Fantastic product, backed by fantastic support. I've collected about 20 pairs of these socks and their changing designs always leave me wanting more. The fit and sweat management keep my feet from being uncomfortable and stinky. I've had some pairs for over a year and they're still going strong!

Outway’s customer service is absolutely top‑tier — fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their team replies so quickly and politely that I sometimes wonder if they have a superhero hotline hidden somewhere 😄. Every interaction feels smooth and professional.
And the socks… honestly, next‑level.
Ultra‑high quality, super durable, and somehow still odor‑free, even after intense workouts where my shoes were ready to give up before the socks did. Outway stays fresh like nothing happened 🧦✨.

For my size 13 feet, I ordered large, which is supposed to accomodate up to size 14. These feel like size 12, and they are shrinking with each wash. It's now at the point where they are too uncomfortable to wear, which is a shame because they are decent socks. But, sizing is way off.

Edit: 2026.03.06. I was contacted by Outway customer support who, after a back and forth discussion about the sock size, plus providing two pairs of merino wool socks to see if they would fit better, have now given me an (unexpected) full refund. I am very pleased with this resolution and the level of customer service I have received.

I have been buying outway socks for a few years now and they have been part of our Christmas eve gift for all who attend our dinner. We have gifted many pairs and all guests love the fun BC themed socks and related headbands. A favourite definitely has been the racoon socks. This year one guest came back wearing his socks from the previous Christmas. An endorsement of our party and Outways socks.
This year I bought some of the lightweight merino. I have some of the regular ones and thought to try the merino lightweight. They are great but I had a small issue and reached out for customer service. They were prompt and exceptional in their communication and service. I reamin a very happy and loyal customer and expect to see more outlways socks at my Christmas eve dinner this year. Thanks for being a Canadian based company.

Socks never delivered still in transit for two months and no responsive customer service, AI bot is useless and no phone number to contact the company

Placed an order for Christmas. The order was “completed” but never shipped. I followed up multiple times, was told that my request was getting escalated. It took a lot of follow ups and over a month but I finally got a response that the items were getting shipped again, and that I was getting a refund for the items that were no longer in stock. It’s disappointing that it took so many attempts and time but I’m at least happy to have the issue resolved.

I had placed an order but did not receive it. I reached out to customer support several times by email and their on line chat on their site but did not receive any response at all. They are more than happy to take your money but provide zero support. I'm not sure how companies like this are allowed to operate. Based on my experience I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company. It's too bad, as their socks look nice, unfortunately I will never know.

J’ai commandé 7 paires de bas le 24 novembre. Le transporteur dit avoir essayé de livrer le 8 décembre, sans succès. Pourtant il y avait quelqu’un à la maison. J’ai écrit au service à la clientèle 4 fois et je n’ai aucune nouvelles. Nous sommes le 20 décembre, j’aimerais savoir où est le colis et qu’est-ce qui se passe, sinon j’exige un remboursement.

Order was never delivered, no follow up with that company, not professional, still waiting to get reimbursed. This company only wants your money but not able to provide any type of services after the buy.

Socks are ok but the customer service is simply nonexistent. They will ignore you plain and simple. Shipping also takes for ever and they use a subpar third world shipping service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

Ma commande s’est perdue avec le transporteur. Commandé 29 novembre. Arrivée dans ma ville le 5 décembre. Rien reçu. Écrit 5 fois à votre service et personne ne fait un suivi. C’est bien inscrit si problème vous contacter. Personne ne m’appelle Aucune aide de leur part pour gérer le transporteur. (Uni uni) je suis extrêmement déçu. J’attends donc un remboursement

J'ai commandé et payé 6 pairs de bas . Malheureusement il y avait une pair manquante dans le paquet. J'ai contacté Outway pour les informer de la situation le 27 novembre. Le lendemain, j'ai reçu une réponse de Outway qui m'offrait un remboursement,un crédit ou encore le choix d'un autre modèle que celui commandé puisque celui commandé était back order. Je ai envoyé dès le lendemain soit le 29 novembre mon choix qui était qu'ils m'envoient les bas que je désirais pour remplacer ceux manquant à ma commande. Depuis je suis sans réponse. J'ai fait 5 tentatives pour les rejoindre et toujours par de réponse. Je trouve dommage pour le service à la clientèle.
Merci à Outway d'avoir répondu à mon avis et d'avoir corriger la situation en s'occupant de me faire parvenir la pair de bas manquant. Merci pour la carte cadeau offerte afin de s'excuser de la situation. Je suis maintenant dans l'attente de recevoir mes 2 commandes.Commandes reçues 20 décembre !Merci !

I had an issue with my order that was caused by my error. When i contacted Outway customer service, they went out of their way to make it right. So impressed with how they handled it - i am a very happy customer and recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Andrew at Outway Customer Service. He went above and beyond to help me with my order — and I truly mean above and beyond. My situation was complicated, involving multiple changes to the shipping address, product selections, and even the destination country, yet Andrew handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.

He spent hours making sure every detail was correct and never once made the process feel rushed or inconvenient. It’s rare to find customer service this dedicated and I’m incredibly grateful. Andrew was simply the best and I can’t thank him enough for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.
