Without doubt the strangest and most anger filled delivery drive there is! I had to coax him out of his cab after he proceeded to get in and shut the window. Haha He refused to entertain delivering to the back of our property (which has better, flatter access than the front), which I was fine with. It would have been easier for me, and it would have meant no pavement for him to negotiate. And then for some reason he just decided he'd rather fail the delivery and wouldn't even leave it out the front of the property. The most ridiculous tantrum I've ever seen from a grown man. After some coaxing, he did leave it at the front, with the charming ending at my front door, "Oi you, it's there."

We have a tight lane, which most lorries refuse, the guy today said it was probably too small but went for it and made it. Total legend, great experience, thank you!

Our local depot (Griffins Logistics) are great, but overall, the Palletforce network let us down too often. Too many late/ failed deliveries meant we had to take our custom elsewhere.

The product was delivered over 24 hours late, damaged and without any explanation, they do not respond to calls or emails, Palletforce should not be in business, do not use this shambolic company!

400kg of wooden flooring was due to be delivered on Tuesday AM to a property I'm renovating. Waited all morning, no delivery, no communication. Unable to get updates from the supplier. Palletforce tracking page just says "Out for delivery". Then on Thursday AM a truck arrives without notice. Luckily I happened to be at the property so was able to take delivery. The driver was helpful. But overall not a good experience.

Terrible service, ordered an expensive fridge through eBay, had a text from pallet force to say it had been delivered. No knock at the door, no sign of fridge, so I called them to see if it had been left with a neighbour, they said the delivery driver took a photo, they left it at the end of my drive, which must have been on the street as there was a van on the drive, no signature, no communication with anyone, just left an expensive fridge unattended for everyone to see.

They Obviously could not be bothered to pull it past the van and it had gone.

After speaking to the seller via eBay, they called Palletforce and the driver told them that I asked them to leave it on the street as I was getting out the shower, no such thing!!!! Complete liars, just trying to cover themselves.

Do not use this company!

Dreadful service from company but wonderful delivery driver.
I purchased a large amount of garden furniture and was assured I would receive notification of delivery date, and the ability to liase with the company to organise a date when I would be at home.
This morning, I received an email stating my goods were out for delivery today!

NO previous communication or updates given prior to this
NO contact details available to discuss this
NO time frame for delivery given.

Luckily, my neighbour was home and accepted the delivery which was a huge favour to ask.

The only redeeming feature was the wonderful driver who helped as much as he could with a smooth transfer of the goods.

The worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. Two emails stating my order would be delivered today before 5pm. Also told over the phone by the depot that it ‘will’ be delivered today. Called up at half 6 to be told by customer services that no one is coming and it won’t be delivered until next week. Complete puppets telling a bunch of rubbish.

Just had a large pallet of garden furniture delivered, delivery man was very pleasant ( sorry didn't get his name) The company itself were excellent, they phoned to arrange a suitable delivery date and on the day kept me informed of progress via email. Could not fault the service in anyway. Well done.

This business has so many terrible reviews so it seems like it doesn't make any difference to them at all. They clearly aren't concerned about the awful service they provide which makes you wonder why bother posting another really bad review but I'm going to do it anyway.

Delivery of logs was scheduled for yesterday (15 May), no time but anywhere between 9am-5pm. They only deliver to the kerbside which meant that if we weren't there we probably couldn't have got our car in or out of the drive because the load would have blocked the entrance.

They didn't deliver on 15 May, as scheduled so we spent a whole day not going out because of the difficulty of getting the car back in the drive.

To cut a long story short, there was no apology for the non-delivery, we went out today and got back to find 2 messages from a driver saying in not very good English that he'd tried to deliver. We phoned back and he said he'd be around in 15 minutes. 3 hours later still no delivery so we phoned the supplier who had used Palletforce and they sorted it out. Fair does to them and absolutely no points to Palletforce who obviously don't care.

This company needs to review the local couriers it uses and companies using Palletforce need to see these reviews. The local form Sprint Xpress ltd in Norwich never pick up their phones. How is it possible in 2024 you cannot contact someone for a delivery update. Customer service is going so down hill these days we all need to sourse products elsewhere rather than buyung from companies using these types of courier companies. No wonder DPD and TNT win each day

I find it disgraceful that palletforce expect one person to lift 58 kilograms on their own.

Terrible terrible terrible! Organised our first pallet collection for delivery to the Amazon seller hub. The day after collection, the collection date got updated to 01/01/2070.. despite already being collected?! The pallets have not arrived to Amazon and upon chasing, they now claim to have never collected!! Luckily we have the signed documents and cctv of collection. Awful service, don’t use!

The worst delivery and customer service I have ever experienced. The guy left the radiators in the middle of the streets refusing to put them in the driveway. He told me to do it myself and I have explained that I couldn’t because I’m pregnant. He then said that if he moved the boxes in the driveway he was going to be late for the other deliveries but he parked very far away from the house so he wasted lot of time walking up and the street. Absolutely terrible service.

Don't arrive when arranged and don't bother to inform you. Very unprofessional company.

These were arranged to be delivered in advance for a job we had booked in, waited all day for them to arrive to be told the driver had run out of hours to drive, next day found out the delivery was scheduled at the end of the day so the job we had planned got postponed which cost me money, on top off arriving end of play the driver called me to say he couldn’t drive down the lane to my customers property as he was in a 18 ton vehicle so we had to drive to meet him to get all the heavy radiators into my small van, a simple google search would have shown what suitable vehicle would have been required, not the first issue I’ve had with this company but the company I buy my materials from insist on using them, very poorly managed company.

Awful communication for such a large organisation, in conjunction with Geoff Ricketts Freight of Wakefield they don’t deliver on the day you’re booked in for despite been told twice when chasing up it was going to be there & leaving me extremely frustrated after taking the day off work which I don’t get paid for
Tell them you can’t accept the consignment the next day because of work commitments & guess what?…. Yes, they drop it on the drive with no signature & no notification even though they were instructed not to!!!
6 hrs unattended on my drive with over £1000 worth of goods on view
Promised to call back twice & have failed to do so some 24 hours later!!!
Have now told my supplier I will not accept anything that is delivered through this network.
Avoid if you expect an honest service

i'm very happy with my delivery it was quick and easy and the driver was friendly and helpful unloading my bike even taking the time moving it on to my driveway upon request, couldnt have asked for better service, thanks very much

Nothing arrived, had no communications and worse of all, delivery is shown to have been made! Where?!

I wish the Amazon seller used a half-decent company, and not them!

Very disappointed and angry, Wasted all day waiting!
