Very bad experience. I was told that the driver would call me half an hour before arriving at my address time for the delivery was between 9 and 17 laminated packs there, around 16:30 The driver called me because he arrived at my postcode but couldn't find my flat I gone to show him the way. He went back to the lory and came back with an electric pallet tracker where my laminated floor packs I asked him to help me because I live close to the market and I don't want to leave all the packs there. he said that would not take the pallet tracker up on stairs and come to my property.I explained that no need, just to put the packs up the stairs to be safe where I could take them inside my flat. He refused again, turned around with the delivery put it inside the lory, and took it back

Phoned 3 times to ask for an eta of my delivery & was told it would be afternoon. Still no sign of delivery & now I’m going to loose my space with the joiner who is supposed to be fitting the flooring before Xmas! Had absolutely no correspondence from the company at all and all I got was “we can rearrange delivery” aye very good thanks but no thanks

Left oak wood floor outside in the heavy rain. 98 years could not get the wood floor in front . The house is on ground floor so no stairs. ZERO EMPATHY!

They delivered a large and heavy metal cupboard and were supposed to leave it on the kerbside. However the driver got it into our garage on his own which was a great help.

Appalling service. Delivery was six days late. When it finally arrived, we received a call with 15 minutes notice, however the large bulky parcel was left outside in front of the bin store of our building without any communication. After blocking the bin store for most of the day, a neighbor notified us at 10pm and we finally discovered it and had to bring it to our flat.

Palletforce delivered flooring to me today purchased from a company online. Driver was really helpful and went above and beyond. The flooring hadn’t been well packaged by the supplier and was torn in places and the driver made sure that this was noted on the delivery paperwork.

Only thing that could improve this service would be if you were given a rough timescale for delivery instead of it being all day.

Just a disaster. Avoid.

Had 2 missed deliveries because the driver did not bother to call before arrival as stated they would and then when they arrived, did not knock or ask anyone.

Trying to find this out is equally as bad. Called up and they cannot find my delivery on the system even with tracking and consignment numbers.

Put through to the consignments team. They do not know about delivery just that the consignment exists. Then put through to depot. They do not know about delivery just that thwy handled the consignment. Put through to a "loading manager" who, after 5 mins on hold, tells me there was no one at the address.

Complete lies. First delivery we were in the front garden at time stated delivery was attempted. The scond delivery Jewsons were delivering at the time PalletForce said they tried to deliver.

Booked through interparcel, was supposed to be delivered Tuesday our customer waited in, I rang at 4pm and was told tomorrrow but no time as all day delivery

Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone! Numerous problems with communication. Either only giving 15 mins notice of delivery when I was at work so couldn’t get home in time to not turning up at all! I took annual leave to receive delivery and they didn’t turn up and no apology! Avoid if you can!

We ordered garden furniture on the Monday and it was delivered am 3 days later by a very friendly and helpful driver.

Was called and told there will be AM delivery the following morning and to make sure someone was in, my wife waited in that morning but nothing arrived, phone up and they said it will be later afternoon, my wife had to book an extra half a day but still nobody turned up. phoned up later that day and was informed an issue with the pallet size and it should be sorted Monday. Booked the day off work Monday and phoned up and was told they were still waiting further instructions, still waiting for the goods.

Still waiting after two weeks for my pallet that has been at local depot. Contacted 3 times via web. No response. Supposedly the UK’s leading pallet transportation company. More like the UK’s leading transportation company with terrible customer service and delivery.

Company doesn’t provide any tracking information. Customer service is horrible. No phone call, text,email notifications. Don’t spend your time to deal with them.

Failed Delivery, zero communication. Purchased items from Whitestores and was consequently contacted by Palletforce to arrange delivery, which was booked in, with delivery time between 0900-1700, for the next day. At 1648 on the day, as I’d heard nothing and had no delivery, I contacted the number that had called to book the delivery the day before. The woman I spoke to advised, that my items wouldn’t be delivered and they’d told the delivery people they didn’t have the items. Apparently, according to her, that’s all they’re obliged to do because they’re just the depot, and they don’t know why they then didn’t call me to advise, but I can rebook. As I was understandably frustrated because I had waited in all day, and nobody had contacted, I vented my annoyance and asked why didn’t they, who had made the booking with me in the first place, not contact me, as they knew it was delayed. It will surprise you to know it is not their job to do that, they don’t know why I wasn’t told but I can rebook now, no apology just annoyance at my tone! Asked how can they be sure that they’d have my item for the rescheduled delivery, as didn’t want to waste another day, part of the response being “how longs a piece of string” not particularly helpful, and clear they didn’t care at all! Arrogant call centre operative didn’t help, conflict resolution not their strong point. Requested rescheduled delivery for the first available day, but that has not been confirmed. When asking who else I could speak to about it as wasn’t happy, told there was no one and that I should speak to my supplier. So that’s exactly what I’ll be doing, and asking if it’s standard practice for the delivery partner to schedule a delivery when they don’t have the item to actually deliver?. Any supplier out there beware, this kind of practice does nothing to make your customers happy with the service they’ve paid for!

Thankfully I've not managed to interact with many companies that care so little as 4S do - or at the least our local depot.

I found the PalletForce local depot in Uddingston to be fantastic, called them up for some advise as I had to leave the house the lady that helped me was courteous professional and assured me pallet was on the way. 30 mins later it was delivered no problems so 5 stars for WM Armstrong Longtown - thank-you

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Dreadful customer service, they are rude and blatantly lie to you. No one has a clue what is going on, totally unprofessional from start to finish! They really do not care! It's such a shame they don't have more competition as they would be out of business. I feel sorry for the companies that are using them, I will certainly be changing my supplier, which is such a shame as they are not to blame, but I cannot put up with their incompetence any longer. They should really be ashamed of themselves. I've given them one star so I could write a review, but they don't deserve that. And trust me I am being polite!

Received a text on Wednesday informing me to expect the delivery of my pallet by 5pm - no show.
Not too fussed as I’m in anyway! Came the very next day by lunchtime.
Driver rang ahead, and then again on approach and was very kind in getting to the property which isn’t shown properly on the sat nav. Delivered quickly and with care.

Very happy despite being worried having read the reviews.

No way to contact re. delivery driver.
Chairs were left outside on a pallet and drivers response to octogenarian was "not my problem"

Do not use any company that uses this organisation - it is run for the continence of the organisation not the customer.
They repeatedly didn’t deliver despite supplying company reassurances - and there is no way to contact them except email that they ignore. So you are left with thousands of pounds of goods in limbo for well over a week so far for next day delivery - can’t get a refund and can’t get the goods
