Custom Lab Anmeldelser

The custom services is great!

I find that this company goes out of its way to make sure we get the best socks with the best graphic we can get with our designs. They are willing to work with us to figure out how our image would work on the socks and will be happy to make any changes needed. Wish more companies worked this way.

Love Custom Lab. Their product and service is simply the best. We were on a tight delivery schedule and they beat by 5 days!!!!. Way to go. Jonathan was tops in communication and service.

My office was so impressed that other departments are asking to order with them. Socks are a unique and fun gift. Sure beats t-shirts. Cheaper too.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jonathan throughout the entire design and ordering process. From the initial concepts to the fine-tuned adjustments tailored to our vision, Custom Labs made the experience smooth and seamless. The quick turnaround time was the icing on the cake! Who doesn't love custom socks!

Jonathan and his team were outstanding to work with. They custom-designed our socks and packaging, providing valuable expertise and guidance throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, with prompt responses to emails and quick attention to any questions or concerns we had.

To ensure we received our order on time, we placed it several months before our campaign launch. The entire process was seamless, and our shipment arrived exactly as expected well ahead of our campaign. The quality of both the products and the service exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

Excellent service and quick turn around! From the custom design to efficient production, this is a great, affordable way to provide your group, club or event with personalized swag that is not only memorable but also useful and high quality.

Outway has helped us create custom performance socks for our annual 10K, and they have been an absolute highlight of our race packages! The socks are high-quality, beautifully designed and something our participants genuinely look forward to receiving each year. We're incredibly grateful for Outway's support and couldn't be happier to have them as a valued partner in our event.

Have a super customer service. The quality of the socks is there… as usual. I highly recommand the custom Lab.
Thank you

The experience with CustomLab was absolutely fantastic. They were super responsive, answering all of my questions in a very quick manner. They really delivered on the design and made some fantastic socks that were a huge hit at our event.

We would definitely recommend CustomLab to anyone looking to create custom socks. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them again in the future for additional swag.

I would really like to thank Jonathan specifically for all of his support and quick turnaround.

Their customer service is the best. Design service is amazing and the whole process not only a pleasure but fast and very clear. And the product? Our racers LOVE the socks. I see them on people just about daily. People wear them over and over again.

I have to say, as well, that I love giving them our business because it's a Canadian company. It's one of the reasons we tried our first order with them several orders ago.

For all of these reasons we'll stick with them every time we need fabulous, fun socks that people love.

We love you guys! We'll be back.

The entire experience was top notch from start to finish. Communication with the team was excellent throughout the design process, payment, shipping, and right through to delivery. Everything was clear, easy, and handled professionally. We’re extremely happy with our custom socks and will absolutely be back for more soon!

Great service, fast turnaround and great product. Very happy with the results

Friendly, straightforward, and easy to deal with along with fair pricing. Five stars all day long.

It was easy to deal with Jonathon, he made it super flawless, i would recommend them to anyone.

I came at the team from Custom Lab from all angles at once. Constantly revising my ask, looking for new ideas on the fly, being the kind of client I NEVER called a pain in the ... They always had the answer. Several of their staff I was working with took holidays during our project. They never missed a beat. Totally seamless service. I would recommend them to anyone. Plus the socks? Pure art!

I worked with Jonathan and his really fast and responsive team to get exactly the sock I wanted, even though it was not the initial design I had thought of. IT WAS BETTER!

Custom labs was great to work with. They were quick, creative, and friendly. Their product is excellent!

Top notch service from beginning to end!
Very pleased with everything!

Jon and his team were very good to deal with. Great communication and everything was done on schedule. Order was correct and product is as advertised.
This was our second year with custom socks for our event and both years went smoothly.

I organized a mini golf tournament with friends. Was able to develop and have delivered amazing athletic socks. They were the hit of the weekend!

The socks were incredible, but it doesn't stop there. The custom design team, the pricing, the delivery - all of it was 5 stars! We ordered these custom lab socks for our trail running race, and the runners love them!
Thanks Custom Lab! We appreciate you.
