for. Note a lot of similar experiences on here. avoid

I was meant to have a bench delivered yesterday by Palletforce. I waited in ALL day and no one turned up. I would like to know where my bench is and who has it? This is disgusting service, you get NO communication at all from this company. Iv read the reviews and this seems to be a common complaint and yet nothing gets done about it. There’s no way that you can contact them either. Disgusting Rubbish company.

We took a pallet delivery of wood (ordered from White Horse Energy). Even though we had only booked Kerbside delivery the driver arrived and agreed to bring his lorry onto our drive and delivery in front of our garage as request. He was very friendly, helpful. He made sure we were happy before leaving. Top marks!

Overall great service. It was a bit of a “hit and miss” first as I initially received an email that said my delivery will arrive at a particular date by 5pm. My partner waited in the house all day but it was a no-show.

Following an email to ParcelForce, I got a call from Sean the next day with confirmation of a mutually-agreed delivery day and even sent a confirmation email immediately after the phone call.

The parcel arrived on the agreed date and the delivery man (Liam, lovely chap) even went out of his way to make sure the pallet was placed in a secure place. He even phoned just before unloading the pallet to make sure that I was in. So all-in-all, I really can’t fault the service.

I received a text this morning telling me my delivery would made by 5PM today. Waited in all day, but no was delivery received and no communication received from them. I called Palletforce who gave me some made up storey that the delivery was not made due to access problems down my road. Large lorries delivering to the local Tesco drive past my house everyday without a problem. Avoid this company as they are both useless and lie to their customers.

Order from Garden Trends (separate review). Notified Palletforce were the courier and was told I would get a phone call to arrange collection. They however turned up completely un-announced when I was home alone, and as I was unable to help them load off the furniture set (broken wrist!), said they'd have to "drag" it up the drive and leave it.

My husband then arrived home a few mins later and commented to the courier "it's not fair you're expected to do this as a one man delivery as it's too heavy for one and you could hurt yourself", to which he started becoming short tempered and dragged the last heavy (25kg) box up the drive with force, scratching the slabs and ripping open the box. For a £1700 garden set, this was not acceptable treatment.

We were lucky that we have both CCTV and Ring doorbell recording the entire conversation and actions, which we'll be using as evidence to support any claim for damaged furniture.

Not acceptable to treat people / belongings like this.

Pallet force contracted their delivery to Owens group who delivered 3 pallets of paving slabs to my property yesterday we were not in.

The hand pallet truck used has badly damaged our drive but not once the driver repeatedly damaged our drive it looks like a spaghetti junction where absolutely no consideration was taken and we have several gouges where the pallet truck was released. The driver has also badly damaged the pavement whilst accessing our property when contacted passed on to Owen’s group who’s response was our driver doesn’t appear to be struggling so no responsibility our end refer to seller. So this company and their contractors are more than willing to apply damage to you’re property over and over again to make a delivery!

My garden furniture was finally despatched but Palletforce apparently can't locate it in their warehouse!?
I've had no communication from them about a delivery date, but today I get an email saying they've delivered it. But I can't see it, and it will be a few large parcels!!

Atrocious. A delivery window of 8 hours that hasn’t even been adhered to. No communication and total disregard for your customers. I’m sat here like a lemon with no information. Do not use this company if you want to keep customers happy.

I had been informed my order was out for delivery on a Thursday, so I took the day off work to collect. Nothing arrived. I enquired early Friday, said I could also manage before 12pm. They asked me where to leave it if it was later. I replied and told them. Heard nothing again. Very poor communication and reliability, especially for such large deliveries that need time off work to be around for.

Do not use this company: they are completely untrustworthy and will tell you lies. I have never experienced such obvious contempt for customers as I did with Palletforce. Not the driver, in my case, but the managers, who, having promised delivery on Monday then promised it every day since until it was finally delivered on Friday. All without any communication except when chased by the printer who employed them, and every communication was a lie until the last. They clearly cannot give a toss about the person waiting for the delivery. As if back in lockdown, I could not go out all week. I presume their policy must be to ignore their commiments and say whatever comes into their heads to their customers, waiting to aggregate loads. I'd rather pay a bit more and be treated honestly. Aggregating loads is a good thing to do from the point of view of global warming... people could come to terms with it, but simply telling lies is not a good policy by any stretch. Do not use them: it will reflect on you.

Was booked in for delivery waited in all day, never came.

The office staff at C&D Southwest (part of Palletforce) are incompetent. They do not seem to know what is going on. The palleted item was meant to arrive on Friday and arrived on Monday, without any contact from them. So a day wasted for me. The delivery driver was good.

Excellent service. A mirror purchased on eBay arrived on time. Driver called to check my address and advise delivery. I would recommend them. I was apprehensive about delivery being on time after reading negative reviews but I think it was fantastic service

I've been awaiting a next day delivery for a 7 day now with no correspondence or reasoning as to why it's so late. I'd been told briefly that the items were on a pallet so it's harder to deliver....Why name yourselves pallet force then.
