Hi.
The below is what I posted on Your Facebook page.
I am extremely unhappy with what has transpired to date and Need you to communicate back to me with next steps.

"I've had an email from Eri from your customer services to say we have accidentally delivered the items I order to an address in Litchfield..not my address..on the shop app it says returned..but I've had no money back to my account...and these were misdelivered 20th April...

I require compensation for this issue and a full explanation as to why this has happened..

Erin wrote this in the email:
"Unfortunately, your package has been returned to our overseas warehouse because the delivery failed after multiple attempts and notifications."

I had no notifications...there were no multiple attempts..

please can someone that isn't ai communicate with me and try to resolve this..

I am obviously not pleased with this experience and I won't recommend this until the issue is resolved."

The shirt came in better than I expected, very comfortable fit for going out with friends or using it for your lifts in the gym, it also came pretty quick, maybe a week? If that. Either or very impressed and looking forward to buying more anime/invincible shirts in the future! Very professional and nightly recommended by me!

Shipping was on time! The fabric feels nice on skin and just such a raw t shirt with plenty of anime ideas to show for!

Amazing quality clothing, I now only use their Invincible merch as my goto gym wear. Amazing customer support also, I lost my tracking code and they made sure to find me it again and they show their appreciation to people who buy and post their apparel too. It really shows how grateful they are and how passionate they are to make these clothes

Came across this page on instagram and messaged the account to see if it was a scam because there’s a lot of fake websites out there and the account replied and insured me everything was legit and nothing to worry about, ordered a invincible t shirt shipping and delivery was fast and really good quality for the price I would 100% recommend and 100% trust it’s worth it for the money and I’ll be ordering from here again in the future it’s a must

I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Zenkai. The sale is great, buy 2 get 1 free & the quality of the shirts are great! The shipping time didnt take too long and I appreciate how the emails keep you updated on when they are delivered. The customer service is absolutely amazing, they accidentally sent me all the same size shirt and one was supposed to be XL. They very quickly sent me the correct shirt needed thankfully as it was a gift. 10/10 would recommend/ have already recommended Zenkai to my friends!

Honestly I was a little suspicious because it took some time for my clothes to be delivered. But once it did, I was really satisfied. The price to quality ratio is really good, and I’m pretty sure this won’t be my last time.

This brands t-shirts are top tier quality, and the prints are so creative. For me going to the gym there isn’t a better oversized shirt than the ones they do from Zenkai. 10/10 highly recommend

Tbh, i was a little scared at first, with all the questions. But trust me, its worth every penny. The design matches to what they show on website. Great customer service via instagram so i never felt that i was hanged or ignored.

I will be buying again for sure, and you all should too.
