Outway Anmeldelser

Super nice original comfy high quality socks. Customer service A1. Had a little problem with my order and they fixed it better than what I asked. Way to go Outway!

One pair was missing in my 1st order but, the customer service was fantastic to fix things. Easy, fast and comprehensive. Good product, will buy again!

Buy experience is great. Prices are good. What I didn't expect was such an excellent after-sales service. One sock has a small hole in it, and the solution was perfect ! Fast replies, fast shipping, great team.

Prompt shipping, great service & fun quality socks. What more could you ask for ?!

I had an item missing in the package, I wrote and got an answer right away. They sent me the missing item instantly
The customer service was excellent
I have nonthing ngative to say about Outway

Merci encore !

LOVE them ! Fantastic customer service. I own various merino socks from different known brands. I will only buy Outway from now on. Plus it is Canadian.

I had an issue with a pair of socks I received for Christmas, so I contacted customer service. They were very understanding and immediately offered to send me a replacement pair.

I'm a regular customer, with a drawer full of Outway socks. There were a few hiccups in my last order, but the issue was fixed, and the humans behind customer services (not a bot!) maintained contact until everything was resolved, checking and making sure I was satisfied. It was easy and professional.

Love the socks and fun patterns! I had a pair of merino socks that started showing wear on the big toe after a few months. The socks were quickly replaced after contacting the company. Great customer service and excellent communication! I will definitely be getting more Outway socks!

Love the socks and their fun & bright patterns! They look good and feel good. Great customer service. There was initially something missing in my order and they quickly corrected it and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I like being able to shop and support local companies and look forward to sporting more great designs.

Cool socks and great customer service and support!

I have worn my new Outway socks for a couple 15K runs and they are so comfortable. My feet are dry and no seams rubbing. Very nice designs and a variety of lengths and at a great price point! I have tried the no show and crew length so far. I recently received a pair of quarters and will be trying them on my next training run! Don’t hesitate! you will LOVE these socks for your next run!

Love these socks!
Been using them for a while now for sports, hiking and every day use.
Always buy a couple pairs when the sales hit.

A pair of socks was forgotten in my most recent order and the AI chatbot was not very helpful. Fortunately, Aiko took over the process and handled it with ease and my socks arrived shortly after!

INCREDIBLE customer service. My mystery pair accidentally didn’t make it in my order so reached out to them and Andrew was so amazing. Sent out a pair right away. Amazing company. Changed the way I run. Love these socks so much. Thanks again !!!!
